I absolutely love this hotel. The food is great. The staff are fantastic, Adriana on reception was so friendly and helpful after a day of traveling she made us feel right at home straight away. This is our second visit here and will definitely be looking to come back again. They have fast WiFi which is great for staying in touch with people at home. Rooms are looking a little tired, just need a freshen up but are super clean and comfortable. The hotel has a strong eco policy so don’t use single use plastic so provide glass bottles in the room for water with water station in the lobby by the lifts on all floors. Recycle waste and use a lot of solar power. I can’t say enough good things about it!

I had a really high hopes for this place after reading all the 5-star reviews, however can't really justify them.
(+) The hotel is in a central location, closed to the airport, beach and nearby restaurants and pubs. The food was tasty.
(-) We were travelling 2+1 and the room was tiny and outdated. There was not enough room to unpack our stuff so we kept them in the suitcases on the floor for the whole stay which was pretty disappointing and inconvenient. We were staying on the 2nd floor and the room needs a renovation ASAP. To be honest we stayed in better and bigger places for less money and worse reviews. The beds were uncomfortable I am afraid.
The pool lounges were occupied by towels from 8am each day, for some noone showed up for the whole day so if you come after breakfast at 10am most likely you could find a lounge at the back on the grass area. I find the same people reserving the same spots each day - coincidence? Something has to be done with that.
The room cleaning service could have been improved. Once we had the beds done but bathroom untouched and dirty towels left on the bathroom floor. The other time we had a dirty cloth left on the TV stand. Pretty sure this was just overlooked but still you would expect more than this.
Kids pools were good, our son enjoyed them. The playground is nothing special.
The evening entertainment limits to bands. Seen better.
Some of the gaming machines seem to be working but when inserted coins nothing happens so you end up on wasting your money.
I don't think we will be back.

We had a great stay at this hotel.
It was very clean and comfortable. Rooms were of a good standard.
Restaurant and food were very good with lots of choice and a kids area catering for younger guests.
The water slides were fantastic and the kids spent hours on the slides and mimetous pools.
There was plenty going on during the day and evening although we didn't take full advantage.
Staff throughout the hotel were always pleasant and friendly.
I would thoroughly recommend the hotel to families with children and would stay here again.

Brilliant hotel, in a fabulous location, walking distance to beaches, shops, restaurants and bars, not that it is needed, the all inclusive at this hotel is amazing. Food and drinks are lovely, with little added extras such as snacks at the bar, crisps, nuts, sweets etc as well as ice creams, ice lollies etc, brilliant when travelling with children which we were. Drinks are branded drinks, with plenty of self service areas for drinks too.
Pool areas are amazing too, two big pools as well as a separate splash area for the kids, plenty of slides and pools to keep them entertained all day. Activities throughout the day and entertainment on a night was fabulous, staff are all fab.
Staff at this hotel go above and beyond, julio, who we met when we first arrived at the hotel was an amazing help throughout the holiday. Helping with cases to the room, helping with the safety deposit box, giving as much support as he could, and always there with a smile and asking how we are each day, thank you for everything Julio C.
Only thing I would say is that the rooms could do with a little update, still clean and plenty of room, but looking a little tired and in need of upgrade. However, this has not affected the 5 star rating I would give this hotel as everything else more than made up for it.
Will absolutely be back, can not recommend enough. Brilliant hotel, amazing staff, and once again a massive thank you to Julio C, the hotel bell boy who goes above and beyond to help with anything he can.

We’re on our last day of our trip here and fly home late tomorrow but wanted to leave a review right now. Everything about this hotel is a must when you’re doing an all inclusive holiday. We brought our 7 month old daughter on her first holiday here and the staff are absolutely wonderful. They loved our little girl, they made her so welcome and were just so polite throughout our stay! It really makes a massive difference, more so when the hotel and facilities are already fantastic. The food buffet is great, drinks selection is wide range and even includes imported brands in the all inclusive menu. Would highly recommend for couples all the way to full family trips.
