**5 Stars – A Perfect Stay with Just One Tiny Snag**
We recently spent 7 nights at Domus Aulus Resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, the grounds were beautiful, and the attention to detail throughout the resort was exceptional.
Our room was spacious, tastefully designed, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The amenities across the property made it easy to relax and unwind, and there was always something to do or explore. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying the spa, or simply taking in the stunning views, every moment felt like a true escape.
The only small issue we encountered was with the restaurant booking system. With several dining options on-site, we were excited to try them all, but unfortunately, the reservation process made it difficult to experience each one during our stay. A bit more flexibility or availability would have made the culinary experience as perfect as the rest of the resort.
That said, the food we *did* manage to enjoy was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
Overall, Domus Aulus Resort exceeded our expectations and left us with unforgettable memories. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Lovely hotel, very clean, modern scandi vibe decor in a peaceful area. Would recommend booking the specialty restaurant options as the food is next level. Plenty of food and drink available on all inclusive package including daily salads or baguettes by the pool to take out for a day trip. Lots of cats around which made me very happy. Entertainment was good with greek dancing, disco, musicians. The only thing I found difficult was the online booking system for activities such as the yoga and wine tasting which we missed out on as we were a day late arriving. Would be good to book these in person.

This was our third visit to the Domes catalogue and first time to Zante. The hotel's location was perfect, far enough away from the nightlife but easy to walk to from the beach (approx 20 mins).
The hotel was clean, smelt nice and the staff were polite and professional. The swimming pool wasn't heated but during the summer I would imagine it would warm up. Though on our visit it was ice cold. The food and drink selection was big and good.
My negatives were as follows:
Bed - Very hard and I had hip and shoulder ache. Which resulted in a poor sleep every night.
Shower - Weak and no constant heat (went from boiling to freezing without warning)

We had an incredible time at Domes Aulus. The standout was the service and the location. On the service front, Andreas from customer relations was a hero. He took great care of us and will be one of the reasons we come back. On the location front, it can’t be beat. Right on the beach and walking distance to an active nightlife scene it was perfect. We were there for 10 days and felt we could have easily stayed another 10. Would recommend booking restaurant meals and other activities right when you check in as they do book up.

Formerly the Louis Zante Beach Hotel, this supposedly 5* all-inclusive Autograph hotel has changed completely from the older incarnation. Having stayed at a number of other Autograph group hotels, this was a disappointment.
But all the staff were lovely, working very hard and always very friendly and helpful. There are just too few of them to make life pleasant for guests.
The Tom had a nice sheltered terrace area and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was tiny. Excluding the shower cubicle the space was 1m x 1.5m containing both the toilet and sink leaving almost no room to move. The door opens inwards, reducing the usable space even more; sliding door? There is plenty of very hot water but the shower kept changing temperature as other people in the block turn their showers on and off. Sometimes leaving you under a stream of almost scalding water the next moment cold. Rough towels and dressing gowns were not 5* either.
There is only one pool and no adults only area. There are no staff to help you put up umbrellas or move beds. There are few cushions as these were left to be drenched by a rainstorm taking days to dry out. This leaves hard and uncomfortable chairs and sun beds.
There are four good restaurants which offer very good food but which you’re allowed to use once each per week. This leaves the international buffet as the only place for a major meal. It suffers from all the normal problems of a buffet, but doesn’t have any of the uplifting features of most 5*buffets such as freshly cooked areas like a grill in the evening or an omelette station at breakfast too much cold, congealed or overcooked food. However, the guest relations manager Andreas told me there was an omelette station but they closed it down because it was the end of the season. This seems a very strange management decision as the hotel was completely full. We got so fed up with the food we ate out one night at Panos in the nearby town.
The cost for our 8 day stay was very reasonable and it was still very good value for money.
