Loved everything about this! Had the deep massage done in the spa by the lovely Balinese woman called wiyona. She has such a nice calm voice, very good communication and she understood exactly what I want/needed. Everything about the massage and the whole experience was 10/10. I sincerely recommend her and hope she will get a raise. All the others were also incredibly nice and welcoming. Thank you all for a great service!

Bodrum Hotel and Spa is a wonderful place to spend your vacation. The staff are exceptionally professional and always go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. If you request any assistance, it is provided promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

We just came back from a wonderful stay at the Bodrium hotel & spa in Bodrum .
First and foremost we wanted to thank Daniela Petritz who made sure every day to talk to us and arranged a very nice birthday celebration for my son with a delicious cake . She is such a friendly , warm and positive person .
The breakfast buffet was delicious , every morning the waitresses made sure nothing was lacking on our table and were extremely attentive . Special thanks to the lovelies Seda ( who taught me few Turkish words !) and Selma who were both extremely kind and friendly .
Tugce at reception was extremely helpful ( and patient !!) and helped us with our boarding passes for our flights .
Many thanks to all of you and see you soon hopefully in your lovely hotel .
Swimming pool is great , rooms are clean and spacious .
Can’t not wait to come back to bodrum. !

When we 1st arrived and got to our hotel room, we had to call reception as we couldn't work the air con, the staff were very efficient and came straight away and showed us how to work.
My partner had lovely surprise for her Birthday the staff left a card and some beautiful fruit in the room was really special,
All the staff were amazing so helpful, especally Kadir & Sadiqq. They were all so polite, friendly welcoming and professional, the hotel is fabulous can't recommend it enough, rooms very comfortable, such a beautiful place to relax and unwind.
We also used the spa where my partner and i both had a massage absolutely fantastic, there's a gym, sauna and steam room, Dilek @ the Spa, couldn't do enough for us, using the facilities and having a massage is a must. Customer Service. If we go back to Bodrum, we would definitely stay here again. RECOMMENDED 🏆🏆🏆👏
