Those who say the staff speak multiple languages must have stayed at a different hotel. Maybe at the reception, but nowhere else. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, they work hard, yet they’re still smiling and cheerful. The hotel overall is average. The food is good, although not everything suited my taste, but the selection is wide enough that everyone should find something they enjoy. The pool is a bit cramped, and the sunbeds are mostly taken, some of them seemingly forever, because the same towels were on two loungers throughout my entire stay, day and night. Maybe someone went home and forgot to take their towels? The area is not interesting, nice views but stray dogs roaming the streets and the beach. The hotel beach is makeshift, maybe around 10 loungers, and all of them were always occupied. The UK tourists are quite annoying, making noise in the middle of the night, nitpicking everything, and leaving trash behind. They behave like so called “Sacred Cows” (not all of them, but many). The air conditioning works very well, but it can be set in two modes, so you need to make sure it’s set to cooling and not heating.

Not a bad little hotel, food is edible, some people seem to love it, and I admit I'm picky! Good size pool and decent entertainment from Mario and Carlos, friendly staff throughout, though some of the bar staff could do with some training and basic English language skills - I got the feeling this was their first try in a hotel. Cleaners are excellent. With only minor adjustments, this hotel would have a 5* review.
Small balconies, mini fridge only water, safe you need a deposit (check it's fastened down too!).
Drinks could be much better quality, Effes in the hotel tastes completely different to elsewhere.
Food is available throughout the day, but be sure to grab it as after dinner, there's nothing available. We arrived late night, nothing available, most hotels will have at least soup and bread through the night.
Sunbeds are very very uncomfortable, they've been stretched by large people meaning you're laying on metal bars that dig into you. Get some mattresses on there and consider replacing them.
BUT the biggest issue: they allow people to hassle you by the pool, for vapes, tattoos, perfumes and hair, all of which are a complete rip off. The hairdresser in particular overcharges by a huge amount, don't fall for it. He will take you to a place called idas hair, you'll agree a price, but then he'll ask if you want something minor and more than double the bill. Beware. Why do the hotel allow such behaviour? It looks bad on what otherwise is a decent hotel.

Stayed here for a week an the rooms are immaculate very spacious and the storage is very good also. Cleaned everyday all the staff at both are amazing the food is ok I am fussy but always found something to eat. If you travel with kids the family rooms are very big also. Could not reccomened this hotel enough perfect location as you are in the middle of everything. Have to give a special mention to Ali at the jewellery shop he polished some of my jewellery and the results where outstanding so thanks again Ali. Can't wait to see you all again next year fantastic hotel.

We have stayed here for 11 night's, we found the staff helpful and friendly, The hotel was clean,The Animation team really helped my 14 year old daughter and she loved joining in with them very nice team.
So many sunbeds and dinner no problems at any time.
We all enjoyed the food.
