ABSOLUTE DISASTER. We arrived at 10 PM, exhausted, with a 2-year-old toddler and heavy luggage. The guy at check-in completely FAILED to mention a planned water and electricity outage for the next morning!
We woke up to dead phones, couldn't shower, and couldn't even wash our child. It completely ruined our morning plans and wasted our holiday time. Had we been warned, we would have showered and charged our devices the night before.
When I confronted the front desk, an incredibly rude and arrogant woman had the nerve to blame US for not reading a black-and-white piece of paper taped to a hallway wall. Seriously?! You expect exhausted parents arriving late at night to hunt for hidden posters instead of giving a 5-second verbal warning at check-in?
Disgusting customer service, total incompetence, and zero empathy. Stay away from this place!

A great place to stay, great location close to the beach with shops and restaurants close by. Rooms are clean and have everything you need to make your stay a happy one. A great base to explore the Costa del Sol.

Apartment rented for 6 weeks. Floor 7/8, by the reception, by the swimming pool. In the mornings at 7am there is noise, apparently they are doing renovations, in the nearby rooms? This has been going on for over 2 weeks. In the evenings there is also noise starting after 11pm. Sound insulation is generally poor. They are unable to do the cleaning they paid for even though they have complained, the floors are dirty, etc. In general the apartment is very dirty. The fridge/freezer combination is broken. Ice creams are melted and milk is frozen. The thermostat has a bad effect on the temperature. Finnish TV channels are intermittent and have sound problems and as a "bonus" MTV3 started broadcasting porn at 9pm-10pm, which the staff did not believe?!The smell of the sewer and the replacement air from the sewer is not working. The filter inside the refrigerator is dusty/molded. Every night, shortly after I started sleeping, both my father and I coughed up mucus. I don't even dare to look under the sheets. The hotel staff can't control the British tourists who are making a noise on the outdoor terrace until midnight. The children scream and make a noise until the bar runs out of drinks for the parents... Overall a very bad experience.

Rooms GREAT but: Shower not suitable for the larger man like myself. Fridge/Freezer sounded like it was talking 🙂.
However it was very clean, VERY well equipped, great air-conditioning, lots of room and we were overall happy.
We did not try pool, restaurant or bar.

A Really Great Stay at Apartamentos Nuriasol, Los Boliches
We recently had a fantastic stay at the Apartamentos Nuriasol and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Los Boliches. The apartment itself was very comfortable, and the complex offers some excellent amenities.
The apartment was well-equipped and perfect for our needs. We had two twin beds which were a good size and comfortable, although we did find they only came with a sheet, not a duvet. The kitchen was a standout feature—it was fully stocked with accessories including a washing machine, dishwasher, and toaster, making it easy to cook a full meal. The dining table was a great place to enjoy our evenings in. The living room had a good-sized TV with a few English channels, like BBC News, which was a nice bonus. The sofa was a little lumpy and felt a bit broken at one end, but it was fine for a short stay.
The bathroom was nice and clean, though the shower was a little on the small side for a taller person. We also enjoyed the balcony, which was equipped with a table and two chairs and was a lovely spot to sit.
The apartment complex had a few quirks worth noting. The lift system was a bit confusing; although our room number started with a 2, we had to go to the 6th floor, which was initially a bit strange. Housekeeping came every three days to change the sheets and towels, but they were not responsible for cleaning the kitchen area. The safe was also an additional cost of €2.50 per day, which in our opinion should be included in the price of the stay.
The pool area was lovely—very clean with plenty of sun loungers. We really appreciated the rule that you are not allowed to grab and store them, which meant there was always a spot available for everyone.
Overall, Apartamentos Nuriasol is a really great place to stay. We had a wonderful time and would happily return.
