Check in was easy and they helped us with our luggage. Room was clean, A/C worked fine. The room had a nice balcony with sea view. Free parking for our car next to hotel. Breakfast was also quite good. The hotel is somewhat far from attractions and restaurants, but you can get there with a quick taxi ride, costing about 10 USD one way.
Update, my son left his watch, they kept it at a secure place, and we stopped to get it later on. Thanks for the housekeeping staff.

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and airy, and our room had a sea view, which was a wonderful way to start the day. The breakfast area also offers a sea view, and you can choose whatever you like from the unlimited Turkish breakfast. There is also a small shop in the hotel where you can buy drinks, snacks, and toiletries, even at midnight. Special thanks to Mr. Anıl for his hospitality. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Izmir Bayrakli. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from.
The staff were welcoming, and everything was well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to coming back again in the future. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Izmir💕

All hotel team members were exceptionally polite and attentive. Whether at breakfast, in the restaurant, at reception, or in common areas, every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly with a “good morning” or “good evening.” This is something quite uncommon in many hotels, where staff may not greet guests unless spoken to first. Here, even if you did not make eye contact, someone would still acknowledge you, which created a very welcoming atmosphere.
The housekeeping team and all other staff members were friendly, attentive, and professional. Even the security staff at the entrance consistently greeted guests with a warm welcome, which made a very positive impression.
I would also like to especially recognize Mr. Idris, who I believe is a manager during breakfast service. He personally visited our table to ask whether we had any concerns or dissatisfaction. We shared our feedback with him, and he listened carefully and assured us that he would take note of it. He is someone who clearly values communication, guest interaction, and takes his role seriously. I have stayed in many hotels, and it is quite rare to see a hotel manager personally visiting guests’ tables. For this, he deserves special recognition.
