Second time here and still very good. Staff goes the extra mile to make you feel at home and appreciated. Rooms are great, clean, up to date. Different bars are nice, alot of live music trough the day. Easy guitar music at breakfast, violin during afternoon at the pool, nice singing in the evening at the bar. Also the ocean view outdoor gym is very well equiped. Highly recommend this hotel. Only point of improvement is occupied poolbeds (towel) that don't get used. Someone needs to find a worldwide solution for this problem 😅

We're enjoying such a fantastic holiday at the Dream Jardin Tropical Resort.
Location is spot on, attentive and friendly staff, well maintained pools and common areas, high quality food and comfortable lovely rooms.
So far, we had truly an incredible experience. On January 5th the kids enjoyed the arrival of the three kings bringing treats for everyone. If you need to unwind and enjoy the most relaxing and restorative massage ever, book a massage with Juliana. She's amazing! ✨️

Fantastic, calm, with delicious food. Would love to go back.
We stayed All Inclusive for 1 week in early December 2025. We had a standard room which faced the outside side with a side sea view. On arriving Kifle led us into the car park and welcomed us in reception with a chilled glass of fizz or juice. A very calm checkin with Giorgia and we were on to enjoying our holiday. First stop after unpacking (ask for more hangers) was drinks at the Sunset Bar. Prompt service and incredible views. First evening meal at the hotel buffet - large spread with cooked to order seafood.
Had a good sleep in the very comfy bed - neither too hard or too soft, with a low and a high pillow. A/C was excellent and quiet. Hotel music (and it seemed outside too) stopped at 10:30pm.
Breakfast at the buffet, again a big spread with delicious cooked to order omelettes (staff needed more help over that side). Before 9am it wasn’t busy. There’s also a repeat of a lot of the food to the left of the entrance, a good place for families.
Mid morning coffee was at Coco, facing the promenade, ran by Titi who did an amazing job on his own.
Lunches at Barefoot Grill, really great service, had a variety of seafood and burgers. The garlic prawns were my favourite.
We tried each of the 3 evening restaurants (not including the buffet) on site. Trattoria was my favourite with a delicious menu and great service. Pablo was an incredible server, felt like a 10* restaurant with our main meal being prepared after we’d had a little time to rest from the huge starter.
Babbo is the only restaurant that is available to outside guests, some of the servers there needed a bit more training (not the regular hotel staff). Food was good.
Lava bar was a chill area to enjoy live evening music and with a different (very good) cocktail menu to the other bars.
All the staff on the hotel grounds were so friendly, engaging and helpful. It was so easy being all inclusive, we just needed to provide our room number and the server could immediately see we were all inclusive so no bill to sign. Almost every food and drink is included , the exception being the very special steaks in Babbo. And there’s a hotel app to make your restaurant reservations (I made them all on the first night) and see the menus.
There is a Preferred area - a private sun lounger area and a room with tables outside with food and drink. There was plenty of room at other bars so it did not appeal to me.
The pool is a nice temp (heated) with lots of sunbeds in sun and shade. Pool towels provided.
The area is nice to walk around day and evening, not hectic and with a good road system to visit other places.
Highly recommend for couples and quiet families.

We decided on this hotel last minute due to an issue with another destination we booked and we were not disappointed. Its a beautiful resort, really low key and relaxing. We stayed on an all inclusive basis. You get branded drinks and access to booked restaurants as much you want. We loved the American grill restaurant, try the ribs, they were lovely. The Pintxos tapas restaurant was also lovely. We went to the Coco cafe most days for drinks and lunch. The Sunset bar is great for cocktails and watching the sun go down. Great location for walks, shopping and Siam Park.
The staff are happy and helpful and keep the place very clean. I need a gluten free diet and ate really well here although I was really jealous of the pastry and cakes selections they looked amazing.
Pools are heated and clean, could easily get a sunbed even after a lay in.
We had a room on the 8th floor with side sea view which was nice.
I wouldn't hesitate to return here.

Lovely hotel, the pool was a nice temperature during december, staff was really friendly.
There were a few things not mentioned in the reviews I saw. The room is dated, airco non existent (just some air blowing). Good thing there are no mosquitoes so we could have our door open all night.
Well.... not all night, since there was loud music, till 3 am sometimes. Also from the beach club on the other side of the boulevard.
Also had the runners the last night, I think caused by the tuna tartar from one of the restaurants. But I can't be sure.
