Seems to be a great place food could be a little better but just your typical all inclusive really would definitely come again

We stayed at The Mirage World hotel for a week stay and when we arrived we were shown to our rooms to find that we two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed plus on different floor as we have 3 adults and 2 children and wanted 2 single beds in one room for the boys and and our daughter in with us, they didn't have anything that night but managed to the things sorted for the next day. The same with the fridges in the rooms were not working and they were swapped out while we were swimming and the A/C wasn't working in the boy's and that was sorted straight away too all the staff are nice and accommodating especially when my wife bang her head on one of the water slides, I called the life guard over and he got to site doctor to come over and have a look, they couldn't do enough for her and kept checking up on her through out our stay. the hotel itself and rooms could do with a bit of an update and the lights in the toilets could stay on a bit longer as its annoying waving your arms in the air to get the lights to come back on while going for a wee. The evening entertainment was great especially for the kids disco to keep them entertained, then came the adults turn, the shows were great and so was the Karaoke that we took part in! But if you want a decant table or any table we found that one of us stay sitting at a table at the beginning of the evening before the show starts the everyone goes for dinner the swap over. the food was really tasty and the staff in the restaurant were really nice too We highly recommend visiting the Spa while you stay we were looked after very well the staff and the manager are amazing first time I have had a Turkish Bath and will defiantly something I'd do again. Also the hairdressers and really good too. My daughter had purple/pink hair plats in her hair and every day she managed to un-plat them and they fixed her hair every time we walked pasted and didn't ask for anything either. the private beach was a bit of a walk away but does not cater for the all inclusive so have to pay for drinks and food just to keep that in mind when you visit, still its a nice beach. the fist pool as you walk out of the reception there are some floor tiles that are very slippery when they get wet and saw a few people slip on them that really needs to be sorted out it is really dangerous! the rest of the pools where nice and clean and had a choice of 4 pools and a paddling pool for the kids. the play area does need some work as there was a bit of equipment that was broken and the spring was snapped and I told the receptionist and she got the maintenance crew to sort it out and they did it straight away and removed it. but still the play area could do with being updated. all in all we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

Mirage world - we stayed in C block for 9 nights, our room was a double room with an extra single bed shoved in so space was very limited. We had a few issues with the room with mouldy curtains and general decor and fabrication issues. Half the wall was painted and just looked like couldn't be bothered to finish it off. Bulbs needed replacing and towel hooks not fixed to the wall. Overall for our room it's in need of a good renovation The staff work hard, working long long hours. Most of them just get on with it, a few staff make the effort but most don't bother. Can't really blame them because most of the guest had forgotten manners. No pleases and thank yous. Some staff in the facilities there would pester you. Especially the tattoo shop mithering daily for you to get a tattoo done. Most of the holiday makers were very rude. Especially around tea time. If you qued up near the front you'd get pushed from people rushing behind for a table. People like to stare constantly at you like you have a TV on your head. Which is weird. Getting a sunbed was ok if your up early however if you get an umbrella and a table they'd probably try and get pinched infront of you. Which is shocking especially when it's protecting your child. If you want hot or even lukewarm food don't bother eating in. All the food was cold and very repetitive. Always fly's around and landing on food. Drinks are watered down. Only 1 beer choice. Pool and activities was good WI-Fi didn't work Aircon was good Wouldn't stay again ☹️

Our 3rd time at this hotel, rooms are cleaned everyday and let's face it you sleep there. Entertainment is fantastic .. Alex does not stop running around making sure everyone is looked after and his shows are funny. Food .. you can always find something to eat at every meal .... you will not go hungry believe me the restaurant/bar manager again works tirelessly to ensure your experience is the best. Cannot recommend this hotel enough .... fantastic I will return for my 4th visit

The staff was amazing and interacted with you and made sure you were included. Food in restaurant was amazing and had different options everyday, my favourite being the KFC styled chicken. With the water activities, there was multiple pools so it didnt feel over crowded and 5 slides to choose from. The cleaners were amazing and kind, and didnt have an issue with them. If you want to go to icmeler tukey, i do recomend this hotel due to its viraty of stuff to do and both kid and adults are included
