We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and it was an unforgettable experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The entertainment was fantastic – we had so much fun and never felt bored.
A very special thanks to the hotel manager, Mr. Burak Koç, who personally took care of us and made wonderful gestures such as arranging a cabana and a massage. His warm attention truly made us feel special.
The entire staff were always smiling, very friendly, and highly professional. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was spotless, our room was cleaned beautifully every single day, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options.
Overall, the service, the staff, and the atmosphere were all exceptional. We are already looking forward to coming back!

We stayed five nights at this resort and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings overall.
The food and drinks were excellent, the shows entertaining, and the rooms kept very clean. The catering team truly deserves praise for their effort and consistent quality every day. However, during our dinner we found a large spill of alcohol beneath our table. The smell was strong and unhealthy, especially concerning for our children sitting close by. My wife politely asked the waiter to clean it, but he refused immediately. I eventually cleaned the mess of other guests from the floor using tissues. This disappointed me, since I often visit Turkish resorts and never experienced this problem.
During our stay, technical staff and cleaners entered our room without proper announcement. Sometimes they knocked but opened the door instantly, even when my wife was half dressed. That showed little respect for privacy, no matter how polite the staff acted. Another issue: several waiters appeared grumpy, almost like they disliked their jobs noticeably. Of course not everyone, but at times this created an uncomfortable feeling for us.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and I am beyond satisfied with my experience. The location is perfect, but what truly makes this place exceptional is the service. Every single staff member was not only professional but also genuinely kind and attentive.
I was impressed to see how supportive the General Manager was, always standing by his team and leading by example. This level of leadership really reflects in the overall service quality.
The entertainment team deserves a special mention for creating such a joyful and lively atmosphere every day. In particular, Ziko and Dali were outstanding, their energy, warmth, and creativity made my stay even more memorable.
Working in the hospitality industry myself, I truly understand what excellent service means, and I can confidently say this hotel delivers it on the highest level. I will always remember this stay with gratitude and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect balance of comfort, professionalism and heartfelt hospitality.

Absolutely amazing experience at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome made us feel truly special. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which added so much comfort to our stay.
The staff were incredibly generous and attentive throughout our visit. A special thanks to the gentleman at the check-in desk who assisted us with such kindness and professionalism — I truly regret not getting his name!
Everything about our stay was perfect. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

We stayed here recently, and overall, it was a good experience. The resort is massive — built on a curved hillside with around 10 levels spread across a large area (feels like 200 meters of slope). Be prepared to walk a lot! Personally, I liked the layout and how the property is built, but we did struggle a bit as we had a 7-month-old baby in a stroller. There are three outdoor lifts, but they’re quite far apart due to the way the resort is designed.
There are five swimming pools in total. One is a kids’ pool (about 50 cm deep), three are around 140 cm deep, and one is an infinity pool — the highlight of the resort. Another pool has slides and is great for kids, while one near the dining area didn’t seem to be used much. We mainly used three pools, and since we have a toddler, we practically had one of them to ourselves — our son loved it! There’s also a small heated indoor pool near the spa (about 150 cm deep).
The food was good, though mostly European — around 95 % of the guests were European, and the buffet reflected that. Still, there was something for everyone, and the Turkish desserts were definitely a highlight. The cheese and salad counters were also interesting, though the options were quite repetitive throughout the day. Every evening there’s a BBQ station, which was nice.
There’s a tea garden open all day, a snack bar nearby, and another one near the beach, plus several bars around the resort — all very impressive. As it was our son’s birthday, the hotel kindly offered us a free à la carte dinner. The food and ambience weren’t particularly special, but since it was complimentary, we appreciated the gesture. If it had been a paid meal, it might have been a bit disappointing.
The main downside for us was the room. It definitely wasn’t five-star standard — in fact, there seemed to be no real standard at all. As a family of five, we were given two adjoining rooms. One had a shower with a missing sliding door and visible mold. The patio door didn’t lock properly, and the bed and mattress were mismatched in size. Both rooms were spacious — one with twin beds and one with a double — but both had broken fixed headboards. Despite catering mostly to European guests, the TVs only had Turkish channels, so no English cartoons for the kids (not a big deal, though, since we spent most of our time outside).
The evening entertainment included a dance show, which was excellent — energetic, professional, and truly entertaining.
Service throughout our stay was great. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. A special mention to the person who served us at the à la carte restaurant, the DJ who ran the dance program, and the ladies in the spa. The resort also has a hair salon, small shops selling swimwear, toys, and clothes — convenient for families.
For the four days we stayed, I’d say it was worth the money. I booked it just two days before the trip via LastMinute.com and don’t regret it.
