Excellent Experience Amazing Staff & Service
I had a wonderful stay at Be Live Collection Marrakech Adults Only, and I would especially like to highlight the fantastic staff, who truly made the experience memorable.
The Lobby Bar deserves special praise. Ahmed, Zizo, and Achraf (the bar manager) were absolutely outstanding. They were always welcoming, friendly, and professional, with great attention to detail. The service was excellent, the drinks were well prepared, and the atmosphere at the lobby bar was always relaxed and enjoyable thanks to them.
The food was also very good, with a nice variety and well-presented dishes. A special mention to Ksar Asni restaurant, where the food quality and service really stood out. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well organized.
The animation team was energetic, fun, and engaging without being overwhelming. They created a great vibe during the day and evening and made sure guests felt included and entertained.
I would also like to thank the reception team for their professionalism and helpfulness. From check-in to any questions during the stay, they were always polite, efficient, and smiling.
Overall, a big thank you to all the staff for their hard work, kindness, and dedication. They are the true strength of this hotel. I would definitely recommend Be Live Marrakech Adults Only and would happily return.

The highlight of this hotel is by far the kind caring staff who were all just fabulous ! From beginning to end they made you feel very welcome and cared for and nothing was a problem if you needed anything .
We upgraded to a suite when we arrived and it was absolutely lovely , the food was also good and although the weather was not fabulous the pool facilities and Spa were also well maintained and clean. The pool bar cafe was very good and the food was nice and again the staff there were really friendly helpful and happy .
However there are two people I would like to thank personally and that is Ayoub and Kaoutar ! On my return home to Scotland I realised that I had left a necklace in the room which was very important to me . I called the hotel and Ayoub went above and beyond to find my necklace which had been found and handed in by the housekeeping staff . Kaoutar was also in contact with me and kept me updated , I had briefly spoken to girls from Scotland one day at the hotel who I knew were still there - Kaoutar and Ayoub managed to find them and now the necklace is on the way back to me ♥️ they both went above and beyond to help me and I was so impressed with there kindness and I won’t forget what they both did for me . Thank you very much !

At the lobby bar, Zizzo and Ahmed were outstanding—very friendly, professional, and always welcoming. A special thanks as well to their manager Achraf, who clearly leads the team with great care and professionalism.
In the restaurant, Zina provided excellent service with a warm smile and great attention to detail, which made dining even more enjoyable.
The atmosphere was elevated by DJ Oussama, who created a fantastic vibe, along with his manager Salim, who ensured everything ran smoothly.
The Christmas decorations were beautiful and created a magical, festive ambiance throughout the venue. The food was delicious and high quality, with a big compliment to Chef Hicham, whose talent truly stood out in every dish.
Overall, an exceptional experience thanks to a passionate and professional team. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.

Amazing experience at the Lobby Bar!
Zizo and Ahmed provided outstanding service from start to finish — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made sure everything was perfect and kept the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable throughout the evening.
Big shout-out as well to DJ Oussama, who absolutely delivered on the entertainment. Great music selection, smooth transitions, and the perfect vibe to match the crowd. The energy was spot on all night and really elevated the whole experience.
Highly recommend the Lobby Bar for great service, great music, and an all-round fantastic night out. We’ll definitely be back!

My experience at the hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the amazing service from Bar Manager Ashraf and waiter Zizou.
Ashraf was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. His knowledge, hospitality, and the warm atmosphere he created made every visit to the bar a pleasure.
Zizou was equally fantastic—friendly, efficient, and always serving with a genuine smile. He consistently made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time, adding a personal touch that made the experience unforgettable.
