The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests, which made our stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was disappointing. They were not cleaned to the standard we expected, and this affected our overall experience. With better housekeeping, this hotel could be an excellent place to stay.

It wasn't what I expected... first I had a problem with the room when I arrive after long trip, they gave me incorrect room (2 split beds for me and my wife), despite to pay for the Deluxe one through Booking.com. Then next day they "solved" this, offering 103.9 USD to "upgrade" to the deluxe one what it was already paid almost 1 month before, so I paid again to don't ruin my holidays with my wife. They don't change towels every day and I had a request for coffee (they had coffee machine in room) and they said always "in 10 min we will bring", during days until we leave never we got. I don't recommend this hotel, there is many better in the same zone.

Fantastic hotel, staff are brilliant and always go out their way to help, offer local recommendations and the housekeeping team are the best! Our room was cleaned daily and our cleaner was the best. Great location, nice small pool, plenty of loungers and the breakfast had plenty of options including and omelette station. We’d absolutely return in the future!

The rooms are just fine.The cleaners and staff on that team are very quick and efficient and do a very good job. The beds are very comfortable but loud and the shower pressure is great. As for the continental breakfast this is where the hotel loses all of its value unfortunately the continental breakfast you get served cheeky nuggets and chips that look like they’ve been fed down from the all-inclusive and the menu on the continental changes every single day but it all looks like the scraps from the all-inclusive sister resort above. They do however have a portion where you can order eggs in a variety of different ways we have had Disagreement with the staff Regarding how I want my own eggs. I simply asked for scrambled eggs and with a pan in front of him, eggs in front of him, He said no, can’t do. The breakfast service isn’t The only thing every morning if you do not get up prior to 8 am and place your towels on the sunbeds outside, you will never see that sunbed all week. People are so quick to put in the towel on the sunbed’s in the morning It’s quite ridiculous not only are they putting the towels on the sunbeds? They are doing it and then going out for the day and coming back their towel

Came from Ireland for 4 nights with my kids. Hairs under cover. When you flush the toilet it pours on the floor. Egg smell coming from drain outside the door. Reported findings to reception, and maintance man who were not too bothered about this. The air conditioning broke during the night with a loud bang and fluid leaked all over our luggage. Black mould and insects everywhere. Won't be coming back.
