We arrived a little earlier than expected however reception found us a room we could move into straight away. It was a very spacious and well equipped room. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed along with a huge fridge and freezer. The shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom are gorgeous. There is a good store next door so very handy. The pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds. There is a pool bar and cafe on site. The location is perfect and only a few minutes walk to the beach, bus stop and lots of bars and restaurants. We were more than happy with our stay. The communal areas are very clean and well kept. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and it would be our first choice.

Excellent! Extra lovely staff, very helpful! Pierre and Vacances Apartments was really great! It is a very quiet and peaceful complex, no parties, so we had good night sleeps. Comfortable bed. Staff is really helpful and great people! I asked for an extra pillow and got a memory foam one, so I slept very well. We had sea view and pool view and it was nice to sit on the balcony, look at the sea, drink coffee, and read books, while having a bit of a sun tan. It was very warm on the balcony with the sun even in cold January. Loved it. Mercadona shop is very near, so it is very easy to bring food and cook in the apartments kitchen. Equipment is good, we had a cooker, big fridge, dish washing machine, washing machine with the dryer (!), so it is really easy to do laundry, there was a toaster, a coffee maker, all the dishes and cutlery. Loved it! Only 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes walk by the seaside, past cafes, reastaurant, small nice shops and wonderful seaviews to the marina that is world famous and a lovely place to walk around. But special thaks go to the staff of the hotel, the friendly people at the reception, who speak many languages, and are always very friendly, and of course the kind and friendly cleaning staff, and the technical staff of the hotel. Any questions or requests we had - it was immediately dealt with. Thank you!

But room for improvement clean an tidy rooms and pool area surcharge for any room with a decent view. Also €200 deposit required. staff member on reception at night could improve his hospitality skills great location close to the beach bars an restaurantshouse keeping wasnt great either.

Apartment is good sized and quite well appointed. The air conditioner didn’t seem to work but it didn’t matter as we chose not to use it and didn’t report it. Stayed here before and definitely would again.

I had a truly enjoyable visit at Pierre & Vacances Benalmadena Principe. On arrival at reception everything was clearly explained to me by Raul, a very helpful gentleman. I chose to upgrade to a sea/pool view and the cost was quite reasonable at €60 for 7 days. The upgrade was worth every cent. I was allocated a slightly larger apartment, situated on a corner. I had good views with sun from early morning until mid afternoon.
The apartments are very clean and have everything you will need, including a washing machine, dishwasher and a full size fridge/freezer. The furnishings and fittings are starting to show their age but everything worked well and I have no complaints. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi is good and is included in the price. It was cleaned halfway through my stay when bedding and towels were changed.
It is in a quiet area but only a very short distance from the promenade, shops and a wide variety of restaurants.
All of the staff I dealt with during my visit were very helpful and efficient and I thank them for helping me have a great week in Benalmadena.
I will definitely return in the new year.
