We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel, and what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding team.
A special mention must go to Salim, the bar manager, who was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly attentive, always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. His professionalism, warm personality, and genuine care for guests created such a welcoming atmosphere. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves, and it truly elevated our entire holiday experience.
The food was another highlight, especially thanks to Chef Yuseff, who prepared some of the most delicious Indian cuisine we have ever had. Every dish was full of flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly made with skill and passion. It was something we looked forward to every single day.
At breakfast, Sufiyan made each morning a pleasure. He always greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. His attention to detail and willingness to help created a relaxed and enjoyable start to our day, and it did not go unnoticed.
Overall, the level of service we received from Salim, Yuseff, and Sufiyan was truly exceptional. Their dedication, warmth, and professionalism made our holiday so much more enjoyable and memorable. It is because of them that we would happily return and recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

My mum and I had a wonderful holiday at Jaal Riad Resort. We both loved the hotel, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay.
A special mention goes to the evening bar team, who always served us with respect, a smile, and excellent cocktails. Their friendly service made our evenings especially enjoyable.
I would also like to give a very special thank you to Salim, the bar manager. He is a genuinely kind, respectful, and hardworking person who always goes the extra mile to make sure guests are happy and well looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he consistently made sure everyone had everything they needed.
Thank you to Salim and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We had a fantastic time and would happily return in the future.

The check-in experience was disappointing. When we arrived, a hotel employee offered to enter the Wi-Fi password on both my phone and my husband’s phone. After doing so, she also wrote and posted a positive review of the hotel on Google from both devices without our permission, which was completely unacceptable and highly inappropriate.
We loved the pool, and our room was very comfortable. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with amazing décor throughout. The location is also very good, and the gym is well equipped.
The breakfast could be improved, as it lacks variety and better organization.
In addition, the bidet in our room was leaking and clearly needs maintenance.
The pool restaurant also left something to be desired in terms of food quality. However, I would like to note that the staff there were very friendly, attentive, and helpful.
During the night, the room was very quiet. However, from around 7:00 a.m. onwards, we could hear the airplanes very clearly from the room, which may be an issue for lighter sleepers.

Stayed at the Jaal Riad for just under a week, upon arrival we were given wristbands for the all inclusive (yellow is generic lilac for the plus package which we’ve since learned is for premium cocktails & spirits etc, despite you possibly paying more for your holiday id just check which package you get!)
The hotel, rooms & ambience are just unbelievably gorgeous. Treatment & service did vary staff to staff however, the poolside politics surrounding reserving sun beds got a little ridiculous despite rules everywhere saying this wasn’t allowed yet with pool side staff doing nothing about it so if you want a sun bed I suggest you set that 7/8am alarm!
There was also glass in the pool on our first day that was still there after I told the pool staff, we watched them clean the pool only with a net every morning so I’m hoping they do deeper cleans weekly?
You get to visit the à la carte restaurant once during your stay included in the package but truthfully we sat in a near empty restaurant for over 20 minutes at 9pm’ish before our order was taken and as soon as paying guests came in they rushed to them and they dined before we even received our starter. We abandoned desert as it was getting too late and honestly I’d prefer a cocktail at the bar by then as service stops at 11 and it was half 10 by the time we had our main! (So if you want to skip the restaurant & stick with the buffet you won’t be missing out)
I agree with other reviews that the rules were very inconsistent when it comes to treatment, holidays that people have saved up for should be relaxing after all not a popularity contest!
Genuinely couldn’t fault the evening bar staff & the entertainment staff, always helping wherever they could, chatting to everyone & made unbelievable drinks, the evening of music & tea sat by the water feature was breathtaking, the rooms were always immaculate, everything always smelled beautiful & I just couldn’t believe the visual experience daily.
Food varied slightly day to day but honestly we loved it, amazing value for money, consistently bringing fresh food out & you could choose to sit inside or out. You were never hungry that’s for sure!
Gorgeous experience, excellent value for money, be warned however the hotel is surrounded by night club & party venues that play til 3am, so if you get disturbed by music/loud bass easily then this won’t be for you!
I think we would return for sure as it’s the perfect getaway to relax, read & have a few cocktails at a great price!

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we were kindly upgraded for my birthday, which was a really nice touch. We arrived before check‑in and were given our all‑inclusive wristbands straight away, so we could enjoy lunch and drinks while we waited.
The only downside was the lack of information at check‑in. Nothing was explained as no details about towel collection, restaurant times, facilities, or even check‑out were given. We thought there might be an an information sheet in the room but there was not, so we had to figure everything out ourselves. We didn’t realise there was an indoor pool until our last day.
The food was generally good, the Asian section was consistently fab, and for what we paid it felt fair value.
The staff were the highlight of the stay! The waitresses, bartenders, chefs, and floor staff were all warm, friendly, and so hardworking, especially considering they often seemed to be juggling lots of guests. A special shout‑out to Samin in the bar, who looked after us every evening — he’s an absolute credit to the hotel! Overall, a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff but would have been great to have that core information provided on the first day
