Amazing atmosphere from the moment we arrived — we felt so welcome. The reception staff were always helpful and happy to answer my questions every day ☺️
The food was good with plenty of choice, and everything tasted lovely. I would just suggest adding a few more traditional Turkish dishes 🫣
The cleaning service was spotless throughout our stay.
But the real highlight of our holiday was the entertainment team 😱 They were absolutely incredible and made our stay so special. They worked so hard every day to keep everyone involved, entertained, and having fun. Their energy, friendliness, and enthusiasm never stopped, and they made sure every guest felt included. There was always something going on, and they created such a fun and positive atmosphere. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our holiday unforgettable ❤️

We had an amazing stay at Grand Cettia Hotel. The hotel was spotless from the moment we arrived, and everything was kept very clean throughout our stay. The all-inclusive food and drinks were great with plenty of choice every day.
The entertainment team worked so hard and made the atmosphere really fun for both adults and children. There was always something going on during the day and evening, which made the holiday even more enjoyable.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and entertaining all-inclusive holiday.

Great family friendly hotel and we came during UK school break. We went with our 6 year old daughter who loved the outdoor and indoor pool, and the kids entertainers were lovely and took well care of her. Big shout out to Amy and Lar who were fantastic with kids club. Some activities cost extra such as face paint, t-shirt and sand painting, but it’s all worth it and my daughter loved them, and she hopes they will be back next year when we visit again.
Hotel was great and nice, and room was a good size for us as a family. The sofa bed for our daughter was great as it was a small double and they put a mattress topper on to make it more comfy. The balcony had a pull out drying rack which was great to hang swimming costumes and towels after pool use. Rooms could probably do with a refurb in the near future.
Kaan at reception was great and attentive to all guests and always happy to help (so were other staff members but Kaan stood out), and he kindly showed us around the entire hotel when we checked in.
Food was good too with lots of good options and they always made sure there were still some local Turkish dishes among international dishes. Every day had a different freshly made pide which was amazing, and they had local ladies come make fresh gözleme one evening. Lots of great options. When the restaurant opens for meal times it may seem like everybody are queuing up but it moves along quite quickly and it helps that there are different stations inside and outside so it wasn’t too bad even if the hotel was full. There would be enough food for all and it wasn’t like they were running out of food if you came 45-60 min after opening.
Pool area was great and could be slippery in some areas. A negative is that they allow people to smoke around the pool and on their loungers and ash trays get filled up and not emptied. Would appreciate if they maybe had a smoking area away from pool and people (outside the door between the main bar and pizza grill area or behind the light house maybe?).
Loungers do get booked out quickly, but people move around so one day we were still able to get 2 loungers right by the pool and in the sun at 12pm as some people go visit the city or go on excursions, so don’t feel discouraged if all loungers are taken, as they will free up eventually. Another option is to go to the hotel opposite, Club Cettia, which is the same chain and you can use their pool and they had plenty of loungers and a slide that was bigger than the one at Grand Cettia.
The hotel is not next to the beach, so keep that in kind of you want to be close to beach. There are shops and bars just outside the hotel as well if you want to have a look around.
The spa is fine with nice treatments. The gym is fine too but some equipment is a bit outdated after lots of use.
We plan on coming back again as it’s a great hotel that is the right size for our needs.
Little tip: Once sun moves away towards end of the day and if the pool gets too chilly, just go to the indoor pool in the spa. It’s small but it’s heated and great and we would end up spending 2-3 hours in there swimming with our daughter, and the little spa garden has chairs so you can still enjoy the sun on that side of the building as that’s where it hits before sunset.

There were overall negatives about this stay so I wouldn't recommend. We stayed end of October 2025.
Review below:
Our double standard room was dated, leaking, poor ac etc. We were upgraded for free to the suite which was a nice gesture to begin the holiday. The suite was beautiful.
We were all inclusive yet couldn't get bottled water to drink. Even managers refused us water saying it's paid after the 1st day. We had to boil water and then cool for our baby to drink daily.
No iron. Paid if want things ironed.
No safe in room. Paid if want to use it.
No slippers. No body lotion.
No accommodation for families with small babies. Everything is money oriented. Evety question or request was met by "you have to pay". No gestures offered. You pay for a 4* star hotel (though online shows as 5*) but the extras you have to pay for would put a family on a budget holiday, out of budget. Patisserie house was a joke, a mediocre coffee machine and a few cakes. Nothing noteworthy.
Pools were freezing, including the indoor pool and kids pool. They were approx 20° apparently. In UK, kids pool are 32° so children unable to swim the entire holiday. No real entertainment during the day. Evening entertainment most nights was good however. Gelato house had 4 flavours of ice cream only. Quality of ice cream was poor but kids didn't seem to care. Smallest buffet I've ever seen, 3 sections only. Every night seemed to be same old and very bland. As non halal eaters, I had 3 options of food (mainly eating chips) which was a shame. They did accommodate on a few occasions, making us veg pasta and pizza and a veg burger which was nice.
No designated smoking area so with small children/babies, you would find yourself surrounded by smokers outside which wasn't ideal.

The entertainment staff Denis 100% top guy made everyone feel welcome and fun to be around. We had a pick up time that ment we would miss dinner by 10mins so they arranged food for us 30mins before opening. Room clean but small and food not the best but still had a brilliant time.
