Had a short 4 day break at Mont-Park in Benidorm, the hotel is in a great location with the beach within a short walk, the Old Town was a flat walk about 15-20 minutes. We found the hotel was clean and room cleaned every day and fresh towels if required although basic with no coffee/tea facilities. The lift is very small only four people maximum and that was tight. We stayed half board and found the food OK, breakfast time was busy with queues for the coffee machines but when we went later for breakfast it wasn’t a problem. The hotel had mainly Spanish guests when we visited but staff spoke English so not a problem.

Rooms basic
Beds like rocks
No fridge which was understandable as it a full board hotel
Staff are freindly and helpfull they seem to work long shifts
As for air conditioning yes it is in the hotel but they have full control of it and only turn it on at 2pm until 7pm when your not in the room
Also only one plug socket in the. Room so you have to charge one phone bring a lead with multi sockets
Drinks are 250€ fair price
Yeah is 2 minutes away shop just down the street
Pool is a sun trap so be careful as you will burn
So to sum it up great location freindly staff food is edable don't expect any British food this is a Spanish resort and looking at the pool area they don't want children full of mature Spanish people
Entertainment is in Spain

Great location close to lavante beach. Pool and outside beautiful, Rooms are tired as you can see, some rooms small with no balcony or views but you can pay at reception for a from facing and view room if needed and wanted. Food was good, lots of choice, lots of Spanish people in hotel, but we are in Spain not the uk, so let’s embrace the culture, the food and the atmosphere in the hotel.

Location, ace for getting about. Close to beach. Bus stops and the busy area.
Other than the receptionist that booked me in, I had no other interaction from any staff members. No good mornings/good evenings etc. Just ignorance.
The hotel itself was spotless. Breakfast was nothing special but expected usual buffet.
Room, was like something out the 40s. Colour was atrocious, little dirty mustard. No sockets near bed, desk or mirror. Only one in the far corner next to a random old patio plastic chair.
No facilities in the room, no fridge, no kettle, no mug or glass, 3 unmatched hangers in a wardrobe that didn't open properly. Bed, was comfortable enough. Only one oblong pillow provided. Only Spanish tv channels on TV. Only mentioning this as usually a news channel available in English.
Bathroom, shower was actually powerful but you need to step into a highish half tub to get into it. No bath mats provided. Had to use hand towel to get in.
Zero sound proofing what so ever in room. Could here a full tele conversation next door and also heard them play candy crush.
In short. Avoid this hotel if you want a friendly and functioning place to be your holiday Base.
Book, if you plan to sleep Only.

You get what you pay for really. Rooms clean and cleaned everyday. Pool was lovely, nice small hotel so not too busy. Great location - close to the strip and all main restaurants/bars. Entertainment is no good but there’s so much going on elsewhere we didn’t stay in for that. We paid for breakfast - food quality was a big let down. Would stay here again though for the price.
