We had an amazing stay at Grand Cettia Hotel. The hotel was spotless from the moment we arrived, and everything was kept very clean throughout our stay. The all-inclusive food and drinks were great with plenty of choice every day.
The entertainment team worked so hard and made the atmosphere really fun for both adults and children. There was always something going on during the day and evening, which made the holiday even more enjoyable.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and entertaining all-inclusive holiday.

Returned from a week on 11th July 2026.
The hotel is clean, spotless throughout and all the staff work tirelessly to make sure it stays so.
The activities are great throughout the day for both children and adults, without any pressure to participate if you don’t want to, the entertainment staff are fantastic.
Towels, there’s no hotel provided pool towels, so TAKE YOUR OWN.
Around the pool could be a bit more spacious as there’s very little, or quite often, no room between the loungers.
The loungers themselves have seen better days and could do with a complete change.
Once you have found your ideal spot to soak up the sun, it’s advisable to get up approx 6am to make it yours. You will need to stay on them until breakfast begins as the hotel does carry out its “Any sun-loungers left unattended will have the towel removed” policy, which makes a really welcome change to other hotels who say it but don’t do it!
The food choice is great with changing menu’s each day, always hot and very tasty too!!
Drinks are served quickly so, although it may look like a very long queue, you’ll be refreshed in no time as the bar staff are brilliant.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, although, being a 4* hotel you come to expect things like, fridge stocked each day with soft drinks, Coke, Fanta, Sprite and of course water. However the only thing you get is at the beginning of your stay, two bottles of still water and a bottle of sparkling.
That’s it!!
In the bathroom there’s handwash, shower gel and shampoo which are all really nice to use. However, again being a 4* hotel you come to expect things like body lotion, hand lotion, cotton buds, sewing kit but none of these at all.
You’re provided with 1 room key but are able to put a £5 deposit for a 2nd key which we found invaluable, for the air conditioning, when returning to the room after a gorgeous hot day and lovely warm night.
Without the 2nd key being inserted into the power socket there’s no air conditioning and the room was extremely hot.
There’s a TV in the room, which is chargeable if you wish to watch anything, £5 for a day or £10for a week.
Room towels and bedding are changed every THREE DAYS, so just be aware!!!
Wifi, absolutely fine in the hotel buildings, pool area and grounds, not a problem at all, no drops in connectivity at all.
Overall, The Grand Cettia is a charm of a hotel and is thoroughly enjoyable.
I would have given it 4* but had to mark it down slightly due to the cramped sun-loungers, no pool towels provided, no real mini-bar in the room.
I would have given it 2* but it clawed one back due to its sustainability program which is a major plus as it really does care about recycling and reducing the water usage, so in my opinion it’s a 3*.
Would we return?
Yes we would return, as it’s a very well run hotel with welcoming staff, a good choice of food and good drinks variety for all.
Located in a gorgeous picturesque location with absolutely stunning views, not too close to the major hustle and bustle of Marmaris, if you want to go out for a drink and some great food there are excellent places to go really close by.

Positives - food for everyone and proper deserts and gelato ice cream really nice food .
Kitchen waiters/ waitresses are class clear tables in no time .
Pool with 2 slides and a baby pool and a little kids park with splashing water .
Bath in the rooms which is good for my daughter .
Cleaners came everyday (didn’t replace the coffee though not sure if got to ask for that)
Negatives - Beds are rock hard .
Rooms are tiny .
You got to pay if want to watch English channels on tv which is a bit annoying while late World Cup games are on .
Room I was in the neighbours balcony is near enough joined on , awkward to sit out which I usually love doing .
No plugs next to the bed .
15-20 min walk to beach not ideal with small toddler taxis was a rip off £7 or so for 5 min drive .
Entertainment team only bothered with the outgoing families didn’t speak to us once just the same families .which is different to the bars you go to who make an effort with everyone .
Entertainment is trash in all honesty other than the last night they had some wine and cheese thing going on and some guy was on trumpet and woman on violin but all other nights it’s been the same kids songs for 45 mins then Bingo then some sort of dancers .
No alcohol in the beer or spirits 99% watered down I’m a lightweight and had loads and didn’t feel a thing . Wine was only thing I could taste alcohol in but didn’t think to get that until the last night 😂.
Overall though for the price can’t complain to much , a clean room to sleep in and quality 3 meals a day . Would return for that price I got it for as If eating out every day and night with the drinks you’re looking at £50 a day and I got this for £595 for 7 nights full package flights / transfers /hotel / food &drink

Amazing atmosphere from the moment we arrived — we felt so welcome. The reception staff were always helpful and happy to answer my questions every day ☺️
The food was good with plenty of choice, and everything tasted lovely. I would just suggest adding a few more traditional Turkish dishes 🫣
The cleaning service was spotless throughout our stay.
But the real highlight of our holiday was the entertainment team 😱 They were absolutely incredible and made our stay so special. They worked so hard every day to keep everyone involved, entertained, and having fun. Their energy, friendliness, and enthusiasm never stopped, and they made sure every guest felt included. There was always something going on, and they created such a fun and positive atmosphere. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our holiday unforgettable ❤️
