We recently stayed at this hotel whilst celebrating our wedding anniversary, which we mentioned several times before and during our stay. Unfortunately, this wasn’t acknowledged in any way, which was disappointing as it would’ve been nice for it to at least have been recognised.
Our biggest disappointment was the room situation. We had booked a room with a balcony and partial sea view, however on arrival we were given a room without a balcony at all. The sea view itself was lovely, but having a balcony was something really important to us.
After speaking to reception, we were told we could move rooms. However, when we entered the second room we’d been assigned, there was already someone asleep in the bed. I think I frightened the poor guest to death walking in unexpectedly, and honestly it gave us both a shock too. What made it worse was that the reception staff didn’t even apologise for the mistake, which felt incredibly unprofessional.
We were eventually given another room, but the replacement view was far from what we expected when booking and paying extra for a balcony and partial sea view room.
Most of the staff around the hotel seemed friendly and approachable, especially outside of reception. Sadly, the front desk experience let the hotel down for us. The reception staff often appeared uninterested in helping, and instead of being proactive, we were repeatedly told to “come back tomorrow” or wait for the next shift. It felt very much like being passed around rather than anyone taking ownership of the issue.
Overall, there are definitely positives to the hotel, but the customer service at reception and the handling of the room issues meant our stay didn’t feel as special or relaxing as we had hoped, especially for an anniversary trip.

Great hotel, only let down in my opinion by the food, we ate in the hotel one evening and the food wasn't the best, breakfast we ate almost every morning and was of a very good standard. We stayed in one of the premium seaview rooms, a bit of noise from the bar next door but only through the day time and early evening, the safe was free of charge and the mini bar was restocked free of charge every day both nice touches, the TV in our room and our friends couldn't be made to go any louder than 12, I get it but it was annoying as it wasn't quite loud enough. Location of the hotel is fantastic and the view from the front is amazing. Overall a really good hotel if you only do bed and breakfast.

I would have liked to have given this hotel five stars across the board. However there are a few things that I would like to see changed.
The food in the restaurant in the evening for my liking is served too late at 7:30 p.m, Reason for this is if you are going out go out, be that to a bar or a show, you end up feeling uncomfortable with having just eaten with no time to rest after your meal.
The lifts are far too slow and archaic. I would expect a beautiful hotel like this to have faster lifts and go up and down a lot quicker. You press the lift button and wait forever. Then when you select your floor inside, you seem to wait 30 seconds for the door to close and it does not matter if you press the close button, it does not work.
There was a fight on our first day for the sun beds. We were all told to queue as the area doesn't open till 10:00 a.m. On that note, I like to sit around the pool as I am up at 6:00 a.m. and potentially have my breakfast on the terrace, this is an option that simply is not available at this hotel. We had to queue behind a chain and there were two locations chained off half the people queued at one location half of the other. We were then told that there was only one queue at the other location so we did not get a sun bed... NOT ACCEPTABLE. This fight for sunbeds continued throughout our stay.
The rooms were modern and nice and the mini bar with soft drinks was replenished everyday. However, the air conditioning is very archaic and needs updating as it was not fit to chill the room to a suitable level. I reported this to the cleaner and nothing at all was done. Upon investigation further myself I could see the inlet air filter was totally caked in dust, thus stifling the air conditioning unit.
The downstairs bar looks and feels a little dated There is not much atmosphere in this downstairs indoor bar at all, in fact, no one seems to use it at all. There is one door open out of this bar onto the swimming pool area right next to the bar and it does not feel welcoming to step out or step into this room via the pool area. Come on guys open up all of the doors!
There is a revolving door in the entrance of this hotel that was never opened.
We had to use a side sliding door. Furthermore, we had to go outside to come back inside to use the restaurant as the door from reception is permanently closed, I stayed here a few years ago and this door was permanently open.
However, overall the staff and facilities were very good, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful, the management needs to heed these suggestions as it could make a good hotel a perfect hotel.

My friend and I had a truly fantastic time at INNSiDE Costablanca! The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right opposite the beach. The welcome was incredibly warm, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. On top of that, the food was delicious and perfectly prepared. In short: we had an amazing holiday and would love to come back again!

If you're looking for a peaceful night's sleep, this probably isn't the place. With drunk guests shouting at full volume and the street's late-night boxing championships right outside your window. When we mentioned the noise to staff, they seemed more annoyed than concerned.
The pool was tiny and permanently surrounded by packs of loud, drunken guests. We even asked if there happened to be a second pool and were told to "go in the sea." 😂 To be fair... we took their advice, and it was by far the better option.
Breakfast was cheap and stale, although the freshly cooked eggs deserve a mention they were the highlight.
We paid extra for a room with a view and, we got one, a front-row seat to drunken arguments and the occasional street fight. Brilliant if you're a fan of reality TV. Less so if you were hoping for a relaxing holiday.
