We came here on December for a weekend retreat with my mom. It has the best view and amazing food, but what stood out to me was how kind the staff are. You can really understand when the people have a kind soul. There were many happy cats and the staff were geniuenly compassionate towards them. I hope the boss deserve such good staff and pays them well.

Wow wow wow ! What a fantastic time we had at this delightful hotel . First time in Turkey and I just cannot wait to return. From the wonderful staff, to the amazing food and fabulous spa we had a wonderful memorable stay. The downside was we were only there a week but what a week. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and the staff very kindly wished us well with our names in lights on the side of the mountain . Big shout out to Stefan who carried our bags and explained about the hotel, Jimmy who provided us with magical massages ( 3 in total). Ahmet who showed first class customer service in the dining room . Sinem whose bar skills were outstanding especially in providing my husband with a secret “red drink” that we never managed to figure out all the ingredients but was delightful. We booked 2 excursions which were amazing through Yenice Tours who are on site . A shout out also to the on site shop owner who was lovely and has everything you need!

The hotel itself is beautiful, set in lovely surroundings with great facilities. Most of the staff are attentive and friendly, especially Jimmy and Niomai, the spa lady, who were always kind and professional. I really enjoyed my daily massages and felt well looked after by them. However, after experiencing a very traumatic incident during my stay, I was disappointed with how the management handled the situation. Although reception quickly moved us to a better room away from the block where the man involved were staying, no one from management came to check on me or make sure I was okay afterwards. I feel they should have assisted me in reporting the matter to the police, but they didn’t. This has left me questioning the hotel’s approach to guest safety and duty of care. It’s a lovely resort with good people working here, but safety and management response during serious incidents need serious improvement.

What a load of …… Got stuck In This hotel by force not by choice! Room sub standard and filthy Had no hot water most of the week despite numerous calls to reception who insist they are sending somone one but no one ever came! One day when we was stuck in our room for 24 hours because of the heavy rain we could t even use the jacuzzi because the water was stone cold! First I was told it was a power issue then it was a generator issue then it was a national issue. You are literally room bound like a prisoner when it rains hard as nothing here is under cover or water tight. And for. A 4star delux hotel that’s appalling. Never returning and was never our choice to be here as we always placed here via another hotel called Orka SUNLIFE with out any options to refuse!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Fabulous views (looks like you have a great view from every room). Varied spread of food, lots of choice. Even when the hotel is completely full, sun beds are available all day. 15-20 minute walk to the beach (downhill), so a little longer on the way back. Surrounded by hills and wildlife. From our walk around, no other hotel in the area has similar views and is as close to the beach.
