Great place for families but if you are expecting to get around the pool then get there early
The roof top terrace is a pleasure but you need too be in a premium room or it is €10 a day
The rooms are super clean and and well presented.
When you leave the hotel you have to book the shower room so again be early.
The lifts are a pain at times as there's only 3 and they are in constant use.
The food is good and the verity is good.

Excellent Hotel was our family's first time abroad and everything was perfect for us.
Rooms were cleaned and spotless when they were cleaned each day.
Location was great just a 10/15 minutes walk down to the Beach too.
Food at the hotel was Amazing would have loads of options every morning, lunchtime and dinnertime from Waffles, Pancakes, Yoghurt, Fresh Fruit & Juice, various meats, cheese, chips, chicken, sausage's loads and loads of stuff, even had Curry night, Asian night & Italian nights too.
We paid extra to get the food and booze included as part of the Room and glad we did, first time in a while I'd actually been able to have an alcoholic drink and enjoy it watching various shows in the performance rooms too.
Can't rate it high enough and all the staff went above and beyond to help with anything, we will definitely be going again!.

We stayed here in September 2025 and this is such a great hotel. We can’t fault anything! The staff were super friendly, food constantly being replenished through service with plenty of choice and themed nights and it was all delicious. I especially enjoyed the dessert table! Housekeeping was good with the room having a freshen up most days. Massive beds and modern decor in the rooms. The location is ideal with being so close to the strip with bars, restaurants and shops and a short walk to the beach. We also used a company called panda excursions which is just down the side of the hotel to book Siam park and quad bikes. Ray who runs it was very helpful. The pool area was clean and relaxing. This was our first holiday as a couple and we absolutely loved it! Would definitely return when we’re next in Tenerife :)

We stayed here in 2023 and returned in 2025 because we thought we knew what we were getting. We valued the fact that inflatables were for the kids pool only and there were no ball games in the main pool however when we returned all this had changed.
We had no personal space in the pool because inflatables were just drifting on top of us and the ball games were so aggressive at times that I had to actively shield my wife and young child from potential injury. This is no exaggeration, we stayed for sixteen nights and witnessed many people take a ball travelling at excessive speed to the face, thrown by absolute idiots with no consideration for those around them. Twice I almost ended up in a physical altercation when I checked someone for the rough play. We and others brought it to the attention of the hotel manager but heard absolutely nothing back, no follow through whatsoever which was very disappointing.
We love this hotel, the reception staff are extremely helpful, the housekeeping staff are so pleasant and the kids club staff were great. We are so very disappointed that we find ourselves unable to return again for 2026 owing to the rough play going completely unchecked which is a safety matter so reluctantly we will likely book down the road at the H10 Conquistador instead who have a strict policy around the issues I raised above. When you pay out for a holiday like this, you should not have to worry about whether you are likely to be injured while relaxing in the pool.
Tenerife Best Hotel sadly did not live up to it's name for us. Please do better.

Room was below standard. Humid smell during our stay in the room. Door, table, night stands were in bad condition. Leakage from the ceiling. Woman receptionist was unpleasant and arrogant. Waiters and animators were really friendly and pleasant. Breakfasts and dinners were amazing. Pools and activities were nice. The hotel was quite noisy. A lot of noise in the mornings and late in the evenings.
