Just to recap on what others have posted. Stayed here on an inclusive for a week, definitely not a 4 star hotel more like a 3 star hotel. Hotel is clean. Rooms are modern and kept clean daily with towels being replaced and beds made. Rooms do not come with tea and coffee facilities which is unheard of for a supposed 4 star hotel, even supplying just a kettle and cups would be beneficial. Pillows on bed are awful, flat and well past their date. You are charged an extortion price for using the room safe, 40+ euros which you get 20 euros back when returning the key. Wifi signal is good around the hotel. Pool area is very small, sun longe area is on grass which most of it has turned to mud. Sunbed mattress are very dirty. Food is varied having theme nights each night, most of the food was ok and you can usually find something to eat to your liking Take your own tea or buy some from the nearby supermarket as what the hotel supply in the restaurant is undrinkable. Hotel staff are friendly but watch out for the black guy on the entertainment team only word to describe him is lecherous, he doesn't interact with male or older female guests but if your a young female then he's like a bee around a honey pot. To sum up for the price we paid it was ok but doubtful I would stay again.

Just stayed at Parasol and the location is very good. It has great access for Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Malaga on the train and bus. Great access to the beach with a 2 minute walk. The pool looks very nice, although I didn’t use it as it was very busy and the beds were scattered around in the grass. The service by staff members was at times rude. They don’t like you sitting at random tables and although they don’t direct you to a table, are rude if you make the wrong selection. The food was not great. If you like really random dishes, then this place is for you. If you want to try local dishes and nice food then probably not for you. Rooms were reasonably clean and serviced every day. I don’t think it helped that my room was next to the lift but the noise was loud from the lift, children and shouting from balconies at all times of the day. Also, if you are allergic to anything, the way the signs are for the food, makes it very confusing and utensils are not labelled.

I will be as honest as I always am and begin by saying that on reading the reviews, being mixed, I thought I would give it a stay...needless to say as I have given it one star, I would not stay again.
To begin, the room was lovely, very modern and very clean, absolutely no issues with it.
To the management, your reply informs me that you couldn't care less about my experience as it's the exact same generic reply which has been effortlessly pasted to the many negative reviews. Shame on you
The bed was made each day and fresh towels were supplied also, fantastic.
The staff at the bar were nice, especially Fran...........that's where the happiness ends.
The food was varied but never warm enough. There are no heat lamps over it, just regular bulbs, so unless you get there when it begins serving, your food will be cold as was mine most days.
The €1 for a reusable cup is again being used in this hotel and as I've experienced before, it just brings the whole experience to a budget level.
The pool area is an absolute disgrace. I read on the hotel website that it is its "highlight", that's laughable.
Firstly the Sun Longer area is on what used to be grass but now is soil and dirt. There are no tables where you can put your drinks so the dirt acts as a resting area for the reusable cups.
the cushions for the filthy loungers can be retrieved from a basement area and can only be described as maggot ridden .
I have never seen such filth where I am expected to lie upon. They have to be seen to be believed, each one covered in filthy stains and have never ever been washed.
The pool itself needs a decent lick of paint and a lot of TLC.
The toilets in the pool area....where do I begin???
No lights in both toilets, filthy, stinking and extremely dangerous areas to go especially for a female, dungeon like and not safe.
No for the Master in Customer relations "Alfedo" the receptionist.
Picture the scene. We have checked out at 12PM, our flight is at 10PM. I have taken a shower in the filthy toilets under the hotel as I have no choice, now for my partners shower...."Hello Alfedo, the showers in the Ladies Toilets downstairs don't seem to be working, is there anywhere that I can take a shower before I go to the airport please?" Alfedo responds "You can use the Men's showers in the men's toilets or the Outdoor showers at the swimming pool." Alfredo told my partner to go into the men's toilets and have a shower there. The men's toilets were open and being used throughout. I asked him countless times was there a safe place where my partner could shower, maybe a unoccupied room? The answer was always "No", go and use the men's toilets.
I cant actually believe the audacity of this absolute clown who obviously has no wife or daughter of his own. Would you expect your daughter or partner to shower in a Mans toilet Alfredo, with one door in or out surrounded by men using the facilities half naked, considering the high rate of sexual assaults and rapes at this present moment in time, I would think not!!!!!
As a direct result of this final experience which for me was the nail in The Parasol coffin. I will not be back and if you decide to choose this hotel, be prepared for excactly as I Have described it.
Paul 100% honest reviews
The room was lovely, fresh, modern and very clean, absolutely no issues as the maid does a superb job everyday she cleaned it and brought us fresh towels.
Fran who worked the pool bar deserves a pay rise, he was brilliant, polite and friendly.
€1 for a reusable cup is ridiculous idea.
The cushions/matresses for the loungers are disgustingly dirty and don’t smell nice either, each one is covered in filthy stains.
There is no free water in the mini fridges, unlike all the other all inclusive hotels we have stayed at, we have stayed in worse, yet they still gave free bottled water.
The food was also lukewarm warm, glad there was at least 1 microwave, but you gained a star back for your themed nights, they were intriguing with some tasty meals.
The entertainment was lacking information relating to where the events were being held each night. Not all guests seated at tables were included in the events, such a shame.

The hotel is quite nice and provides everything necessary for a week-long stay. However, the pool area could benefit from some renovation, as the grass areas are somewhat worn and tend to get muddy. The facilities and rooms are great and the meals, including the drinks, are also very good.
Overall 4* great hotel for price.
