This trip started off a bit rough with us being given a room with a bad view, but any grief that cause was quickly cancelled out by the great service.
We stayed for two weeks and you can only have so much fun in a pool before it gets repetitive, but what keeps everyday feeling fun and fresh is the excellent animation team organising fun and entertainment
In the morning there is yoga with sahra, which is amazing to wake you up and get in a bit of exercise, as well as this shes very welcoming and friendly and does a good job guiding everyone through the different poses. The only thing I would maybe improve is perhaps providing a bit more shade for the area as certain parts are in the sun and can make the mats very hot, and if a lot of people end up attending yoga it can be difficult to see sahra demonstrating the poses.
After yoga is water gym, usually with Aybuke, though not always, it's a good way to get the blood flowing, whilst also being very light exercise. She also usually organises boules which is a great place to make friends with teammates and joke with opponents, she's always very energetic, friendly and welcoming, and always in high spirits.
After boules I would join in the volleyball game ran by ozlem, I didn't end up talking with her too much but she would always be sure to great me with a smile. Volley is a lot of fun, though it does get quite busy as a lot of people want to play, it also has its fair share of more competitive players, but it's a lot of fun and is where I made some of the better friends I'd met on this trip. Volleyball is also available in the morning around 15 minutes after yoga starts, but is much less busy and more accessible for kids who may not play very well.
There is also water polo at the main pool at around 14:45, ran by sila, she's very kind and friendly and seems to enjoy playing with younger kids, water polo can get quite competitive and tiring, but is very fun and encourages a lot of teamwork.
The shows that are on at night aren't the MOST spectacular I've seen at a hotel, but they are good and keep you entertained for the night, the aftershows are more focused on having fun with the crowd rather than just entertaining, with singers, dancers and a band that comes by. There is another part of the animation team called eren I believe who is a great dancer and invited people to dance and helped kill the fear of embarrassment.
There were a couple others called Bilge and yetka, from our brief interactions they seemed nice, but I wasn't in many situations where I ended up talking to them.
The food on most day is pretty good, there's always at least one thing you'll like, but some days they have a very nice selection, I also tried sushi here for the first time and found it quite enjoyable.
The gym here, though I didn't end up using it, is good, my friend praised it as "the best gym he's used at a hotel". The slides are a good area for kids to play if they don't like the main pool.
Overall this trip was great and I met a lot of people

This is the first hotel I would genuinely be happy to return to. We had a fantastic stay from start to finish.
The location is beautiful, with stunning surroundings and a great atmosphere throughout the resort. The staff are exceptional – friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their level of service really made the holiday special.
The rooms, grounds, pools, and overall facilities were excellent and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, organised, and welcoming.
The only area that could be improved slightly is the food. It was good, but not quite at the same outstanding level as the rest of the hotel. That said, there was still plenty of choice and we always found something enjoyable to eat.
Overall, an amazing hotel with outstanding service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return in the future.

Dear Grand Yazıcı Club Turban Management and Team,
Following our wonderful stay, I wanted to write to you personally to express how incredibly satisfied we were upon our departure.
First of all, we were absolutely captivated by the location and the natural surroundings of the resort. The lush, tree-filled grounds and the expansive, cool shaded areas, which allowed us to relax comfortably even on the hottest days, made our holiday exceptionally peaceful. It is truly magnificent that you provide such a refreshing environment so deeply intertwined with nature.
When it comes to the quality of your service, I would like to give a very special mention to your bakery section and the exquisite treats offered there. Those freshly baked goods, the wide variety, and the outstanding taste brought an entirely different level of joy to our vacation. The dedication and culinary mastery displayed in the bakery are truly commendable.
Of course, the greatest credit for this exceptional quality goes to your fantastic team. Every single staff member we encountered during our stay was cheerful, polite, and highly attentive. We were incredibly impressed by how the service remained at such a consistently high, swift, and flawless standard throughout every part of the hotel. We would like to thank everyone on your team individually for this warm yet highly professional approach to service, which truly makes guests feel at home.
We congratulate the entire Grand Yazıcı Club Turban family for providing us with such a flawless and delightful experience. We are already looking forward to being your guests again in the near future.
Best regards,
Mustafa KILAVUZ

We had a truly wonderful all-inclusive experience at Grand Yazici Club Turban. One of the standout features was the service; the waiters at the buffet were incredible and even remembered our drink orders every single day, which was such a thoughtful, personal touch. The cleanliness of the resort was also top-notch, and our room was kept immaculate throughout our entire stay by the hardworking housekeeping team.
The facilities at this hotel are fantastic. We spent a lot of time on the amazing beach, and the thermal pool was a brilliant addition that we thoroughly enjoyed. A special shout-out must go to Recep at the on-site hairdresser; he did a curly blowdry for me and was absolutely amazing at his job. We also highly recommend the Steakhouse a la carte restaurant—the food there was simply out of this world and a highlight of our culinary experience.
The only downside to an otherwise perfect trip was the air conditioning. Despite being told the system is turned on from the 1st of May, it didn't work in our room for the duration of our stay. This made the nights quite warm, which was a shame given how perfect everything else was. However, between the stunning engagement setting on the jetty, makes this place memorable for us. The world-class food, and the friendly staff, it was still a memorable holiday. We would definitely return to this beautiful spot!

We’re currently staying here and having a really nice time. The location is great, right by the beach, and there’s plenty during the day — especially the ice cream corner (our kids are obsessed 😄), plus a lovely coffee station and 24/7 pool bar.
All the staff have been really friendly and helpful. The food is tasty with good variety, and the restaurant service is great with drinks brought to your table. Our room in Block B is simple but does the job, and housekeeping are doing a great job.
A special thank you to Rana from guest relations (supervisor) — she was so kind and really made a difference to our stay.
The kids club has been amazing. Big thanks to Ozlem and Buse — our kids love going every day (sometimes twice!) and are always excited to go back.
We’ve also been enjoying the spa/thermal area daily — the staff there are so welcoming and friendly. The Grand Bar is probably my favourite spot for cocktails.
We were thinking about doing the boat trip, but with the weather and two small kids, we skipped it — would have loved to try it though.
Overall, great value for money — we’d definitely come back.
