Incredible place! Rooms were tidied every day, all the staff were lovely and welcoming especially youssef in the restaurant at dinner time. He really made every dinner feel special and had great rapport with everyone in his section! If you’re an adult dont be afraid to go on the slides makes for a great break from sunbathing. The Moroccan restaurant was incredible too, live music, great local cuisine and lovely service. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough! All in all a great week! - feed the kittens at dinner outside they are the cutest!

Lovely resort with lots to do. Food has all been good but queues can form at pizza station and bar at peak times.
Pools have been excellent, very clean and fresh with water slides and kids pool valued addition. Entertainment (animation) team are fantastic, made the holiday great as were pool bar staff.
Rooms very modern and comfortable.. Limited aircon but ok in the most.
Gardens well maintained and nice to walk around. Reception staff are helpful.
Unfortunately some bug going around and we all got bad stomach on various occasions over the week

A great choice for a hotel if you're staying in Marrakech. 8min drive to either the Medina or the Menara Mall (100 dirhams each way) and 15mins to the airport. Free shuttle bus to the Medina which you can book 24hrs in advance but it's a small van so places fill up quickly. Best to go early, 9/10am, or just before sunset.
Extremely clean. Good facilities - baby/toddler pool, water slides, a large main pool, a deeper infinity pool and an indoor adult only pool, daily activities and evening entertainment.
Beware, sunbeds get taken from 7am so you have to be up and out early to claim them. Swim towels often run out and, at times, we had to wait up to 1.5hrs to get towels and go to the towel booth 4 times. Not ideal and highly inconvenient.
Staff are wonderful and work hard to please. Moroccans are warm and friendly by nature, which is a wonderful contrast to living in London!!
Rooms are spacious and spotless. Tea/coffee facilities in the room could include sugar and milk, especially for us Brits!! Otherwise, perfect. Beds are huge and comfortable, so we all had great sleeps.
Evening entertainment is ok. It starts at gone 9.30pm though so it's very difficult to keep the kids up for it. Most evenings we just went back to our room as the kids just couldn't manage any more.
Food is plentiful and varied if you have a palate that will extend to all kinds of foods. If not, it's pancakes/pastries for breakfast and then chips, pizza and ice cream on repeat, especially for the kids.
Beware wasps at the drinks bar and snack bar. Many of the kids are absolutely terrified of them, understandably, so it's best to ask what they want and go and get it yourself to save them from the trauma!!
Beautiful, well manicured grounds. Reasonably priced spa treatments at an on site facility. On site pharmacy. Everything you could want really.
Just a few finishing touches wouldn't go amiss - setting all the tables for all mealtimes so that guests don't have to ask for cutlery, glasses, coffee cups etc; sugar&milk in the rooms; juice options for kids at dinner time instead of a choice of only water or fizzy drinks/wine for the adults; better lighting in the rooms - lighting is really low and not great, especially for beauty purposes; a better system for claiming sunbeds and the use of swim towels.

Just came back from the holiday at this hotel. In general, it is a great family-friendly resort.
The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The swimming pools are very enjoyable!
The animation team is doing a really good job keeping people engaged and entertained by the pool and during the evening entertainment. Also, the kids club is great!
The food can be quite repetitive but it was mostly tasty and always hot. The only downside is that if you come a bit later for lunch/dinner it might take a while to get the table prepared.

The Kids Club was absolutely fantastic and made our holiday so much more enjoyable. A special thank you to Narjisse, who was incredible with the children. She was kind, patient, full of energy, and made every child feel welcome and included. My child looked forward to seeing her every day, and it’s clear she genuinely loves what she does. She is a real credit to the Kids Club and helped create some wonderful holiday memories. Thank you, Narjisse!
