We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and everything was clean and well organized. A special thank you to Francisco for his excellent service—he was kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a pleasant stay at Occidental Puerto Banús overall. The hotel's location is excellent—just a short walking distance from Puerto Banús, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
A special thank you to Priscila at the reception, who was extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We also want to recognize Rosie from housekeeping, who was incredibly friendly and did an excellent job keeping our room clean every day. Also, Fransico is a very kind and good man, delivering excellent service.
The breakfast buffet was good, with a nice variety of options, including a freshly prepared egg station. We also tried both of the hotel's restaurants. Arrozante offers Mediterranean cuisine, while La Dolce Vita serves Italian food. We particularly enjoyed the lasagna, seafood linguine, and spaghetti Bolognese—all were delicious and well prepared.
That said, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. Upon arrival, I had to ask three or four times before slippers were finally delivered to our room, which was disappointing. In addition, it took two days for the minibar fridge to be repaired after we reported the issue.
Considering the price paid per night, I believe the hotel should focus on improving these aspects of service and maintenance. With better attention to these details, the overall guest experience would be even better.
This version keeps a balanced and constructive tone, highlighting the hotel's strengths while providing clear, fair feedback about the areas that could be improved.

This hotel is gorgeous! We stayed for a week and loved every minute. The rooms are really big and beautifully done, very modern and clean. Food was great at breakfast and would recommend the restaurant as well. Great location, there’s a supermarket just 2 minutes away and it’s about a 5 minute walk to the port and all the action. Highly recommend will definitely be returning. Special mentions to Viktor and Francisco for the hospitality

Lovely hotel in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from the port. Antonio was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved an issue we had. He even upgraded our room, which we really appreciated. His excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. We’d happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Occidental hotel and truly enjoyed the welcoming, child-friendly atmosphere. The facilities are excellent for families and it made our stay very comfortable and relaxing.
All of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and always greeted us with a smile, which made a big difference to our experience. We would especially like to extend our sincere thanks to Francisco in the dining area. He was consistently cheerful, attentive and helpful every day and his warm attitude made our meals even more enjoyable.
