The positives are::
Beautifully designed pod accommodation. Comfortable beds with warm duvet and blanket - very important to me.
Very nice and helpful receptionist.
No insects inside.
Very spacious pod.
On the down side:
The accommodation was very cold despite a heater that seemed to be just blowing out cold air.
No receptionist at night.
No possibility to book airport transfer less than three days in advance.
I could smell someone smoking at the back of the restaurant which is off-putting and the pizza I had there was very unappetising and tasted like the sauce was out of a jar. There are extremely rude, impolite and ignorant breakfast staff in the cafe who turn off the juice machine and start clearing everything away at 10.45am when breakfast runs until 11am who shout and snap at you and mumble under their breath. Plus horrible omelette with runny egg white and pineapple juice from machine like dirty yellowish water that tastes like sick in my opinion. Just left there this morning and same waiter very rude again. I would not come back to this beautiful hotel if it meant having to encounter such ignorant breakfast staff again - I have never in my life encountered such staff, especially the one in particular who was so very rude.

Although I paid for a sea view, the sea was only visible from one corner of the lounge, as right in front of our pod was a huge H10 hotel, which completely blocked our view of the sea. You could not see the sea from the terrace. There was no bar, so after dinner there was nowhere to sit, so we had to go back to our room. The restaurant staff were not very friendly or helpful. On one occasion my husband went without a drink at his evening meal because he couldn't get served. The jacuzzi was out of order. The wellness area was old and disappointing. The whole complex seemed well past its sell by date. Not good value for money at all.

We had a relaxing holiday at this lovely quiet hotel. The staff were friendly and for us the location at the edge of the resort was perfect. There is a lovely little beach down the hill from the hotel and it's only a short walk to the town centre restaurants.

Liked the rooms design. Lots of space. Chilled vibe. Bathroom needed retiling i think. Rooms serviced daily. Breakfast quite good. Staff lovely.

What I dislike the most is your dishonesty M. director of the hotel!
It is simply impossible that the medical center “confirmed” the source of my illness, because they cannot determine that. I was hospitalized the night following the dinner at your place, but they cannot say whether it was your food or something else I might have consumed.
Moreover, the medical center is not even allowed to communicate anything to you about a medical file that is not yours. If they actually did so, then I would have grounds to take legal action against them. You also do not have the authority to access or discuss my medical records in any way, so you could not have received any legitimate confirmation from them.
In addition, since no laboratory analysis was carried out, identifying the exact source of my illness is virtually impossible – in fact, totally impossible. Even today, I cannot have absolute proof. The only evidence I have is that it happened immediately after your dinner, and I would even say while I was still eating it.
As for the fact that the inspection did not find anything, I actually think that is a good thing, because you clearly understood after my complaint that there was a problem in your kitchens. I am glad that you made efforts to change and improve things, and it is precisely those changes that the inspection has now confirmed.
So next time, please try different arguments.
And just for your information, I am already aware that the sanitary inspection took place. Who do you think requested it?
Consider yourself fortunate that I do not have the time to go further with the safety issues that occurred that night at the hotel. Just as a reminder, there was no one available to assist me, and if you review the hotel’s video recordings, you will see that very clearly. That, unlike the rest, is fully proven — there is nothing uncertain or debatable about it. The evidence exists.
I chose not to pursue this further because I have a life and other priorities. But if you wish to invent arguments on that matter, feel free — it will lead nowhere.
In that case, the medical center actually can confirm that I was entirely alone and they have the phone recording where I clearly stated, “there is no one here to help me.”
So if you have time to chase records, feel free to go after those calls too.
