Best resort with amazing staff, excellent food, and outstanding service. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcome at all times. The food was delicious with great variety and quality. We were on an all-inclusive package, with access to three restaurants. Unfortunately, the main restaurant was very disappointing – food that should have been hot was consistently cold.
The Italian restaurant was excellent, however many menu options required an additional service charge, which felt inappropriate for an all-inclusive stay. Only allow to use once during a weeks stay.
We booked the Moroccan restaurant for Christmas Day at the same time as booking the Italian restaurant. When we arrived at our booked time, we were told we had no reservation. I explained that both restaurants had been booked together. After the waiter spoke to the manager, we were told there were no tables available, despite the restaurant later being half empty.
After almost an hour and intervention from another manager, we were finally given a table.
As a vegetarian, I ordered a lentil dish, which arrived with half a chicken breast placed on top — completely unacceptable.
Due to poor weather, we chose to use the indoor pool, only to be told it cost £20 per person for just 20 minutes, which felt excessive for a supposed five-star, all-inclusive resort.
The communal areas of the hotel were very cold, including during evening entertainment. The singer performing was wearing a coat while singing sitting behind a laptop, which reflected the lack of atmosphere and comfort.
We asked about extending our room on the final day, but were told this could not be confirmed until the morning of departure as the hotel was supposedly full. However, several staff members later advised us that the hotel was actually half empty, highlighting a clear lack of consistency and honesty.
Although the resort is rated five-star, unfortunately I cannot agree with this rating. Staff frequently gave conflicting information, and overall service was poor.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and not one I would expect from a hotel of this rating.

I am a lady travelling first time on my own; was a little bit apprehensive, however the staff have been amazing. My safety has been a priority with the staff, all excursions I booked through the concierge and I had a fantastic experience. I was collected from the hotel and brought back.
The food is amazing and the staff in the restaurant were so welcoming and helpful. Chef makes the most wonderful lentil Dahl, you have to try it!. I only eat fish, there was always something at the buffet for me to have.
A young lady, Julian, is so lovely. She will pop by and have a chat, which i have to say makes you feel included and not forgotten because you are alone visitor.

Room is lovely, and always clean. No issues with towels being changed.

Nice property to stay .services are unique except Massage service.Hospitality very good .Ambience is very good.Massage centre constructed very nice .Problem we faced inService at Massage centre. NO massage done at massage only rubbing of oil on the body .While go through the ambience at massage building i was very impressed with the interiors so decided for massage whick turn into night mare.It seems like sort of cheating with the customer of their money.Humble request from the owner to check this facillity .One of my friend made serious complain at the reception of massage centre.He gets 50 % discount . You should provide services.
