First of all, terrible customer services. I spent 3 months trying to communicate with them send 12 emails in both English and Spanish through their website and 2 official emails and I got no reply, non at all, double checked spam folder and everything. It was a simple consultation about a serious food allergie for one of my childrens, that they didn't even bother answering, or replying to help me find a proper way of communication for my concerns. I end up talking to someone on the phone before my arrival, who lied. Luckily we avoid the restaurant and honestly the entire hotel we even end up checking out earlier and finding a different hotel.
The hotel itself is nothing special for sure not worthy of a 4 stars status or the price tag. The location is quite bad, you are far away from the centre of town which would make it more peaceful but no, you are right INSIDE of the regional bus station which means it's noisy, stinks off pee and you get to see homeless people just trying their best to survive (may God bless them). The rooms are ok. The gym is a joke. The pool is nothing compared to what others hotels offer in the area.
My biggest complaint is the employers ignoring emails and failing to properly communicate (my Spanish is really good I lived in Madrid for 7 years and my husband is Spanish). But maybe I get an answer 3 months later!
Would recommend to avoid if you are looking for a long stay, works fine for 1 night.

Location & Transport
While the hotel is situated slightly outside the main hustle and bustle, the transport links are exceptional. For just €2, you can catch a bus directly into the heart of Benidorm. Furthermore, the nearby tram line provides easy access to the wider Valencian Community, making it a perfect base for explorers.
Room Comfort & Noise Level
Despite reading previous reviews concerning noise from the bus station below, I found the room remarkably quiet. Even with the windows open throughout the night, I wasn't disturbed at all. The air conditioning was a standout feature—powerful and efficient.
The bathroom was another highlight:
Amenities: It featured a deep bathtub and plenty of space.
Unique Touch: There was a ceiling-integrated radio system which added a nice atmosphere.
Entertainment: The TV included British channels, which was a thoughtful and welcome touch for a relaxing evening.
The View
The view from the room was truly outstanding—one of the best features of the stay and worth the booking alone.
Service & Areas for Improvement
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. If I had to mention one drawback, it is that the rooms are starting to feel a bit dated and would benefit from a renovation. However, when considering the price point, the hotel still offers excellent value for money.
Final Verdict: I would definitely stay here again. It’s a peaceful, well-connected spot that delivers exactly what you need for a comfortable trip.

Absolutely shocking service. Definitely not a 4 star more like 2 star at a push, no room service, can't get any food full stop the buffet breakfasts etc are dismal literally the worse ive ever come across in any hotel anywhere in the world. To date have asked to speak to the manager 5 times but seems he won't speak to me. Your definitely not allowed to complain about anything. Nobody smiles or greets you. 10 euro deposit for a iron 2 euro deposit for a towel, young guy on the front desk got a bit too hands on and physical when it came to the iron which could have easily escalated. Room cleaned once in 6 days have just had to ask for my bedding to be changed. Pool bar never open pool area never cleaned dirty glasses with cigarettes in left for 3 days before I took them in myself. Lady on front desk thought it woukd be OK to put her hand out in my face beacsue she didnt agree with something I said, totally unacceptable behavior but seems staff here can that you like dirt and its OK.. manager doesn't work weekends lol wonder why.

It's basically a budget hotel, well not really a hotel, more just rooms within a building. They can't even get the basics right, they have watered down fresh juices they try to pass off as pure juice, they put out green bananas day after day as if anyone eats unripe bananas.
Oh one last thing, there is zero info here about anything. Nothing whatsoever.
Not even a piece of paper with essential info.

Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. It's a 25 minute walk to the front but I knew that when I booked it. Free car parking and handy for getting onto the main roads to get out and about. Tram stop right outside and obviously the bus station underneath. Great pool area too

Very very noisy!!! You hear every little noise from outside, and still, we were at level 4. We barely slept a few hours per night. Is like the room does not have windows at all. I don't recommended this hotel at all!
