Wonderful stay with minor details to note We had the pleasure of spending a week at this beautiful hotel over Christmas, and overall it was a very positive experience. First of all, I would like to highlight the kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness of the staff — truly outstanding. The hotel is genuinely beautiful, both inside and out. The food and drinks were excellent in quality and taste. There were, however, a few small details that were not entirely ideal for us. On the first night, we noticed that there was only one (although very large) blanket. Upon request, it was replaced the next day with two single blankets, which was appreciated. I was a bit surprised that the blankets were not in standard duvet covers, but rather seemed wrapped in sheets. The room was cleaned and tidied every day, which was great. Another small surprise was that despite being on an “all inclusive” plan, the minibar was only refilled upon request and for an extra charge. Upon arrival, it contained a few soft drinks and beers. Our room was spacious, well located, and had a fairly large terrace, which we really enjoyed. In the restaurant, some items such as caviar at breakfast — as well as ketchup and mustard — were available on some days but not others. But of course, nothing is ever perfect. The Christmas gala dinner was truly impressive, both in terms of food quality and service — a real highlight of our stay. The hotel is clearly “adults friendly”; I hardly saw any guests under 18. Most guests were retirees, and the evening entertainment programs were clearly tailored to this age group. All in all, if you are looking for a beautiful place to relax where you are well taken care of, I can highly recommend this hotel.

An unforgettable trip for my partners 30th birthday! The hotel itself is absolutely amazing and so so modern. Every single staff member we met was nothing short of helpful ☺️. They went above and beyond for us during our stay!! Fantastic and clean pool area, rooms cleaning every day to a 5* standard! We will definitely be back. It was our first time staying at this hotel but definitely won’t be our last. Thank you ☺️

I can't fault this hotel. A beautifully well kept, light and spacious place to stay. The room was so clean and tidy over looking the main entrance. A grand entrance it was too! The staff were the most friendliest and helpful staff I've ever had in a hotel. Having to work over the Christmas week did not dampen their enthusiasm either! They were so jolly. Christmas Day evening Gala was amazing! Serving our courses to the "charge of the lightbrigade' in unison, precision and attentative care, the best service for so many people dining at once I have seen! A miracle if you ask me. Proximity is close to the beach, with a private entrance. The spa was lovely and well kept and not crowded as we had to book at extra cost but it was worth it. I can't fault the hotel or staff, we had cava sent to us rooms as it was my sister's birthday as well as Christmas. I would highly reccomend staying here.

Overall had a great experience. Rooms were clean however there was no privacy for the toilet, just a frotsted glass door…which meant you could hear people you were with doing their business. Buffet was good, however not much choice for veggies or vegans. Wish they had a better choice of fruit too. Hotel entertainment is definitely catered towards older generations, which i understand being adults only. I also didn’t realise after spending so much money on the holiday, once you got there you had to upgrade to platinum to have access to certain things, which after spending so much already it didn’t seem fair. E.g branded beer or infinity pool. Would’ve preferred a bit of music round the pool too as was awkward silence, but was my first time at an adults only so that may be normal. Overall, very clean, pool was lovely, staff were nice. I do recommend.

We stayed at the Guayarmina Princess and overall had an excellent experience. The room was very well equipped, and the direct sea view meant we could enjoy stunning sunsets right from our balcony – truly a highlight of the stay. Both restaurants, Roast and Platinum, were outstanding. The food was excellent and the restaurant staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome while maintaining a very professional standard – well done to the whole team. The daily room service was also kept to a very high standard. There were only a couple of small negatives. On our first day, we found a staff band that gave access to all doors. This initially raised some concerns, but we were reassured by the team that it was a one-off and that it would be taken care of. The Platinum Reception was also a bit hit and miss. Out of the three times we tried to use it, only once (at check-in) was someone immediately available. On the other two occasions we either had to wait until the main reception staff finished serving others and someone come to the Platinum desk, or were redirected to the opposite desk, before someone came over to assist at Platinum. That said, the overall experience was very positive: clean facilities, a great location, and excellent staff in both the restaurants and bars. The only areas with room for improvement would be security reassurance and reception consistency. For these reasons, we feel a 4-star review is fair. Would we return? Quite possibly yes – in fact, this may be the first time we’re considering going back to the same hotel for a holiday rather than looking for a new place. We really enjoyed our time here.
