We booked this hotel through TUI with friends. The only option was all inclusive even though we only wanted B&B. We ended up eating all meals except breakfast and two evening meals elsewhere as the food was awful. This added a lot to our overall holiday cost. The light in our bathroom was so dim we couldn't see our hand in front of our face, it took two days and three reminders to get it corrected. The bedding did not fit the bed with the mattress visible! The toilet seat was smaller than the bowl which meant you sat on the ceramic surround ( ladies you know why this isn't good). There was mold in the shower. Our cups for tea/coffee weren't washed by the cleaning staff or replaced for the whole 10 days. Some staff were excellent and tried hard but there were others who were very miserable and had no manners. I spoke to the manager in the restaurant but nothing changed. I felt sorry for families with young children, Ice cream was only available for about an hour each day. The included alcohol was so weak and tasteless it was pointless and you had to pay for any of it after 11pm. The best thing about it was the location, within easy walking distance of the beach and restarants. Steer clear of this hotel, we felt we survived it but only because with four of us we could laugh about it.

Very hit or miss experience, we may have had just a bad end end of it, but ill go into it in sections. Rooms This was the worst part for us. The room itself was nice from first glance, but we soon realised on the first night after getting to the hotel at 9:30pmish, we were on ground floor and the patio door was broken and wouldnt lock. After a long stressful day, but we just reported it and asked for it to be fixed, to then be told they would come back the next day to fix it, leaving us with a door leading straight outside that anyone could just open and come in. There was a lack of communication, and it was made a hours long issue to the point where they ended up just permanently screwing our door shut for a few days. This was fine other than having a lack of air flow. Eventually they fixed it one random morning mid holiday, which started making things a lot better. There wasnt many other major issues with the room, only that our bathroom light randomly stopped working, and our wardrobe door was broken. Staff We found all staff lovely, especially the bar staff, cleaning staff and outside chefs. There was one staff member who was being rather creepy around women and scammy, but the hotel did well at handling it and he was fired. Food We had massive issues with the food Due to it changing every night and having nothing consistently, which would be fine but there wasnt a lot my partner would eat. I do believe all Hotels should at least have chips every night for picky eaters and kids, but over the whole 10 days we were here we had chips twice. The grill food was very nice though, highly recommend going and seeing what they have at dinner as its different every night. They also have a snack bar between lunch and dinner which serves chips, fresh pizza, burgers and ice pops but is only open for a short amount of time. Location Perfect location. You have less than a 5 minute walk to get to the strip down a straight road as soon as you leave the hotel, as well as a 24 hour shop just before you reach the strip with snacks, drinks and other general stuff for good prices. The view from the hotel is also absolutely stunning, as it looks onto dalaman mountain. Personally wouldnt stay again, but not bad for the price for an all inclusive, especially as they do some cocktails and their alcohol doesnt seem watered down.

Me and my Auntie here, my first ever time in turkey (she’s been here multiple times over the years) and I’ve never felt so welcomed and looked after. Rooms are always lovely and clean, staff are super friendly at all times, pool area is fantastic for a little swim or bathe. Plenty people to talk to. Standard all inclusive drinks/food but honestly couldn’t complain none at all were bad. I’ve so far had a great time and absolutely loved meeting a lot of lovely people along the au! I can’t wait to be back! Entertainment has been inclusive and a good laugh like water volley ball and the karaoke I’m excited to see what’s next! Huge shout out to mehmet, Solomon, and Aaron (I hope these are right! 🤦🏻‍♀️) they all do a fantastic job behind the pool bar and in the entertainment sector! I’d definitely recommend as a lovely place to stay! Plenty of day trip to choose from and activities! The strip full of shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream & excursions not even a 5 min walk from hotel. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming!

Great location, near the beach. Room was really nice and clean. sun-bed always available in the pool area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was yummy 😋. Tried the Turkish Spa in the hotel, great experience and lovely massage. Entertainment team very friendly and engaging. Thank you so much for the great hospitality. 🥰

I dont normally share negative reviews but feel this may be heard so changes can be made. Firstly, the staff are amazing, the cleaners, bar staff, chefs, waiting staff, reception, entertainment, first line managers. They certainly made the holidays for us. The rooms are clean and kept clean but our first room smelt badly of damp. Second room and thank you for moving us was much better. However, the shower were at best luke warm, but mostly cold. You need to be aware there are only two spirits included in the all inclusive package, vodka and gin. There is red, white and rose wine and beer included. No cocktails. I bought my own bottle of rum, but I loved the Turkish tea! There is currently a road being built opposite so there is a lot of building work noise from about 9am to 6pm which I appreciate is not the hotels fault and will not be forever, but we would have changed if we knew ahead. The prayer call from the mosque opposite is likely to wake you between 4am and 5am every morning, I only slept through this twice in 2 weeks, and I would consider myself a deep sleeper. With respect to the culture I would have been happy with a catch-up nap during the day but due to the building work, this didnt work for me. Senior managers and owners were present on site so hoping they will continue to make the right improvements because the hotel is in a great location, has beautiful views and is generally clean throughout. We were told evening entertainment will be provided when it gets busier, there was none for us and most evenings those staying went out and the hotel was very quiet but to be honest we were generally so tired anyway so earlier nights were a blessing I guess. The food improved after filling out a survey, it took us a while to figure out to go outisde to bbq area to get meat first. We were told all that was cooked was brought inside when we first arrived. The girls in the spa....well definately the best massage ever.....absolutely recommend this treat!
