Enjoyed my stay, staff are friendly and attentive. Hotel is off the main road so the area is quiet. Food was nice with a good few options. Chico, head of entertainment is a wonderful guy also and the shop keeper from within the grounds. It's more of an intimate set up so is on the small side but is clean and tidy nonetheless. You have to use the sister hotel at Pasa Garden for free beach use however the all inclusive food/drinks are not a part of that which I think is a bit of a downfall but I don't have any complaints. Restaurants and bars are not far and there's a mini supermarket just down the main road to the right, not even 5mins from the hotel. Great location and staff. Would definitely visit again if travelling to this area again or a decent stay.

Staff absolutely amazing but hotel not 4 stars at all. Food average and alot of repeats eachday. Rooms very small and no extra touches .Outdated in need of repairs and decor .Our balcony was so small we couldnt sit out as 2 chairs table filled whole space and facing straight onto private appartments...no.view very poor. Sink cracked and shower and facilities outdated. Pool was nice and Chico and entertainment very good. Drinks only alcohol from Turkey free but other drinks like pina colada you had to pay.
Cleaners ver good and reception too.
This is not 4 stars.....3 yes but not 4 . Also outside near pool hard to get away from all the smokers. Suana and down stairs beauty was nice. Staff all very nice.

just spent a week at the Pasabey hotel & can recommend it.i arrived really early in the morning to find the room had one double bed instead of two separate beds...no problem,room was changed the very next morning.the room was a little tight for space....but who spends much time in it anyway!...the food was well prepared & was actually really healthy,i appreciated that.
good luck getting a sun bed round the pool,it was very busy during my stay...no fault of the hotel that a lot of people wont leave the confines of its pool...the beach..which is full of bars & restaurants is just a 20 minute walk down the road,the hotel is well placed.
the staff were always kind,respectful,helpful...& happy.

Exceptional Stay – Amazing Staff, Food, and Entertainment!
From the moment we arrived, the experience at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The welcome was warm and genuine, and every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
The food was consistently delicious – fresh, beautifully presented, and full of variety. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal felt like it was prepared with real care.
The entertainment was another highlight. There was always something fun going on, from live shows to interactive activities that kept us smiling throughout our stay. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, making it easy to enjoy every moment.
A special mention must go to Chico – truly one of the best team members we’ve ever encountered at a hotel. His energy, kindness, and ability to make everyone feel welcome really stood out. He made us laugh, made sure we were having a good time, and always had a friendly word or helpful suggestion. Chico is a huge asset to the hotel and a big reason why we’ll definitely return.
Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommended!

I came and stayed for 5 nights with my family.
Firstly, it’s called a hotel when it’s meant to be called a resort. Their services are ALL INCLUSIVE. They have unlimited buffet for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
They also provide drinks until 12am midnight.
The location of the hotel is truly amazing. A 10/10.
It’s tucked away into a little corner and a 2 minute walk from the high street. It’s not on the high street, so you don’t hear all that traffic noise so you can sleep peacefully at night.
Everything is easily accessible from the hotel, 2 minutes from high street and major shops. It’s a 10 minute walk from the famous grand Bazaar, and a 12 minute walk from Mamaris public beach.
The service from the resort is a 10/10 too. I had a family of 8 with me and every single time for lunch and dinner the waiters were always there 24/7 ON POINT. They were always by our sides to collect our glasses and empty plates and asked for refills. They were always on standby but not in a way to make you feel like you can’t eat. SHOUTOUT TO ERCAN AND ILHAS!
The food. Every day was a different mains dessert, I didn’t get fed up, especially me being such a picky eater, I managed to eat happily every single day.
The only reason this resort is a 4 and not a 5, is because of 2 reasons.
I believe the resort has done really really well with the space they have. Indoor pool, outdoor pool and sauna, steam room, gym and indoor massage!
However, at times with the hotel rooms I felt a bit cramped and for it to be bumped up to a 4.5 or a 5 for me is to have a bigger space, but that’s not possible.
The only other reason is that this resort doesn’t have its own beach and that we have to go to a public beach.
Other than that, this resort was absolutely fabulous, I would definitely come back here again.
