We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Henry at reception. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. He kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which was greatly appreciated after our journey, and he made sure we were given a fantastic room.
Henry went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued as guests. His positive attitude, excellent customer service, and attention to detail really stood out and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. He is a real credit to the hotel, and we would like to thank him for making our visit so pleasant.
Highly recommended, and we hope the hotel recognises what an outstanding member of staff Henry is.

Great check in, easy, comfortable rooms with daily cleaning, bed and towel changes. Cold food on arrival waiting in our room(not my taste but a special touch) I’ve been here before and loved it but since the renovation, it’s very pretty and a lot has gone into it. Every day different activities to do around the pool, decorated our own tote bags and made glass necklaces!! It’s amazing. Only thing is it’s hard to get a subbed as people reserve them, go out and don’t use them when others can. Perfect hotel. Also forgot the day we checked out and the hotel staff were so lovely about everything(I was very stressed and looked a mess) and they really took care of me. Dinner was different everyday which made it easier for picky eaters like me, pasta everyday which was great! Will be coming back next year, sad they’ve gotten rid of their trinket shop in the basement but have an added a food shop in which is good. Great atmosphere, thank you for making my holiday special.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Since being refurbished it looks amazing and very modern. The staff were so lovely and very friendly. Everyone provided great service and everything was so clean which made the experience even better. Reception staff were very helpful.
We only had breakfast included but the selection was good and food was nice. We had a pool view room and could see the sea which was lovely. The rooms are bigger than we expected which was a lovely surprise.
The location was good and just a 2 minute walk from a couple restaurants, bars and shops along the beach Just a 5 minute taxi down to las americas which was perfect.
I would definitely consider this hotel again in the future!

The rooms have been recently refurbished, and they are spacious and clean. The entertainment team works hard to keep kids happy with activities at the mini disco and kids club. Great job guys! The swimming area is clean and has a nice sized toddler pool with a slide. The Flamenco shows, acrobats, and singers are great additions at the lobby or outside when the weather is good. The half board meal plan is a good choice. Some days the food is better suited to my taste and other days less so, but everyone can find something they like. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend it for families.

The room was larger than expected (sea view side). The breakfast was literally the same every day and the selection was not very extensive. The pool was fine. In terms of location, it’s a 5–10 minute walk to the boulevard, which is very manageable, and there is also a supermarket nearby.
Three stars for service — here’s why: we had to leave the room at 11:00 AM, and according to reception, a late check-out was absolutely not possible, even for an extra charge. (We were leaving late in the afternoon, so that would have been nice.) To still make use of our afternoon, we went swimming at the beach and asked reception if there was somewhere we could shower afterwards. There was, but it was in an extremely filthy toilet area with an extra shower installed with no ventilation. There was no space to put your belongings down (except on the wet floor next to the urinoirs), and the door didn’t even have a lock.
In short, it’s a decent hotel, but the moment you check out, the friendliness immediately stops and you basically get treated like you can get lost.
It’s a shame our stay had to end like this.
