This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever been too. This is the pinnacle of relaxation. The staff are wonderful, helpful and hilarious. Everything is so clean, everybody is so chilled. The food is incredible, definitely go for half-board if you can and of course visit the amazing Chrysa at the Olive restaurant for lunch and cocktails.
Cannot recommend Casa Cook enough. I think i’ll have to return every year from now on.

We had an amazing stay at Casa cook Rhodes. The hotel is greatly located, in a calm and quiet area nested by a small hill where goats can sometimes be heard.
Rooms are spacious and modern.
Service is impeccable, everyone is always kind, willing to help, grateful and listening, the bar staff knew our order before we even sat by the pool in the evening for a drink.
Breakfast buffet offers a wide range of delicious food, tea station and coffee from the bar are also readily available, fresh (bottled) water is also served without asking during breakfast.
Evening menu is tasteful and remarkably well made, food was very good and once again, service was fast.
Big thanks to the staff of the hotel, especially the breakfast and bar in the evening for making our holidays so nice.

Our second time at this hotel. My review is based off both of the visits.
Positive:
Beautiful setting - the Mountain View is really special and you get the feeling that you are in an oasis all by yourself.
Very friendly staff - especially in the restaurant and the guys helping with bags. Super helpful and very genuine.
Negative:
The food variety - There’s a set menu for the HB, which is exactly the same every week. It was actually the same as last year. When staying for more than 7 days it gets very repetitive. Such a shame as the quality was quite good.
Standard - Beautiful rooms, sure. But the maintenance needs to be improved. Improvements to make sure the room stays beautiful. The gym is getting worn down and the public bathrooms needs a lift. Also, if you want to check out late you need to shower and change in their basement. Cooks Club, their sister hotel next door (half price), gives you a room for 30 minutes.
Details - For 400 euro a night, I’d expect a coffee machine, a bottle of water and tea at the room. For some reason the guests from Cook Club are allowed to reserve sun beds. Which makes the pools crowded. Half price, same experience. Strange.
Managers - Every morning there was staff discussing loud outside of the room. The storage room for the equipment is located next to the room and we were awaken multiple times because of the low quality shed. Surely a luxury hotel can provide their staff with better facilities? A couple of times the staff even had a loud fight inside our room while we were there. The hotel managers need to step up and lead the teams better.
To summarize - the hotel is for sure worth a visit, but perhaps only for a few days to relax. If you come with high expectations, you’ll probably be disappointed. However, if you need a hotel whew you’ll be able to distant yourself from the noise, this hotel is perfect.

My favourite place on Earth. We’ve been here twice now and are already planning our third trip. The location is stunning, and so peaceful, and it’s only a short walk to the beach. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, and any issues (we’ve only ever had 1, and it wasn’t with the hotel itself) are sorted out really quickly. We’ve stayed in the standard room and the prestige suite, and both are incredible. The standard rooms have a shared pool, but it’s only shared with a few other rooms and we’ve always found we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The prestige suites are beautiful with your own pool and outdoor area. For me, the food at Casa Cook is better than any other hotel in Greece- as a vegetarian, there are so many options (both vegetarian and vegan) each night and they’re all incredible.
The spa is also amazing and has an indoor heated pool. I’ve never been more relaxed.

Our stay was amazing. We were lucky enough to get our room upgraded to a villa - the views and room itself were beautiful.
Staff were so kind, welcoming & helpful.
We had bed & breakfast and there was so much to choose from at the breakfast buffet.
Atmosphere is very relaxing, and a really nice hike next door if that’s something you want to do.
Recommend getting a car as there is a local taxi but it gave us the freedom to visit lots of different places.
We had a lovely stay, would highly recommend staying here.
