The food is quite repetitive — sometimes tasty, sometimes not. Room cleaning could be better; we had to ask twice before the floors were properly cleaned after the previous guests.
In mid-October 2025, there wasn’t much sunshine, and even when the sun did appear, it was often hidden behind the mountains or palm trees — keep that in mind.
On the bright side, the hotel is just a few steps from the sea, and the water is warmer than the air. It’s a quiet harbor surrounded by yachts and boats, with the town center and a beautiful promenade within walking distance. The hotel itself is calm — no loud entertainment or many children. There are mostly guests from the UK and Russia. The area overall is very beautiful.

2nd review after 28 nights of holiday at this hotel…. For the price it’s excellent value for money!!! Love the location, loungers on the beach are 10 feet from the hotel terrace/pool so you can take a coffee ☕️ or a beer at any time so easily. On that note the waiters are amazing 🤩 special mention to Yuczel (Harry Potter) and Firat. Restaurant manager very nice and friendly man. Ali the manager has a lovely calm understanding nature… whenever I wanted to have a word over the 4 weeks, he actually listened and speaks very good English.
Room cleaned upon request to an above average standard. Hot water constantly, bottle of water from reception if you ask. No cockroaches not 1!!!! Not even a mosquito, or ants. Food amazing 🤩 I stand by that…. Every evening especially they tried their best to shake things up and keep varying the menu…. Please remember this is not a 5* hotel in Dubai - be realistic please!!!!
Do you know the one thing that spoilt it for me? Because it’s adult only and ‘free’ bar, some people did not know when to stop and spoilt themselves… but that is obviously not the hotels fault. Anyway, yes we will return and do recommend this hotel.

Booked though a TUI website. But this is no way a TUI hotel. Unknown to us it was though a third part. We arrived at 1am, where the night desk cleark checked us in. No food or drinks offered. Bearing in mind we booked an all inclusive holiday.
Got to the room which was very run down, stank of smoke. At this point we needed to sleep. Complained about the room and we were given another. Only to notice what I can only describe as a macerator pump going off at intervals. Then when we went to shower a cock roach in the bathroom. The food was disgusting, cold and the choices were limited. This place would be good for backpacking, using it as just a place to sleep that's is. But as we paid for a TUI all inclusive it is not so be aware!

Good location, right on the beach. Bus to Marmaris stops in front of the hotel. Friendly personeel, good food. The boss is very helpfull. Lot's of British guests. Take a room at the back and you have sun all day on your balcony (not sea side).

The staff were all wonderful, especially the food & beverage team. They worked like bees – so fast and efficient that I don’t think they even had much time to rest! Our table was never left dirty for even a moment. In general, the whole team was incredibly attentive and friendly. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. The view and the sea were also absolutely beautiful! 🌊✨
