Overall an ok hotel.
The lobby is really nice and beautifully decorated, the pool side looks well kept and overall the hotel is clean. The location is good, very close to the beach and the views are nice.
Few issues did spoil the experience a bit:
- the light on the balcony is on all night and has a cold white shine to it, highly suggest to the hotel management to allow the costumers to choose if they are on or off.
- the breakfast selection is poor - very (if any) fresh vegetables options. Some foods should be covered to prevent oxidation (cheese/meats), few times we found old, hardened food.
- no room service, when asked if there is this option (my partner being sick one of the days) the staff was shocked at my question, like "where do you think you are?" Kind of face. And I was told I can't bring food from the restaurant downstairs to the room. So yeah, not a good experience with that.
- the poolside has an entertainment programme
going on in the daytime. Now I do appreciate that, for people that want to participate, but should be kept at the costumer's option to be part of it or not. The entertainer is working hard with the microphone and loud speakers. Probably many people really just want to enjoy the sun and relax. Maybe, not put the entertainment smack in the middle of the day? Or choose activities that are giving the costumers the chance to choose if they want to participate or not.

This hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but inside the rooms are modern & clean. The staff are friendly & helpful. I had breakfast every morning & there was a great choice ( I'm vegetarian) .
There were lovely small but thoughtful touches like water containers infused with fresh fruit.
I really enjoyed my stay here .

Aluasol Costa Adeje is a jewel of a hotel ! We stayed in a superior double room for 3 nights in January. Service throughout our stay was superb. Cava at check-in and the really helpful young guy who took our bags to the room and gave us a great run-down of the hotel's facilities were a perfect start to our stay in a beautiful hotel. The pool, bars, and general layout is spacious, luxurious, and spotlessly clean, as was our room which was beautifully laid out and immaculate in every way. Having a mini fridge and a large balcony with sea view was a game-changer, and the room was serviced every morning with clean towels. AluaSoul is an adults only hotel which added to the sense of calm and relaxation! We chose not to eat in the restaurant in the evenings but breakfast was very good with a huge variety of hot and cold options, plenty to set you up for a day exploring! The bay with it's good mix of restaurants and shops is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Perfect restaurant locations to view the stunning sunset are just 15 minutes walk along the coast. We booked through Jet2 and got an amazing deal on this perfect short stay in a beautiful hotel 👍

Fabulous staff, good range of food just need to work on the hot plates not being only lukewarm - however there is a microwave to use also. Good evening entertainment, felt very welcomed. A few small issues with the room but all were resolved easily. Only 5 min walk to the beach ⛱️ 😎. Spa needs some updating and the gym would benefit from a digital clock - so workouts can be timed. Also some barbell straight bars.

This was our second stay at AluaSoul Costa Adeje, and once again every member of staff was amazing — friendly, supportive, and extremely helpful. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble.
We stayed in a My Favourites room and made good use of the complimentary areas, which were generally well stocked with drinks and snacks. On a couple of occasions, some items were missing or running low. However, there were noticeably more guests spending extended time there on this visit, which likely explains the reduced stock. Now that the patio area has opened, it’s even more enjoyable, encouraging guests to stay longer. It might be worth considering a beer pump rather than bottled beer to help manage stock levels.
The rooms were clean and well maintained, with daily maid service, which was very much appreciated.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though catering for large numbers does come with its challenges. Some items had been sitting out for a while and were a little stale or hard. Once I switched to freshly made omelettes, which were excellent, this wasn’t an issue.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The selection of fresh bread was lovely, and allowing guests to cut their own is a nice idea. However, I did have some concerns about hygiene, as there was quite a bit of coughing around the area, which made the self-service bread cutting feel less hygienic than it could be.
The only real complaint I have is about the juices. On our previous visit, there were real fruit juices, which I really enjoyed with breakfast. This time, they were all cordials, which don’t compare in taste. I also noticed that not many guests were drinking them. I understand the need to manage costs, but this change was disappointing.
Would I come back? Absolutely yes. However, I may choose room-only next time and enjoy breakfast at one of the many nearby bars, restaurants, and cafés. Overall, I fully recommend this hotel.
