I wrote a review this morning. Since then I have had a chat with the Jet2 rep who is a visible presence in reception every morning. She suggested a chat with the manager who has very recently taken over this hotel. What a lovely man. He listened attentively to all of my concerns and I feel very confident that in time all issues will be addressed by him. When I returned to my room I had a lovely surprise. It was sparklingly clean in the room and bedroom. All little details with towel folding, balloons and petals are very much appreciated. Thank you to the lovely manager, rep and cleaning staff.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel and would gladly return. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere throughout the property is relaxing, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for both short and extended stays.
One of the standout features was the buffet. There was an impressive variety of dishes available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re a picky eater or someone who loves trying new things, there’s definitely something for everyone. The dining area was spacious and never felt overcrowded, even during busy hours.
The pool area was another major highlight. The pool itself is wide and perfect for both swimming and lounging. There’s plenty of seating and shaded areas around, so it’s easy to spend an entire afternoon just unwinding by the water. It’s great for families, couples, or even solo travelers looking to relax.
You may also select to have a room that is just adjacent to a pool exclusively for you. Although they strictly prohibit the use of pools after 7pm to maintain and clean the premises.
Overall, the combination of great food, comfortable amenities, and excellent service made this a very memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable experience with great value for money.

Just returned from 9 nights at this hotel. We had a lovely experience - reception staff were really helpful my son had an accident and they were great at arranging a Dr to come to the hotel and check him out. Entertainment team were brilliant and had a great way at making everyone feel comfortable and included.
Food is what you would expect from a 4 star all inclusive but we always managed to find something we enjoyed! Pizza, crepes and ice cream included throughout the day which was a nice surprise. Our house keeper was great at keeping us well stocked up on fresh water and towels and honestly couldn’t do enough for us. The wait staff in the restaurants were friendly and always had time to say hello to my little boy (3) or give him a high 5. Lastly, we got some lovely pictures taken by Fred- we were hesitant initially to get them done but so glad we didn’t and in the end couldn’t choose which ones we loved the most! 😄

Lovely hotel, nice atmosphere, restaurant staff friendly and helpful, food boring and not changed , same menu daily! Room service was shocking, no towels daily, beds made some days and not others! Short walk to strip and beach but everyone gets up at 6.30 for a subbed as sun is only later in the day on one side. Fine for a week but not a 4 * hotel.

We have just checked out and to be honest I can say I’m glad to be leaving, firstly I would like to say the swim up pool is lovely, the water slides are good for kids but only on for 3 hours of the day and it’s broken times, the water cuts of dead on the time and my daughter got stuck on the slide that I had to climb up and get her. Food was diabolical and drinks was shocking I had to 2 alcoholic drinks during my stay the cocktail was bad so I got a Malibu and coke to find out it was coke and flavoured syrup, the staff are arrogant, and simply rude not helpful at all, we was a booking of 7 so we had 3 rooms and we had issues in all 3 wether it was tv, shower, holes in walls, the aircon/ heating, doors not closing properly, the kids club was 4 songs and done, and we had abit of rain while our stay and the was nothing going on inside as day time interment or anything so u just stayed in room, we had accessible 2 older ladies in our booking and I messaged the hotel 2 months prior to our booking to arrange a mobility hire, which they assured me it wasn’t a problem for what we needed as they hired it on site, when we get there there wasn’t any and he didn’t no what we after our jet l2 rep was naming and tried to arrange it, but he was clueless, he went to a private company that kept promising us, then changing price then cancelling, the hotel wasn’t making us aware of any cancellations until the times we was meeting this happened for the first 3 days we was appalled so they ladies wasn’t able to really go out, I could say plenty more but I will not be staying or recommending it
