We had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, but the real highlight was the tasty food—every meal was a delight.
The location is just perfect—tucked away in a great spot that makes getting around so easy, but still right on the beachside. Starting our mornings with those stunning views and easy access to the water was pure bliss.
We also looked forward to the evening shows every night; they were high-energy, professional, and such a fun way to wrap up the day.
It was a total 10/10 experience for us. We’re already counting down the days until we come back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a relaxing atmosphere!

We had a fantastic holiday at Ivy Cyrene. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The food was tasty, with fresh grilled dishes, salads, desserts, and enough variety to enjoy throughout the stay, although a few guests mentioned they would have liked even more international options.
The highlight of our vacation was definitely the animation team, especially Yora. His energy is incredible from morning until night. He keeps everyone involved with activities like aqua gym, beach games, volleyball, dancing, pool games, and evening entertainment. He always has a smile on his face, encourages everyone to join in without being pushy, and creates a fun atmosphere around the pool and beach. Whether you’re traveling with friends, family, or as a couple, he makes sure everyone feels welcome and included. Guests often mention that the entertainment team is one of the biggest reasons they would return to the hotel.

Hotel is really nice place and grounds are beautiful and well looked after. Food was ok but overall could’ve been better drinks were okay. Staff is all friendly and helpful always offer to help and always there. Events could’ve been better and entertainment. Cleanliness of the room is ok not great and bathroom. Overall hotel is 8/10

Food service & Value: Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Breakfast, lunch and Dinner really delicious.
Room Quality: Clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Highly performance, quiet and efficient air conditioning system.
View: Great view from the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze.
Location: convenient location and spotless.
Specific Amenities: Perfect variety foods, free parking, Aqua park, pools for kids and adults.
Atmosphere: The entire property feels like stepping onto a sleek luxury hotel.
Safety: Pools and beach professional life guards are always available.
Hotel Emergency Safety station bill and muster points are clear and available.

The hotel doesnt deserve to be 4 star hotel, when we arrived the room was previously prepared long ago and left without final checking before we entered it. The bed sheets had hair on them which was disappointing and disgusting to see, although the room service guy came and changed them, yet it gave a bad initial impression. We were told beds are new but the mattress seems like it has been there for years it has a hole is the middle. The staff another story unfriendly and you should give them tips to get the services you already paid for before. Even the time for a buffet and music in the whole hotel make you feel you’re in the Russia not Egypt. Shameful
