We had a fantastic holiday at Gennadi Grand resort. It truly is a 5 star resort. We hadn't been to Rhodes for quite some time and I did a lot of research before deciding on this beautiful resort. Yes,we knew it was quite a way from the airport but we had a private transfer included which took less than an hour. If you want to travel around it would be best to hire a car, however there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and there was the lovely little village of Gennadi about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Lindos was about 20 minutes or so in a taxi.
We stayed ultra all inclusive and the food was excellent quality as were the variety of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Our room was a Seaview suite as our adult daughter was with us. Plenty of room for 3. We opted not to have a private pool as we enjoyed going to the pool and also the beach.
I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. I also have to mention the great staff that work here. Always pleasant and willing to help. Thank you to everyone for making this a great holiday for us.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gennadi Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible – always smiling, friendly, and happy to help with anything we needed. Every request we made was met with a positive attitude and handled quickly and professionally.
The resort itself is stunning, with several beautiful outdoor pool areas under the open sky, each with its own unique charm. The service around the pool was outstanding – drinks and food were delivered straight to our sunbeds, making it easy to just relax and enjoy every moment.
The spa is fantastic, with a heated indoor pool that’s perfect even on cooler days. It added a special touch of luxury and comfort to our stay.
A special thank you to Fanni at the reception, who welcomed us warmly and assisted us throughout our visit. She was always kind, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.
We highly recommend Gennadi Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and well-serviced getaway in Rhodes. We can’t wait to come back!

From restaurant staff remembering our preferences, to the concierge providing thoughtful recommendations, to housekeeping keeping everything spotless – the level of care and consistency was remarkable.
The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with modern, elegant design, beautifully kept grounds, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it feel like a true haven. The pools and beach are immaculate, the dining options are varied and delicious, and the overall ambience is pure relaxation.
What really makes Gennadi Grand Resort special, though, is the people. Their commitment to ensuring guests feel valued and cared for is unmatched. We left not only relaxed and refreshed, but also genuinely impressed by the outstanding hospitality.

We had a really good dinner yesterday in the Ten2One Italian restaurant. We ordered a Burrata as a starter, Guanchale pasta and Frutti di Mare as the main courses and dessert and the end. Thank you for the chef, it was brilliant.
The service was as good as we imagined and the staff was super friendly. Kira and Spiros were take a really good care of us and also the manager Mr.Paris fullfilled all our wishes.
Thank you so much for everything we will come back later for sure. 10/10 recommended.

We stayed at Gennadi Grand Resort in Rhodes and had a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with drinks and warm smiles, asked how our trip was, and let us sit and relax while they organized everything — such a thoughtful welcome after a long day.
The resort is huge and beautifully designed, separated into sections with several outdoor pools for all ages (the main one always has great music and even a DJ). There’s also a private beach — peaceful, quiet, and with a stunning view. Pure relaxation.
We booked one day at the spa, and it was just perfect! The spa manager was so kind and funny, and the 50-minute massage felt like absolute heaven. You also get free access that day to the indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, and hot tub — a perfect escape.
On our last evening, the hotel surprised us with a bottle of white wine, a plate of fresh fruits, and a warm handwritten letter in our room — such a beautiful gesture that really touched us.
A few small notes: prices are on the higher side, and while the food looks beautiful, the flavors weren’t always amazing — but you can tell the team puts in real effort. The hotel is quite large, so if you’re in the 5000+ room area like we were, expect about a 10-minute walk to reach the pools, beach, gym, or reception. For one direction of course..
The location of the hotel is inside a village, so there is literally nothing in the village except the hotel.
The gym is not huge, but it’s clean, modern, and has everything you need for a quick workout.
Overall, it’s a peaceful, elegant resort with incredibly warm staff who truly care about your experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and recharge in Rhodes!
