Rooms are large but outdated. Whilst the shower had good pressure the water temperature flucuated dramatically daily. Hotel overall needs some TLC. Pool is missing a few tiles and the surface area around the pool becomes incredibly slippery. Good splashpad. Outdoor seating area is good. Service cannot be faulted. Every staff member we spoke with were lovely. Special thanks to Jesus (reception) and Darcie (bar/restaurant) who were so kind, helpful and polite. 15 minutes walk to Los Cristianos but hilly on the way back.

This was our third stay here, so we clearly like the hotel enough to keep returning.
There have been some noticeable improvements since our previous visits. Some areas have been upgraded, including the children’s play area, and the exterior has been repainted, which has freshened the place up. We didn’t use the pool on this occasion, although we did notice that the bar prices seem to have increased. The rooms themselves seemed much the same as before.
Around three weeks before our stay, we emailed the hotel to say that we were returning for a third visit and asked whether, if possible, we could have the same room we had enjoyed previously.
We were told by email that having that room would require an upgrade costing an additional €175. We decided not to pay the extra and, when we arrived, were allocated a room in a different block, in quite a secluded part of the hotel.
The location of the room itself wasn’t really a problem for us, but the whole experience left us feeling a little undervalued as returning guests. We weren’t expecting special treatment or a guaranteed room, but after choosing to return to the same hotel for a third time, it would have been nice to feel that our loyalty was recognised a little more.
Overall, we still had a pleasant stay and the hotel remains good value, but the experience did take some of the shine off being a repeat guest.

We had an excellent stay at Coral Los Alisios with friends.
The rooms were pleasant, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel is peaceful and offers a beautiful view, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a holiday. The value for money is also very good.
The service was particularly appreciated: the staff were welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.
I would especially like to say a huge thank you to the entire reception team. After leaving the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had forgotten my wallet in the room, including my cards and personal documents. The reception team found it, kept it safely, and was very responsive in helping me arrange for a friend who was on the island to collect it on my behalf. Everything went perfectly, and my wallet was successfully recovered.
It is very reassuring to know that you can rely on such an honest, professional, and caring team.
Thank you again to everyone for your warm welcome, your help, and your kindness. We have very good memories of our stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I stayed at Coral Los Alisios on my first trip to Tenerife and wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but the property really stood out when booking—and it didn’t disappoint.
Check-in was quick and easy. Jesus was very helpful, explaining everything clearly, including the room location, restaurant, breakfast area, and bar. The wristband room key was new to me but very convenient.
The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for self-catering. We had breakfast included, which was a highlight—especially the chef cooking eggs, bacon, and pancakes to order. A really nice touch.
The pool area was pleasant overall, though it could use a bit of maintenance as some tiles were missing. The usual “sunbed reserving” became more noticeable as the week went on, with towels placed early in the morning and no one returning for hours. One day, we couldn’t find three beds together because of this.
The bar had a relaxed atmosphere, with pints priced at €3.50. We didn’t eat there, but the food served to others looked very good.
The location is excellent—about a 15-minute walk to the centre and 20 minutes to the beach.
A great bonus was the storage room and showers available for late departures, which can be reserved the night before. Pool towels are also provided, which is very handy and saves suitcase space.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

The rooms are a good size, and the balconies are too. Unfortunately the balconies are very open with metal fencing between rooms so no real privacy while on the balcony.
A pretty small pool for the amount of rooms.
Room cleaners are worst we've ever had.
Our towels for the bathroom. We went from 3 to 2 to pool towels.
Then the hand towels at one point we didn't have one. Even though you could clearly tell there were 3 people staying in the room.
Would I stay here again if visiting Tenerife. Probably not.
