Just got back from the Grand Cettia and honestly wish we were still there!! What a week. The whole place just has such a good vibe, everyone’s so friendly and always smiling. The hotel’s in a handy spot too, not far from the shops and beach. Taxi rank outside but reception happy to call one too. We walked out a few times for a change but to be honest we didn’t need to, everything you want is there anyway and plenty entertainment going on.
Food was really nice, Kids loved the pancakes in the morning and the snack bar was a winner for us.
The entertainment team were just unreal, full of energy from morning till night dont know how they do it. Always something going on round the pool and the shows at night were so much fun they got us involved in most of them! But honestly the kids club was the best bit we got a well needed break thanks to the lasses lar and Amy were amazing with the kids, My two still keep asking when they can go back and see them again!
Rooms were clean and comfy enough, the bar staff were lovely. Nothing felt like too much bother for anyone. Even the small things like the entertainment saying hello every morning just made it feel nice.
Honestly couldn’t fault it. Met some lovely families and laughed every day. Already looking at dates to come back next year. If you’re thinking of booking, do it, you’ll have the best time!!

There were overall negatives about this stay so I wouldn't recommend. We stayed end of October 2025.
Review below:
Our double standard room was dated, leaking, poor ac etc. We were upgraded for free to the suite which was a nice gesture to begin the holiday. The suite was beautiful.
We were all inclusive yet couldn't get bottled water to drink. Even managers refused us water saying it's paid after the 1st day. We had to boil water and then cool for our baby to drink daily.
No iron. Paid if want things ironed.
No safe in room. Paid if want to use it.
No slippers. No body lotion.
No accommodation for families with small babies. Everything is money oriented. Evety question or request was met by "you have to pay". No gestures offered. You pay for a 4* star hotel (though online shows as 5*) but the extras you have to pay for would put a family on a budget holiday, out of budget. Patisserie house was a joke, a mediocre coffee machine and a few cakes. Nothing noteworthy.
Pools were freezing, including the indoor pool and kids pool. They were approx 20° apparently. In UK, kids pool are 32° so children unable to swim the entire holiday. No real entertainment during the day. Evening entertainment most nights was good however. Gelato house had 4 flavours of ice cream only. Quality of ice cream was poor but kids didn't seem to care. Smallest buffet I've ever seen, 3 sections only. Every night seemed to be same old and very bland. As non halal eaters, I had 3 options of food (mainly eating chips) which was a shame. They did accommodate on a few occasions, making us veg pasta and pizza and a veg burger which was nice.
No designated smoking area so with small children/babies, you would find yourself surrounded by smokers outside which wasn't ideal.

We've just returned from a wonderful week and I feel like I could happily stayed another. The hotel is beautifully kept and has a very calm welcoming atmosphere. My husband and I booked this trip to relax enjoy the sun and have some time together and it turned out to be exactly what we were hoping for..
Food was much better than I'd expected for an all inclusive. The staff are amazing.
The pool area was good. Some days we joined in with the activities. The entertainment team did a brilliant job keeping things fun without ever making it feel too loud or pushy. Harry, in particular, stood out for his energy and good humour.
Evening were just as enjoyable. The shows changed every night and had a mix of music, dancing and guest shows that kept the crowd laughing. We found ourselves staying out later than planned simply because the atmosphere was so good. The bar staff were lovely too, always smiling and quick to serve even when it got busy.
It was perfect mix of rest and fun. We came home feeling recharged and happy and we're already talking about coming back next year..

Currently 6 days into our stay with a few more to go... I must say this hotel is OUTSTANDING.
There are are 2 main highlights during our stay so far.
1. The entertainment team are absolutely fabulous. From the banta to the endless itinerary of fun and interactive activities for all ages right from the morning until the bar closes at night. Dennis, Jon, Harry, Amy and Barney deserve masses of praise for such a fantastic job?
2. The point of all inclusive? Fast, polite and efficient service. All of the bars provided just that and more. Nothing was too much trouble for them and no matter how busy the bars were you would always be greeted by a refreshing smile.
As somebody that runs pubs/ bars himself their work ethic and effectiveness really stood out. Batin, Mete and his twin set out to exceed the needs and expectation of every single guest. But for me the the star of the bar is Sebo who is a real credit to The Grand Cettia; his exceptional, fast paced service cannot be topped.
Every single name I have mentioned are fantastic. However in my personal experience the hotel is littered with talent. From the maids and Receptionists right to the management, they are all brilliant at what they do.
The Grand Cettia is a big thumbs up frim the Beare's👍

Entertainment make this hotel. Thanks to the the boys had us laughing everyday and plenty of activities going on the wife loved the aqua gym and i loved the darts. Kids absolutely loved the kids club so glad we booked this hotel so much to do for the kids and they wanted to go everyday. The girls run it really well and they are english so made it easier than other places we have been.
