We have stayed twice at Casa Cook El Gouna and this was our fourth stay at Casa Cook Rhodes. We are therefore very familiar with the Casa Cook concept, and that is precisely why we keep coming back.
The hotel is beautiful: stunning rooms, excellent service, welcoming staff, and an exceptional setting. These are exactly the reasons why we continue to choose Casa Cook for our holidays.
Unfortunately, the experience around the pools was disappointing this time. Every day, many people who did not appear to be hotel guests occupied a large number of the sunbeds, sometimes making it difficult to find a place to relax. Several of them were wearing TUI T-shirts, which led us to believe they might have been staff members or entertainers from other hotels. The atmosphere was often much noisier than during our previous stays at Casa Cook, with loud conversations, shouting, and large groups gathering around the pools.
We were fortunate to have a private pool in our room, but we also enjoy spending time in the shared areas. On several occasions, we chose to return to our room because the atmosphere around the pools no longer reflected the calm and serenity that Casa Cook is usually known for.
It is important to clarify that this comment does not concern the hotel staff, who were always professional and attentive, nor the guests of the neighboring Cook’s Club. Our only disappointment relates to the difficulty in maintaining the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere around the pools.
Despite this, we had an excellent stay and will most likely return in the future. We simply hope that management will place greater emphasis on preserving the calm, elegant, and exclusive atmosphere that has inspired us to return to Casa Cook six times.

Casa Cook Rhodes was a 12/10 experience for us!
The food was amazing, the whole resort is beautiful, and the staff are simply the best. A special mention to George at the gym, who is absolutely fantastic. Chrysa and George (the German-Greek guys from Rostock) were also super friendly and welcoming. Costa does an amazing job during dinner, and the four ladies — Alex, Adamantia, Melisa, and Maria — were always incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful.
Overall, everything was just perfect — a truly amazing stay. We would absolutely recommend Casa Cook Rhodes!

This hotel truly deserves every bit of praise. We have stayed at many hotels, and this is by far one of the best experiences we have ever had.
The hotel is modern, stylish, sustainable, beautifully maintained, and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The panoramic mountain view is absolutely breathtaking and something we will remember for a long time. The rooms are incredibly cozy, and the staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly.
The breakfast selection and quality are outstanding — easily one of the highlights of our stay.
We had previously stayed at Casa Cook, which is a fantastic hotel in every way, and this hotel adds the final touch that makes the overall experience even more complete. We can highly recommend staying here.

My overall experience was wonderful, and I’m already planning my second trip there; this time with friends!
What truly made the difference was the exceptional service and genuine care from the staff and the hotel director. They were always available, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and well looked after.
Although I experienced a few issues with my room at the beginning of my stay, they handled everything quickly and made all the necessary adjustments/changes to ensure I was comfortable and happy. Their commitment to guest satisfaction, really, stood out. I wasn’t the easiest guest, and yet, I couldn’t have left more satisfied.
The hotel itself is beautiful; the pools are fantastic, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I traveled solo in April, and ended up having the best time with the team!
There are only a few details in the rooms that I believe could be improved. That said, the outstanding service more than made up for them, and I’m looking forward to returning.
Thank you to the whole team ♥️

Honest review as a young couple that spent a week here. Overall, we have a great time. The sun, the view, the food was amazing. When we first got there we had a standard room, for the money we paid I wasn’t the happiest as we was right next to a walkway and didn’t have a nice view, it was just of white doors of the other rooms. My partner went to ask if there was any option to change the room and we managed to get a room change and upgrade to a loft room at the end of the row so it was so private and the view was amazing. Everything about this room was perfect for us and big credit to the hotel for swapping our room for us so easily. Aircon in the room is great, everything was so clean, fresh towels every day and water delivered to the room. Overall the food in the hotel was stunning we went for the half board option, the breakfast was amazing this was all you can eat, the dinner was also amazing, this was a set menu everyday so i was sceptical about this as it doesn’t really cater to food preferences. However, every night i left full and really enjoyed it. We went out for dinner one night and swapped our half board meal to lunch instead of dinner, this meant we could choose from a big menu rather than a set menu, the lady’s running the restaurant, sorry i’m not sure on names, a lady with brown curly hair taking the orders and a lady with short black hair taking us to our seats, both so polite and kind throughout the whole week. We rented a car from the hotel, also got an upgraded one for £60 for the day, that was amazing we drove 5 minutes away to a boat dock where we hired a boat for 3 hours and then to lindos in the evening both were amazing, definitely recommend this instead of paying 50£ there and 50£ back from lindos or rhodes towns. However, when we first arrived at the hotel i feel like a lot of how the hotel works wasn’t explained to us, i didn’t know much about the olive reasturant at all till the end, and we didn’t know they was changing drinks to our room as we left money for drinks on the first night, and we didn’t know the drinks were included at breakfast. The cleaning lady was lovely and she did a great job, however even when the room was on do not disturb she still came in to clean. There isn’t too much I can fault with the hotel, but overall I do think it’s overpriced as the main point of the hotel was just the nice view, if that was taken away it wouldn’t be worth it. I’ve been to other 5* hotels which i have enjoyed more, more food options, better location, they’ve had nicer bar areas/indoor bar areas with entertainers, as after dinner there wasn’t much to do rather than go to bed if u wasn’t fancying a drink. I did enjoy my stay and it was super relaxing, the biggest negative just being the price for what u get.
