Everything here was fabulous! They even made a huge effort for my birthday with rose petals and pillows and cake! So nice.
Loved it! Great location to walk into the Medina and the breakfast was really great - so much choice. Everyone super friendly. Choice of quiet pool away from families too :-)

Our stay at Savoy Le Grand Marrakech was deeply disappointing from the moment we arrived. The hotel felt more like a construction site than a resort, with loud banging and metal work echoing throughout the day. We were never informed about any major construction work beforehand, which set the tone for the rest of the experience.
We were told we’d been “upgraded” from a pool-side room to one on the third floor, but the room was identical to the standard layout. To make matters worse, the sliding door was broken. It took six unanswered calls to reception and eventually a visit downstairs just to get someone to look at it.
The rainfall shower didn’t work properly, and housekeeping seemed overwhelmed. Towels arrived with marks on them, and it took three separate visits just to receive replacements because they’d run out while servicing rooms. The toiletries provided were mismatched and insufficient, including six bottles of shampoo but only a single shower gel.
Service overall was extremely poor. The hotel restaurants offered bland, overpriced food, and breakfast was chaotic. Getting a coffee meant repeatedly flagging down a waiter or giving up and making it yourself if you were lucky enough to find a clean cup.
I’ve had better experiences at motorway service stations. The only staff member who consistently showed any warmth or professionalism was the security guard on the private entrance to the mall, who greeted everyone with a smile and a “Bonjour.”
In its current state, this hotel does not deliver the quality or comfort it advertises. I would not recommend it.

This hotel is a building site in progress, there is no health and safety. An incident accured straight at the entrance out to the pool area, where a wall of come kind collapsed on to the ground where i was standing.
This is not a hotel I would recommend for many reasons.
And definitely not a 5 star ar anything near it.

Room, shower, location and breakfast were good. We had a rude awakening at 2am when room service walked into the room unannounced. We did not get any sleep later. Spoken to duty manager next morning. She did mention she would contact us before we left. But no update on this. On day of checkout our lights were turned off and wireless access was blocked at 10am, when the checkout clearly states 12 noon. We could not be bothered to query since previous query was not followed up. There is nothing mentioned in hotel description that you cannot bring outside alcohol or food in the hotel. But when you get there that is the case. So if you want to bring your own alcohol or food don't book this hotel. Also pretty sure that you will get better service and rooms for the same price at other hotels in Marrakech. Definitely not coming back to this hotel.

Very nice hotel, staff always attentive and helpful. The hotel is massive 2 big pools outdoors and 2 indoors. There is many rooms, spaces and restaurants as well, which we didn't explore. The hotel is going through some renovations but didn't hamper our stay at all and no noise at any time. There is many nice restaurants within walking distance of this hotel and bonus of having a mall and grocery store next to the hotel. We booked this hotel as it is located 8 mins drive from the hotel on our last day. They even allowed us to extend our checkout free of charge which is a really nice touch to finish off our trip to Morocco.
