Having an amazing stay. Staying on an all inclusive basis which has premium branded drinks included. The food is of excellent quality and choice is massive. The facilities has something for everyone which is great if you are with kids. The staff are so friendly and helpful with the rooms also of top quality. This is one of the best if not the best all inclusive experience I have had. Thank you to all the staff for making this a wonderful stay.

Super accommodating!! My daughter had her birthday here and without prompt they brought champagne and children’s champagne to the room, what a lovely gesture. Also staff are very friendly and room service was great. Food was amazing at breakfast but didn’t try any of the other meals. Definitely would recommend.

I came here on holiday for a week and here’s what i have to say;
-The location is gorgeous and you receive an amazing view of the sea- there’s many seating areas where you can watch the sunset and relax.
-The food is absolutely lovely, they have different foods from different places on each night- there’s a kids section too.
-The pool areas and the overall hotel are spotless and very well cleaned.
-Entertainment is lovely too with something for everyone- including a kids disco.
-If you have all inclusive you have access to unlimited drinks at the poolside bar from 10am onwards, the snack bar then opens at 11. The pool isn’t open till 10am however you can sit on the sun loungers until they’ve finished cleaning it. I don’t have anything to say about the kids pool areas because i didn’t use it myself.
-The rooms are quite dated and there isn’t a lot of storage space at all. They tried to modernise it with white furniture but it just needs a little TLC- the rooms do get cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. They are good for a holiday where you don’t spend much time in the room itself. The shower will switch between hot and cold randomly no matter what temperature you have it set on so just be wary of the showers.
Overall i would rate my stay here a 7/10 🌴🌊

This hotel is lovely and modern with 10/10 facilities for both kids and adults. The welcome at reception was great all staff were beyond helpful. The pool area is really good for kids our son loved the kids slides and pool and you can easily keep them occupied here. The adult pool is also really nice and the aesthetic of it. The room is very nice, modern, large and spacious. Air con is great keeps you nice and cool (some places doesn’t work). The balcony is great with a lovely view of the sea. The food and restaurant is honestly really good a strong 9/10 there’s so much to choose from it’s all fresh lots of variety. Even a fussy child can find dinner pleasant.

Amazing hotel! Great entertainment both throughout the day and of an evening! The inflatable assault course was a strong favourite throughout the day, likewise the live entertainment/kids discos by the pool on the nighttime. Stayed for 1 week, no complaints at all, hotel room was cleaned and tidied well, food was great although not a massive choice for the kids to choose from. Plenty of pools and no major races for sunbeds. Fantastic view of the sea and close to lots and lots of different shops and a few rentals. We found the e-scooters very useful to get about although, mobility scooters were a strong favourite for most others!! Las Americas being a stone throw away, there’s plenty of places to eat out too. Would recommend for families, lovely hotel and great staff!! Really enjoyed our stay here.
