My wife and I stayed here for 1 week and we must admit it’s a lovely hotel with great amenities and just the right size for us as we are not fans of huge hotels that lack the personal touch. I must say that all the staff we had interactions with were fantastic and a credit to the hotel, I’m a firm believer that great people make the experience. Main shout outs must got to Bezya from guest relations, sent us a welcome message upon arrival and resolved and queries promptly with a smile.

Barış from spa, great salesman, but did us a great spa package which was worth every penny.
Spa team & 3 masseuses from Bali were amazing, definitely recommend a Hammam (Turkish bath) and Massage, speak to Baris about the package.
Sebastian tour guy, honest advice/information and the best prices for tours, )I did check locally) highly recommend.
Eren night reception, we had an issue with checking in for our flight via the mobile app and he was in hand and went out of his way at 2am to help us sort our issues.
2 other young guys at reception sorry forgot the names again very welcoming & always greeted all guests with a smile.
Cetin (Executive Chef) although we didn’t have all our meals at the hotel every meal we had was fresh, & not recycled, a great selection of meat, chicken and fish dishes although the fish was limited on occasion. Salads were fabulous too, the food did not disappoint.
Hatice, (coffee shop) what can I say, service with a smile and always went above a beyond to ensure we had what we wanted, their iced coffee is fabulous!!
Young lady (House keeper) room cleaned daily fresh towels and slippers water topped up, could not fault.
Overall a fantastic experience in a smaller hotel with a great vibe, 1 min walk to the beach and bars/clubs, nice rooms with all the amenities you need and great sea views from the balcony.
Thank you all for a great holiday and hopefully we will visit again soon.

Ever since we arrived at the hotel, all the staff have been very attentive to us; Ms Beyza, in particular, was a great help. Even though we got our booking dates mixed up, thanks to Ms Beyza’s approachable manner, we didn’t feel any stress at all and she resolved our issue within 15 minutes. We were very satisfied throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the food was excellent. We were also delighted with the spa and massage facilities; I would recommend it to everyone.

During my stay, I developed severe ear pain, and she immediately helped me arrange a private doctor. I truly appreciated her quick support and kindness during such a stressful moment.
From my very first day, she also helped me at the gym and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Throughout my stay, she was always friendly, caring, and incredibly helpful. Whenever I needed anything or had a question, she was always there with a smile and ready to help.
Ms. Beyza goes above and beyond for the guests, and her dedication and professionalism are truly outstanding. She is a real asset to the hotel, and I sincerely thank her for everything she did for me. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

Wonderful weeks stay at Elite World. The staff are all fantastic the service is excellent. Thank you to Beyza, Baris and Mehmet who made our stay extra special. If you stay do take advantage of Spa services. It is well worth paying for the Turkish bath and massage packages. The ladies are brilliant and really made us feel so relaxed. The spa smells amazing ! The food is brilliant so fresh and so many options. As you would expect there is a bit of night life and music but we enjoyed listening from our balcony, so if you want silence at night it maybe you need to check which side you stay in the hotel. The beach is close by and again brilliant service. We did the boat trip to Cleopatras Island which is a great day out. Will definitely come back to the area again and the elite world chain. This hotel has it all including a spa with fabulous sea view rooms great staff and hospitality but the number 1 for us was the food all a cut above what we have experienced in other All Inclusive hotels. Never needed to eat out once as the quality of the food and choice was amazing. Lovely pool and beach and very clean rooms. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. All set to return next year. Oh and a big thank you to Beyza for the surprised birthday cake and wine. Highly recommend.
