First of all, when I arrived, I was surprised to find out that there are two buildings, which I had not been informed about. If you book a standard room, you are accommodated in a different building, and photos of this building are not even shown in the holiday offer.
The room was dirty and did not have a hairdryer, kettle, or refrigerator. The staff do not speak English, only Turkish. When I asked if I could take some cake to my room, instead of answering my question, an employee used Google Translate to ask for my Instagram.
The alcohol selection was very limited — only vodka, gin, and beer, and cocktails were made only from those. At one point, they even ran out of vodka.
You have to go to Mersoy Bellavista Suites for meals, which is actually the hotel we booked based on the photos, but there is no bar there if you want to relax by the pool. The food selection was very small — only about three main dishes plus side dishes.
The sea is about a 5-minute walk away, but if you want to stay at the beach, you must order something to get a sunbed.
This is also not an adults-only hotel, as there were children there. There was no entertainment program at all. Young people definitely should not go there — it felt more like a retirement home.
The Hotel is definitely not worth four star.

Not a Comfortable Stay – Needs Serious Improvement
I stayed here recently and was really disappointed. The room wasn’t clean, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable—hard to get a good night’s sleep. The blanket looked very old and worn out, which made me question how often things are replaced or cleaned.
On top of that, the cupboard and hangers were broken, making it difficult to even unpack properly. Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. Even though i paid some extra money for upgrade the room.
Wouldn’t recommend unless major upgrades are made. Basic comfort and cleanliness just weren’t there.
some staff members were helpful but some were rude and disrespectful. Food was good.

The moment I arrived and saw the hotel, my first thought was, What have I booked? From an aesthetic or facility standpoint, it definitely needs improvement. The exterior gave off the impression of a motel in a rundown area.
The room itself was very outdated, and even the fridge was empty. There wasn't even any complimentary water provided. The food was bland and just adequate, with a very limited selection available.
In my opinion, this hotel should be rated no more than two stars—it certainly does not meet four-star standards.
On a positive note, the reception staff were pleasant, approachable, helpful, and friendly, which was a redeeming aspect of my stay.

This hotel is miss-sold as a 4* hotel! It is a 2* at best and the only thing saving it from a 1* is the fact the adult pool is decent. There is no air conditioning through out the hotel including in the eating areas! The food selection is apauling! Oily chicken nuggets and reheated chips from the night before for breakfast? No thank you! Every day there is a tiny selection of food which is sloppy and wet and full of grease and oil. All sitting out in a hot stuffy room. No pastries or fruit selection to tie you over from hunger if you go without. The bar is dry, there is beer and miniature plastic bottles of gin/vodka they use to make your drink. Your drink options are vodka or gin with lemonade/orange fizz. Everything around the hotel is broken, tired and worn out. If you are a non-smoker be warned there is no area around this hotel that is smoke-free. The entire complex is filled with people smoking including staff around the hotel/bar areas. The lifts and hotel halls all smell of stale cigarette smoke. Our hotel room was never cleaned properly! The floors were filthy and the bedding changed once in the 7 days we were there. No music around the pool unless the person behind the bar plugged his phone in and played a song now and then. I ended up spending a fortune on eating out and going to other places so I could have a good holiday. You are better off going somewhere cheaper and doing self catering than booking this hotel as I wish I had done since I spent my 30th birthday here. Stay clear!

we had a great experience for the price we paid - £220 for a week all inclusive. the food was tasty although very similar each night, and the beer/alcohol did the job, so you can’t complain at that price.
but from talking to other guests the rooms really differ massively and we were in the newest block so our room was quite nice. they did provide clean towels and do a bin change once a day for us - although a few times only giving us two towels when there were three of us.
some things weren’t great overall though - the cleaning processes at the bar and in the restaurant were minimal. not once did we see a glass be washed in a dishwasher, they would just collect them up, rinse under the tap and then pour your drink. you have to hope that a more thorough clean was done when you weren’t looking but i wouldn’t be surprised if not. they also didn’t spray or wipe any of the restaurant tables, just brush crumbs off and relay with cutlery.
pools were pretty cloudy and didn’t look clean, but i did smell the chlorine in them which was reassuring.
spa attached to the hotel was great and well priced.
overall, an acceptably good holiday if you’re only paying a small price!
