I had such a lovely stay at Kenzi Rose Garden in Marrakech. From the moment I arrived, all of the staff made me feel so welcome and were always friendly, helpful, and happy to assist with anything I needed.
A special thank you to the Box Animation Team, who made the holiday so much fun with all of the activities they organised throughout the day. There was always something to do, and they created such a great atmosphere. A special mention to Ibrahim, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always went out of his way to help. His positive energy really made a difference to my stay.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Kenzi Rose Garden to anyone visiting Marrakech. Thank you to everyone for making my holiday so memorable! 🥰

Whole hotel is kept lovely and clean, including our room. Pools and garden are immaculate. Fresh fruit and small cakes on arrival in room are a treat. 2 smalll bottles of water provided every day in room as well as the tea and coffee. The downside of this hotel being an English person and speaking very little French we found the staff, including reception, bar and pool made it feel as though they were very unapproachable and did not want to help whereas seeing guests who speak French being reacted to differently. Maybe my fault as I do not speak French very well and know very little, but this shouldn't stop people being friendly. We visited a few local restaurant and the welcome was totally different. There are the exception of 1 or 2 staff who are friendly (sorry I didnt get their names) and the cleaning staff always smiled and said hello. We asked for tv to be looked at as no English speaking channels available even though a card in room said their was. This to our knowledge was never looked at amd when we asked in reception got the feeling it was never going to be looked at!
Plenty of sunbeds, never a problem getting somewhere to sit around pool.
Hotel is a good 30 mins walk to medina, all flat and manageable. Watch the taxi service outside, be clear on costs before getting in as we were stung on one journey.
Breakfast is average, fresh made omelettes and donuts are good though. No where to grab lights snacks/ meal on evening unless you go out. Couple of times we just wanted something light but only full meals available or a buffet. (Never tried buffet so unable to comment on that).

The hotel is in great location. Room service was good. They had given us a different room than we had booked but they corrected it. Breakfast was good busy hotel so things run out quickly and the replenish as soon as possible. Spa and Hamam was good experience not smiley or friendly may be due to language barrier but they knew their job and gave good service.
Overall great place to stay and I would use them again for sure. The views of the mall from my room and on clear day you can see Atlas mountain too. Sofitel hotel is around the corner and seems lot urbanised and completely different from Medina area. We stay in Medina as well as L hivernage district. We enjoyed our stay at Kenzi Rose garden.

There is a problem. Me and my friend booked for a four night stay. As soon as I checked in I had to return due to an emergency at home, my mother was dying so we caught an emergency flight back to the uk. The hotel refused to give any refund, not even one night considering I stayed 0 nights. I literally checked in and checked out. Worst part was I was going to come back in September but that is out the question now. I was Shocked that there is no compassion. I think a place with no empathy or compassion is not a good place to be. I had to pay for full four nights (around 800 pounds) they didn’t even offer a partial refund! I am a global traveller so I can tell you this is not right at all. This place is a money making machine it’s not a humane environment. Anything can happen in life to anybody and that’s not the response you expect. Booking.com even offered to not charge the hotel but they still refused a partial refund. Not even one pound. Take note of this guys it’s really important. We all have family and anything can happen anytime. Just trying to help.
