Good location close to large sandy beaches. Check-in was fine.
Our room was large with a sea view as requested (at extra cost).
Facilities in the room were excellent although the beds were very hard and getting close to retirement age!
Breakfast area was good with plenty of choice. There was an egg station which we always enjoy.

Extremely disappointing customer service from reception, particularly from the man who appeared to be acting as Head of Reception during the evening shift of our arrival on Tuesday 16th June.
We booked one of the highest room categories available, only to arrive and find that the room was not as advertised. The daytime reception team offered a temporary solution and assured us it would be sorted while we were out for the day. When we returned that evening, nothing had been done.
What followed was an unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming experience, during which we were met with attitude, rudeness and a complete lack of helpfulness from the Head of Reception. After around 10 minutes of back and forth with another member of staff, we were eventually given the exact same temporary solution that had already been offered earlier in the day, but only after considerable discussion and frustration.
It's a shame, because the hotel itself is in a great location and the facilities are good.
Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left a very poor impression and left us feeling stressed, which is not the start to a holiday that anyone would want.

Great position on the seafront, pet friendly room on third floor had full sea view and good size balcony overlooking the pool. Tea/coffee making facilities, small fridge also in room plus Smart TV with lots of channels in many languages. Buffet style dining option is fine, with plenty of variety and even a separate area where you can bring your pet with you to dinner. All staff were absolutely lovely - from bar to cleaners to restaurant, can't fault them. There is carparking onsite (extra cost). Close to public transport, and you'll be spoiled for choice for bars and restaurants - great place overall.

FAB 2 weeks here. Great staff, lovely clean room. Sunny, seafrony balcony. Only criticism lack of wardrobe space. Would stay again. Super convenient for all amenities. Train, bus, bars, cafes, restaurants. 😍
MS BATTH
Good location, but the rooms are very old and the washrooms almost broken on every corner. The lift is very slow. No room service, and mostly the receptionist were not friendly at all. Even their Suites look like very economical room. The price which they charge is very high for the quality & service they provide. Not even a single water bottle they provide you in the room. AC is fixed temperature and cannot be changed.
