We recently returned from an amazing all-inclusive stay in Tenerife and honestly didn’t want to come home. From start to finish, this holiday exceeded every expectation, and the all-inclusive package was worth every single penny.
Location, Rooms & Views
The location was absolutely fantastic—convenient, accessible, and right in the heart of everything we wanted to do. Our room was not only spotlessly clean but provided stunning views that made waking up every morning a joy.
Dining & Drinks
The food and drink choices were simply fantastic. Every meal—whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner—was freshly cooked with a wide variety of options to suit everyone. A special shout-out has to go to the bar area that offered snacks throughout the day, which meant we were always well looked after, no matter the time.
Hospitality & Service
The hospitality from all the staff was truly on point. From the very first day until we got onto our transfer bus back to the airport, they went above and beyond to make us feel special. Nothing was a problem for them; they were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. It is rare to experience service of this level, and their dedication made this the best holiday you could ever ask for.
Verdict
We were so sad to leave after a week and felt as though another few days would have been absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, work ties called us home, but we have already decided that next year we are definitely staying for 10 days. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free, luxurious all-inclusive trip!

This was our 2nd visit and yet again it was brilliant. The room, food, staff and entertainment were great. The hotel was spotless. Cleanliness was excellent.
The location of the hotel is perfect for us with the beach only 150m away.
We used the spa and again everything was spot on.
Unlike others we had no issue getting pool towels. The only time there seemed to be issues were when individuals tried to get more than their allowance, which I'd like to say is very generous.
If I were to be super picky the only thing would be that on an evening and sometimes throughout the day they need more staff behind the bar and taking drink orders.
If I were to offer a suggestion it might be worth having some sort of guide in the room with regards to info about booking sunbeds, towel allowances and other rules and regulations. I appreciate you give a quick rundown upon checking in, but I think most people are often tired and just want to get to their rooms and so dont take everything on-board.
We will definitely be returning soon.

This hotel was lovely. Fantastic location and very clean. The junior suite overlooking the sea and strip was so nice.
In regard to the all inclusive we were disappointed to learn not all cocktails were included and the ones that were didn't taste good. They were very strong also with not much flavour so much we drank a lot of Pepsi and water for our 11 night stay as we weren't a fan of the beer either.
The food wasn't to my liking also it was very repetitive and there wasn't much choice. I felt if there was something for me it was pizza and chips but there is only so much you can eat of that for the 11 nights. I have been on other all inclusive holidays and have had better choice with food. Between the food and the drinks it meant we ate and drank out most nights which was a shame as we paid for all inclusive in our hotel. It also ended at 11pm which meant we were unable to get bottled water unless we paid for it and we cannot drink the tap water here.
I did not see much of a difference with the platinum package over the standard all inclusive I actually preferred the breakfast in the main area as the platinum restaurants for dinner and breakfast had less choice and wasn't to my liking. It was a bit boring.
The room however was fantastic but very expensive if that's the only reason you want to go for platinum.
The infinity pool was nice but I preferred the area that is open to all guests staying in the hotel so spent most of the time there as the platinum area felt a bit lonely.
The hotel is nice but it's a little on the quiet side for me. The fashion show and saxophone was the only real bit of life around the pool each day. I think there is no need for the fashion show but more music during the day time would be great as it feels a bit too quiet. I know there was activities on in the hotel but it was hard to know the when and where's of them unless you used the app which was sometimes crashing and hard to to use. It would be nice if there was more of an animation team that would be more lively and announce the games and activities that are happening or a notice board of some sort where you can sign up.
The night time entertainment was on the poorer side and aimed at an older audience.
The hotel pool areas during the day and the night time needs far more life to it! We paid a lot for our stay but spent most of it outside the hotel in other areas and restaurants etc.
The reception staff were lovely though and the cleaners for our room did a great job every day. The room was gorgeous but more space for clothes to be hung up would be great.
Our receptionist was very good to upgrade us to a double bed instead of twin beds and left a bottle of cava in the room for us.
If I was to stay here again I would just pick the standard all inclusive package instead of the platinum as I feel there wasn't much of a difference for the price paid for it.
I would recommend this hotel but I think I'd like to try somewhere new the next time!
Thanks again!
