I had a wonderful stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made my stay truly enjoyable.
A special thank you to Soukayna, the Guest Relations Manager, for her kindness, professionalism, and exceptional support throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her warm attitude really made a difference. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to ensuring guests have the best possible experience.

Seriously the best 9 days in Marrakech, everything is nearby the hotel. Especially the service was 10/10, kindest heart welcoming workers!!! Mustapha from the swimming pool to has been really kind to us. Mustapha and Salah from the security really made us feel welcoming every time we entered the hotel. We would like to thanks all of them so much for this great stay and lovely memories. Kind regards from the two girls from the Netherlands!!!!

An unforgettable stay! We came to celebrate my husband's birthday, and everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the birthday decorations and cake were such a thoughtful touch. We had a wonderful time staying at the Savoy Le Grand Hotel in Marrakech and would highly recommend it to families visiting the city.
What made our stay special:
Comfortable Rooms: Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Great Dining: The breakfast spread was very good, with plenty of variety to get the day started right.
Relaxing Pools: The swimming pools were clean, well-maintained, and ideal for relaxing with the family.
Outstanding Service: The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit.
Prime Location: Having a shopping center right next door was super convenient for grabbing extras, shopping, or getting a quick bite.
We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be back. If you are traveling to Marrakech with family, this hotel is a top choice!

Had the worst experience here, should be 0 star, used to stay here regularly over the years. This was my 8th stay here never had an issue with service. This time was horrific went with my family booked 2 room’s which weren’t connecting even though we had asked for it as my children were young. No one answers the calls when you need something keep telling you 5 minutes which ends up taking an hour. Waited 40 minutes just to receive toothbrushes which was wasn’t in the room, i opened the lotion to use but even that was empty. My sink had a crack posing great safety concerns when i told the staff they said they would change it but even that didn’t happen. Had to constantly ask for towels which seem to be very limited. We ordered room service kids were extremely hungry and waited over an hour for it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, nor would i be staying here again, if your looking for a 5* hotel then spend your money elsewhere because this hotel has drastically dropped its service. Not to forget the breakfast which was included very limited and repetitive, going at 9am is like being in a headless chicken factory no proper service constantly asking for tea, water juice basic food items. They cannot handle the pressure.
