We recently stayed at the Bodrum Holiday Resort & Spa as a group of 7, including 2 children, and overall had a very enjoyable and memorable holiday.
Check-in was very smooth even at 3am, and we were pleasantly surprised that soup was still available on arrival, which was perfect after a long journey. The hotel is built on a hill, so there is quite a lot of walking involved, but this also means you get some truly stunning views.
The hotel is slightly dated in places and could benefit from some light refurbishment, but overall it is clean and well maintained. Breakfast had plenty of choice, though croissants were surprisingly missing.
We did have some issues with room cleaning, however reception staff—especially Kerim Tunbul—were extremely helpful and always ensured we had what we needed. Guest relations were also very supportive and even arranged a late check-out.
A lovely highlight was our daughter’s birthday, where the hotel surprised us with a fruit hamper and card, and the entertainment team, along with Mr Riza, made it special by arranging a birthday song during the mini disco.
The Italian à la carte restaurant was excellent, with great food and standout service from Ali. The spa facilities, indoor pool, WiFi, and overall entertainment were all very good, especially for the children.
Food variety was good with themed nights, and the gozleme and poolside snacks were a family favourite. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and hardworking.
A few minor areas for improvement would be spa pricing, games room costs, and service consistency at Café Türk. However, nothing major impacted our stay.
Great location with easy access to Bodrum via dolmuş right outside the hotel. Overall, a fantastic family holiday and we would happily return.

🇹🇷 The food was mostly average, but at least a big choice. The staff is hard working and kind, but many of them don't speak even basic english.
No soundproofing. You can hear everything from outside or the corridor in your room during the night, so you may not be able to sleep.
Many stairs! Not for people with limited mobility or family with babies.
The water is clear, you can even spot fish. Remember to take water shoes!
There is a bus going to the city centre in front of the hotel and you can even pay in €.

It was a really beautiful location and everything looked very neat and well taken care of. When we arrived it immediately felt nice and calm. The staff were really kind and helped us well whenever we needed something, and they were also just nice to talk to. The facilities were good too, everything worked like it should and it was all clean.
The room was a bit older and you could tell it wasn’t brand new, but that didn’t really matter. It was still neat, clean, and the bed was comfortable so it was totally fine. The bathroom was also good and everything worked properly.
Overall it was a really nice place to stay and I would definitely come back again because it was just a really good experience.

Family room was generous size with two bedrooms and a bathroom and patio with sea view. The room and bathroom were a little tired but beds were comfortable and bedding and towels were in very good condition.
The all inclusive food was excellent and the service from all members of staff was very good.
There are several large pools with sun loungers and a long sea front with two small beach areas with plenty of sun loungers overlooking the sea. There are areas for sea swimming and some watersports.
The view across the bay to islands, peninsulas and to Kos is stunning and the sunsets are amazing especially viewed from the restaurant.
The resort is around 10-15 minute drive from Bodrum.
