Over an hours drive from airport, but lovely hotel on arrival. Food good, with plenty of choice, although had to complain one night as no cutlery or plates, due to not enough staff. Appeared to be rectified thereafter. Snack bar is outstanding with plenty of choice for snacks, burgers, hotdogs, chips, salad, etc.
Cleaning staff on the ball, in your room almost as soon as you go out! They do a good job as well.
There are certain main areas not cleaned regularly, like the bannisters going up the stairs in main lobby, always felt sticky!
Entertainment, hmmm, well if your looking for live entertainment for adults, not the place for you, but okay for kids. World Cup started while we were there, broadcast on a large screen outside next to main restaurant.
Definitely a 4 star though, nowhere near a 5.
You can upgrade by paying 19 euros each a day for premium drinks and al a carte food, also minibar in room will be stocked. (What with, not sure!) for a minimum of 3 days. Would be good if they did a loyalty programme, if you return for a 3rd time, you get the above included.
All inclusive alcohol is local beer, vodka, tequila, rum and whisky.
They do appreciate feedback, both positive and negative, so don't be afraid to speak your mind on all issues.
Overall a lovely relaxing time spent here.

Great hotel for families with children! The location was excellent and there was a huge variety of food every day. We had an issue with the room booked by our travel agent and unfortunately the reception staff were not very helpful when we asked for a room change. In the end, we decided to pay extra for a better room, and the view was absolutely amazing, so it was worth it.
The kids’ entertainment team was fantastic. My children were looked after by Dora and Claudia, who both have an amazing approach to children. Every day at Barcy Club they organised great activities and kept the kids happy and entertained throughout our stay.
Overall, a wonderful hotel for families with children and we had a lovely holiday.

spent a week at the hotel with my two children. We were delighted with our stay. The hotel is huge, beautiful, and less than 10 minutes from the beach. Delicious drinks and excellent food. Everyone will find something for themselves. There are plenty of activities, something different every day. The balcony overlooks the turquoise water. The animators speak several languages, and the evening games, dancing, and shows are captivating. Olivia, the animator, showed us a great app that lets you book trips to nearby beaches or a dolphin-watching boat cruise at much lower prices. She's very helpful and a lovely person. I highly recommend her.

We stayed here for a few days with our friends and their kids and had an excellent time.
We picked the hotel primarily for the kids activities. The kids in our group were 11, 9 (x2), 7, and 2. They absolutely loved it.
We (the adults) also really enjoyed it. The food was good overall. The service was great, especially the bartender Anthony. The location was pretty good. It was a little far from the airport but there were a lot of things to do and see in the area.
The shows each night were surprisingly very good. There was also a kids show followed by a show for all ages. The magic show was the best.
If you’re planning a trip with kids, I’d highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The all-inclusive offer was far from what was advertised.
The biggest joke was the lack of bottled water. You could refill water from the dispensers without limits, but the hotel didn’t provide any bottles — you first had to buy a drink from the shop just to have an empty bottle to use.
The rooms are old and definitely need renovation. There wasn’t even a kettle in the room, and when I asked for one, even offering to pay extra, I was refused. During our one-week stay, the cleaning staff only refilled the toilet paper once. The carton water that was supposed to be replenished daily was basically never provided. Only after repeatedly asking did I manage to get it twice, and even then it felt like a problem for them.
The WiFi barely worked anywhere. Occasionally it connected near the main reception, but very poorly. The food was average — you could always find something to eat, but the selection was limited, especially when it came to meat dishes. There were many coffee machines in the restaurant, but they only worked during breakfast. During the day, if you wanted coffee or tea, you had to go to the bar near the reception because that was the only place with a working machine. Ordering coffee directly at the bar was additionally charged.
The hotel staff were rude and ignored guests most of the time. The bartenders depended on who you got — some were okay. It’s also worth mentioning that most of the photos in the hotel offer are actually from the Royal Level area, not the standard part of the hotel.
The pools were decent, but there were missing tiles everywhere — in the pools, on the stairs, basically throughout the resort. It looked bad and sometimes even felt unsafe. The snack bar served exactly the same food every single day: pizza, hot dogs, burgers, and maybe a salad.
The hotel photographers were extremely pushy. Even after refusing multiple times, they wouldn’t leave you alone until you agreed to a photoshoot. At first they offer a “free session” and a few “free photos,” but afterwards one photo costs 11 euros, or they try to sell packages for around 180–250 euros.
The only big advantage of this hotel was the beach — very close, large, beautiful, and sandy.
Maybe the experience would have been better if the hotel wasn’t so heavily divided between regular all-inclusive guests and Royal Level guests. But for the money we paid, it was absolutely not worth it. The hotel is advertised as a 4-star resort, but in my opinion it deserves no more than 2 stars. I’ve stayed in 2–3 star hotels that offered a much better standard than this one.
