Can physically not fault this hotel at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our Stay everything about it was perfect from reasonably priced food and drink, the pools were perfect, the location was perfect 10 minute walk away from a little square but perfect entertainment in the hotel. The staff I can not fault especially the ocean breeze staff they were so helpful and kind they could not do enough for you. The view from that bar is unbelievable. I will definitely be back also had a massage which was perfect and so relaxing a perfect end to a hectic week. The only side note I would add is the rooms don’t get cleaned daily but not an issue.
How this hotel is 3* I’ve got no idea it was a beautiful week.

We stayed at the Santa Barbara Golf and Ocean Club in February and had a fantastic holiday. We were given a beautiful room with an amazing sea view — it was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we could possibly need.
The staff were absolutely lovely — always helpful, friendly, and professional. We spent a lot of our time travelling around the area, but we also made the most of the pool facilities, which were fantastic. The pool staff were brilliant, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained.
The whole place is extremely well-organised, very clean, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. We had a great experience overall and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay.
A small word of caution: as with any holiday destination, sometimes you might come across difficult guests. Unfortunately, we encountered one rude British family during our stay. Thankfully, the pool staff handled the situation wonderfully and sorted everything out quickly — it really made a difference, as dealing with unpleasant people isn’t how we want to spend our holiday time!

This place is incredible, we had a lovely apartment with an amazing view of the ocean. The staff are really helpful and friendly. (Shout out to Angel at the reception who gave us the run down of times and answered all our questions). The room has everything we needed for self catering and a filtered tap for drinking water. Overall I would definitely visit again.

My views and feelings about this hotel are mixed which is why I give it only 3 stars.

The facility also allows you to stay all day after check out and has courtesy showers. We had a 2300 flight so it was very nice to have that option.

There was a fee attached to every amenity, which makes them less attractive. It also felt misleading to not list the price when advertising them.

I wanna give special thanks to Angel and Paco. They are very welcoming, friendly, accommodating and made us feel like we’re at home from the moment we arrived. Our first time in Tenerife, they gave out recommendations and suggestions, foods and locations was amazing. Very memorable.
I would definitely book this hotel again. Beautiful views by the balcony with an ocean view and can watch the sunset and Sunrise. This hotel had everything you need. Beautiful hotel to stay in, clean, spacious and well equipped. Anything missing or concerns, Angel and Paco came to the rescue. They went above and beyond for my family. And I notice as I walk past the reception they are the same to each customer. They are very consistent. They both deserve a raise! Friendly, professional and accommodating.
