If you like cats you'll love this hotel, they're everywhere. The hotel keeps chicken so be prepared for a rooster wake up call in the early hours. Rooms could do with a little tlc, our aircon didn't work, we told reception staff 3 times then gave up. Great location and in a lovely setting, all staff were friendly and helpful, lovely people. Food was ok, good choice of dishes but not much change each day. Maybe needs a few more loungers, usual culprits putting a towel down at the crack of dawn then buggering off out and not using the lounger.

The best part of this resort is its location – it’s very close to the beach, with a market nearby for anything you need. The food is good, drinks are always available, and most of the staff are really nice and greet you with a smile. Even though some staff don’t speak much English, they always find a way to help you, which we really appreciated.
However, the rooms are just okay, and the furniture and equipment feel very old – probably over 20 years. WiFi is free only in the lobby, and if you want to use it in your room you need to pay extra, which was disappointing.
One of the worst parts of our stay was our very first morning. We arrived around 2 AM, and later went to the restaurant for some tea. The spa manager approached us asking if we wanted a spa. When we politely said maybe later, he shockingly replied, “Oh, you Indians never gonna spend money, isn’t it?” This was the very first staff interaction we had in the morning, and it left us upset. Because of that, we ended up going to a different spa.
Overall, the hotel has a good location and friendly staff, but the outdated rooms, limited WiFi, and that unpleasant experience with the spa manager really brought down our stay.

⚠️🚨 WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER — DO NOT BOOK! 🚨⚠️
⭐️ 1/5 (and that’s generous)
📍 Stayed November
⸻
I honestly don’t even know where to begin… this hotel experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish 💀😤
We stayed in Room 904, and within HOURS I knew we’d made a huge mistake.
⸻
🛏️ THE ROOM — DISGUSTING & NEGLECTED
• The so-called **“minibar”**❓😂 Don’t make me laugh.
There was NO alcohol, and it wasn’t even restocked properly. They replace the water every 3 days… that’s it.
Contents? ⬇️
🥤2 still waters
🥤2 sparkling waters
🥤2 cokes
That’s not a minibar — that’s a vending machine reject. 🙄
• Cockroach in the toilet. Yes, an ACTUAL cockroach 🪳🤢
• The cleaner left a bleach bottle cap in the shower 🚿🧴 … how careless can you be?!
• The shower head was broken AND the shower door didn’t close properly so water went EVERYWHERE 💦😡
• No “Do Not Disturb” sign so cleaners could just walk in whenever — unsettling and unprofessional.
• No air con. NONE. 🥵 In a hotel that claims to offer it?!
• Stray cats everywhere. If you leave your door open even a second — they’ll walk in 🐈⬛🐈
⸻
🍽 THE RESTAURANT — AWFUL, UNSAFE & LOW QUALITY
We paid for all-inclusive but ended up eating off-site most days because the food was honestly awful.
• Undercooked meats 🤮
• Watery vegetables 🥕💧
• Tray-baked mush with no flavour whatsoever
• Plastic cutlery was rare because they “ran out at end of season” 🤯
And then the biggest issue:
❌ ALLERGIES? THEY DON’T CARE. AT ALL. ❌
My 2-year-old is allergic to cow’s milk protein, and this hotel clearly couldn’t care less.
• Staff told me to speak to the restaurant manager — it took TWO DAYS to find him.
• He shrugged and said: “It’s end of season, we don’t have anything, maybe I’ll go shop for some.”
😡 I genuinely told them to remove their allergy sign because it’s FALSE ADVERTISING and dangerous.
I had to:
🛒 Buy almond milk from a local shop (nutritionally poor for toddlers)
🛒 Then the hotel finally gave me a 3/4 full used lactose-free carton 😳
🛒 Eventually I found macadamia milk but only two cartons in three days.
And breakfast?
I thought beans would be safe — until I found a HUGE hair tangled inside the food. 🤢🤢🤢
The ONLY edible food was at the pool snack bar — burgers, chips, nuggets and onion rings. Basic but at least it resembled real food.
⸻
🏖 LOCATION — CLOSE TO THE BEACH (THE ONLY GOOD PART)
The hotel is very close to the beach, literally walk off the property and you’re there — which is handy… because the hotel itself offers nothing worth staying for.
Shops nearby are minimal, and the few that exist try to overcharge because they know tourists have limited choice. 💸🙄
⸻
🏨 HOTEL FACILITIES — FALSE ADVERTISING 🚫
We booked this hotel because it advertised:
• 🏊♂️ Indoor pool
• 👶 Children’s facilities
Reality?
• Indoor pool is NOT for children OR adults. It is decorative and located inside the spa 🤦♀️
• The children’s play area was a joke:
• 1 plastic slide
• 1 broken ride-on toy
• 1 football net
• 1 random ball
• A couple of plastic kids chairs
It looked like someone dumped leftovers from a car boot sale.
• Entertainment?
ONE karaoke night for the ENTIRE WEEK 🎤… and that was the highlight.
Everything else: dead.
• Cocktails were DISGUSTING — no flavour, just strong alcohol like someone poured random bottles together 🍹➡️🤢
• Wi-Fi isn’t free. You have to pay extra and only get around 2GB — in 2025!! 😂
⸻
❌ FINAL VERDICT ❌
This hotel feels like it’s held together by excuses, corner-cutting, and an endless “end of season” excuse for everything.
Nothing was as advertised.
Nothing felt maintained.
Nothing felt cared for.
It ruined what should have been a relaxing family holiday.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY. DO NOT BOOK. 🚫😤💔

We stayed for 4 nights in September to celebrate our little ones birthday. We found a delicious cake from the nearby cafe.It is hard to find the decorative materials for special occasions so better to carry some.Beach is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel and 5 mts walk to the town.Baby item like diaper and wet wipes are available in the market.Rooms and furniture were pretty old however they were clean.Daily housekeeping available. There is a small kids play area inside the facility.Food in the restaurant is delicious and we found something interesting everyday.Staff in the restaurant are friendly and welcoming.
Free WiFi is only available in the hotel reception and you need to pay extra if you need WiFi facilities in the room.Safe locker needs extra payment as well.
Check in time is 14 hrs and check out time is 12n .If your pickup is hours after your checkout they will allow you to use hotel facilities like restaurant, pool bar until your pickup time and you can keep the luggage in the luggage room.

The rooms are very poorly equipped.
In the superior room, the furniture looked like it had been cobbled together as if it came from a junkyard.
The room is large but half-empty, with unused space.
On the terrace, there was a chimney releasing smells from the kitchen, and it was very noisy.
When we asked to be moved to another room, the staff were neither polite nor willing to offer us one in the same price range as the superior room we had paid for.
First, they offered a standard basement room, which was worse, so we refused.
The next day, they offered another small standard room at the far end of the hotel, which we eventually accepted.
