The best hotel in Costa del Sol and an amazing view from the rooms! The restaurant has an amazing buffet and the manager Maria is an angel who took care of me and my group (40 people) so well. Always checking on us and making sure we have everything. For sure will come back again.

This hotel is extremely basic and offers absolutely nothing special. The rooms and service are average at best, but what happened during my stay was completely UNACCEPTABLE and honestly shocking.
While my partner and I were sleeping in bed, a member of the staff, accompanied by another one, suddenly entered our room without permission. This was a clear and serious VIOLATION OF PRIVACY. They demanded that I immediately go downstairs to pay for the room, even though checkout was still two hours away and payment was supposed to be made at that time.
I had already stayed there for 3 nights, part of the stay had already been prepaid, and the remaining amount was to be paid at the end of the stay. They also already had my credit card details, which they had requested at the beginning of the stay as a guarantee, so there was absolutely no risk of non-payment and absolutely no justification whatsoever for this behavior.
Apparently they wanted something different, but instead of calling, knocking properly, or discussing it in a normal and professional way, they decided to enter the room while we were sleeping, without any respect.
Even after seeing us in bed, one of them kept insisting that I immediately go downstairs. I literally had to wake up and force him out of the room. At some point he even mentioned that he would call the police — honestly, I was probably the one who should have called them. Before leaving, they even took the room key, leaving me without the possibility to re-enter the room.
Then, at the normal checkout time, I checked out regularly and paid the remaining amount, as if nothing had happened. Nobody at reception complained about any issue. I therefore raised the matter and complained about what had happened. They barely apologized, acting as if it was not their fault and pretending not to know who had entered the room. They also said they had tried to call me the day before but I did not answer — of course I did not answer, I was outside the hotel during the day.
They made absolutely no effort to handle the situation professionally or to compensate for what happened.
This has NEVER happened to me in my life in any hotel. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and honestly deserves to be reported. At the very least, they deserve this terrible review.
Avoid this place if you value privacy, professionalism, and basic respect.

I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent stay.
The noise insulation in the accommodation was very poor. I could clearly hear my neighbor’s phone alarm, his footsteps, and his conversations, which made it difficult to rest comfortably.
During check‑in, it was quite windy, and the window panels made constant noise throughout the night in the apartment. The window locks even opened a few times due to the wind, which was both disruptive and concerning.
The parking area was very limited, and I noticed that the hotel staff had blocked several available parking spaces with tape for reasons that were not explained, making parking even more difficult.
Lastly, the elevators appeared very old, and I did not feel fully safe while using them.
I hope this feedback helps improve the overall guest experience.

We arrived in the bar, just called in for a drink. Quite busy to start, but the waitress turned up some thumping music. She is utterly miserable, like she didn't want anyone in the bar. She had hardly any experience with customers. Making our table of 7 feel really uncomfortable, like she didn't really want anyone there. With the ridiculously loud music, many of the customers left. Bar needs nice chilled music, so anyone staying there on business can actually sit there with a drink and enjoy the beautiful, nice relaxing Bar!!

Had a great time, as an Asian, i can only eat non asian food not more than 2 days, but here in this hotel, i didn't even felt like missing out for 5 days straight, and the view was outstanding, the sunrise early in the morning and sunset was stunning...
