I recently stayed at Sunrise Remal Resort, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their positive attitude and teamwork really stood out — it’s amazing how much of a difference this makes in creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
The service quality was excellent throughout our stay. The food selection was varied and delicious, catering to different tastes every day. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was also impressive; everything was well maintained and spotless.
What I appreciated the most was how genuinely kind and attentive the entire team was — from the reception and housekeeping to the restaurant staff. They always went the extra mile to make sure guests felt comfortable and satisfied.
Overall, Sunrise Remal Resort exceeded my expectations. It’s a perfect place to relax, enjoy great food, and experience true hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh and would love to come back again!

A Fantastic Stay at Sunrise Remal Resort!
From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome at reception set the tone for a wonderful holiday. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and friendly.
The service throughout the resortwas consistently excellent – every member of staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. A special mention goes to **Ahmed**, the brilliant **bar manager**, who made every drink with care and a smile. With **all alcohol included**, we enjoyed great **beer, wine and cocktails** throughout our stay – all top quality and served with genuine hospitality.
Breakfast with **Mahmoud** was always a pleasure – he made sure everyone started their day right with a great mix of dishes and friendly conversation. **Saeid** looked after us beautifully at **lunch**, always remembering our preferences and checking in to see if we needed anything.
The **Egyptian restaurant** deserves particular praise – the food was absolutely delicious, full of local flavour and beautifully presented. We loved that there were **a la carte options**, giving the evenings a real sense of occasion.
Guests also have **access to the beach resort via shuttle**, which is an added bonus. The water there is incredible – **sticking your head under the sea feels like stepping into Finding Nemo**, with colourful fish and crystal-clear reefs right at your feet.
All in all, **Sunrise Remal Resort** delivers a brilliant blend of relaxation, great food, and wonderful service. We left already planning our return!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was really good and we also appreciated the free shuttle service provided for the daily event, very convenient!
However, the check-in experience could be improved. The reception did not clearly explain the hotel facilities, so we had to rely on the written papers they gave us or go and ask for information one by one.
On a positive note, I would like to highlight the excellent service from the housekeeping team, especially Hassan, he did everything we asked perfectly and kept our room spotless throughout our stay. Thank you, Hassan, for your great work!
A special thank you as well to the amazing hotel manager, Hammad, for his kindness and hospitality. He offered us a complimentary late checkout until 3pm, as well as free lunch and dinner on our last day, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, it was a great experience and we really appreciated the warm service from the team. Thank you!

Our stay at SUNRISE Remal Resort in Sharm El Sheikh was absolutely wonderful. The resort is beautifully located on Ras Nasrani Bay, offering breathtaking sea views and access to stunning coral reefs for snorkeling and diving.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing yet full of life.
One of the real highlights of our stay was the animation team, who created a vibrant and enjoyable environment every day. Special thanks to Anastasia, whose positive energy, warmth, and professionalism made every activity more engaging. Her smile, enthusiasm, and personal attention made us feel truly welcome and part of the family.

The hotel is very nice! The employees are always with a smile on face. The food is good! I didn’t like a lot the entertainment service, specially the music in the pool but the employees around the pool are very polite, happy and try their best to entertain the guests. The cleaning in general is very good! The money value is great. The bar men is always available to serve the guests and they provide good drinks!
