My wife and I came here with our oldest son and his wife, as they had come here for their honeymoon last year. This was our first holiday abroad in nearly 35 years of marriage, due to the fact that we work together.
On arrival we went to our (adjacent) rooms and found that we were the first to enjoy the rooms since a very recent refurbishment. After explaining to front desk that we had what seemed like a film of concrete dust on our surfaces, they dealt with it.
Our rooms overlooked the main pool area, so we didn't have far to go for the restaurant, bar, reception and of course, pool and loungers. We all personally found the food to be good, with help from our son/daughter in law, who know their food. I had no worries trying different local food at each sitting, I certainly didn't fly for 4 hours to eat chips.
We certainly heard the evening's entertainment from our beds, due to our location, but that's why we have over ear headphones when we want to sleep to some of our music.
The beach was, at most, 10 minutes walk away, with it's gorgeous blue water. The location is a major bonus with this hotel, with the awesome surrounding mountains, the beach, the high Street to the beach and the ease of transport to some brilliant surrounding attractions. I don't know if we'll ever get the chance again but if we do, we'd love to come back here and maybe even for a little longer.

Just returned from a week here… staff were lovely, we stayed in one of the refurbished family rooms (2 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms). Food was lovely - good selection- would return

The hotel is in a great location at the top end of the strip but unfortunately it’s let down buy the food and beds .The food is the same repetitive thing each day with no thought being put into it . As for the beds I have slept better on my mates sofa when I was in my youth there tired old hard and the springs are poking out of them . Half of the week the a few of the bar staff didn’t seem interested until they what given a rocket up the you know what by there manager then they couldn’t do enough for you. So in conclusion very average hotel

First visit to this hotel and overall had a great stay. We visited as a family for a one week stay.
Staff are mostly great, you soon work out who is best to approach with queries etc. Particular mention needed for photographer Omer, not only is a fantastic photographer, but is so friendly and engaging, an absolute asset. Also Engin, part of the restaurant staff, was a great host, super helpful and friendly.
Food was great, plentiful and varied. The Turkish night was a particular favourite and I loved the array of salad options. Breakfast I enjoyed the variety of eggs on offer, plenty of healthy or indulgent options for every appetite. Lunch had two options - poolside or restaurant. Restaurant lunch was similar to dinner with a variety of salads and hot options. Poolside lunch had family favourites such as burgers, nuggets, chips and salad - all very tasty. The lady making the fresh flatbreads poolside was a gem too, delicious and had different filling options (cheese, chocolate).
Ice cream served 3.30 each day - different flavours each day and very tasty. Water, juice and hot drinks are self serve and always available at different locations. Soft drinks, beer and local spirits included within package. Cocktails and some other drinks are chargeable.
Air con was great in the room, in fact had to turn it down as got to chilly through the night. Our room for 3 was very small, however had plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage and had a great balcony which was good for drying swim clothes or having a chilled time out. Although small, we didn't spend a great deal of time in the room and it was functional - slept well, good shower and good air con. I did need to ask for an extra pillow that took some negotiation as first ask the chap on reception said no, but then asked someone else and this was accommodated and I slept much better. There was a safe in the room that is an extra charge, we didn't use it and had no issues with any valuables and also didn't really have concerns to that effect either - hotel feels very safe.
The pool was great and the venue offered a number of activities for kids, pizza making, dance, face paints etc. Water aerobics, darts, killer pool and water polo were also great for adults (or kids). We didn't stay on site every evening but did enjoy the Kenyan acrobatics, Turkish folk and live singers (did not enjoy listening to the karoke as much though - yes party pooper alert).
Good location, 5 mins walk to beach (and boat trips), 3 min drive from cable cars and good shopping in the strip next to hotel. Some good restaurant options if looking for a change of scenery too.
A real downside for us was the too relaxed approach with smoking. There was no non smoking areas so had people lighting up all around the pool, lunch areas, dinner areas etc. Really unpleasant as a non smoking family with a child. Seeing people using drinking glasses as ashtrays too is just gross and disrespectful.

Very poor performance from the hotel.
Faults report were clearly ignored and some hotel staff rude, especially the spa staff when you say no.
Food was really good and the photographer was amazing, someone you’d have an instant liking to.
All in all it was a holiday and we did make the most of it but unfortunately we wouldn’t return.
