My experience was magical. My family suprised me with a trip to this hotel for my 21st. I couldn't believe how amazing everything was. We came as a group of 6. We were greeted so warmly by staff when we arrived and given complementary non alcohol champagne and our bags were taken to our room. The hotel was stunning, the rooms were so spacious and clean, with a private bathroom. There were extra emenities, like shampoos, shower gels etcétera... There was so much to do while we were there, the resort itself had everything you could ever need, there is an indoor and outdoor pool with a jacuzzi, spa, gym, disco, bowling / arcade and all you can eat buffet. There is also a beach just next to the hotel. There are so many cats, dogs and hedgehogs- which if your an animal lover like me made this was the greatest birthday present. The animals are so friendly and sweet, they walk around the hotel. I could honestly have stayed there forever just for the animals. There are markets nearby and places to eat within walking distance . We also visited the land of legends which was about 40 mins away but was definitely worth it. The resort is so family friendly, it provides everything you need. If you're thinking of going I definitely would without hesitation. All this couldn't have been possible without the incredible staff. They made me feel right at home and went above and beyond to make my birthday special. I came back to my room to a card, drink and chocolate in my room, as well as towels folded into a swan. It was so incredibly sweet. My birthday is on valentines day and my family told the staff who were giving out flowers, I was given cake with a candle and sung happy birthday too. It was such an incredible gesture, one I will never forget. All the staff provided excellent customer service and were so nice, I genuinely enjoyed talking to them and seeing them each day. I would like to say thank you to all the staff for making my 21st Birthday so special, and to Mustafa thank you for everything you did for us. I will never forget it . To the reception staff thank you for always greeting us so warmly. To Raz, thank you for giving me the most amazing first hammam and massage, you made me feel so comfortable. And to the wonderful Seray, you are so incredibly kind, you stole my heart and your heart is made of gold. We love you so much. We will definitely be back !!!!!

We had our winter holidays in Aydinbey. The rooms were very good, and it’s a true ultra all-inclusive hotel. The minibar was refilled every day free of charge (cola, Fanta, water, and beer) — I had never experienced that before. There was also a kettle in the room with tea and coffee.
The food selection was more than perfect. A few small negatives: the indoor swimming pool is rather small and open only from 8:00 to 17:00, and the gym is also small. The outdoor pool had a red flag.
The hotel was mostly full of Germans aged 60+, which was actually nice because they were quiet 😁 — and there were no russians in the hotel. Service was OK.
There are two à la carte restaurants — we tried the Italian one and it was good. The staff are not as pushy about tips as in Egypt or Tunisia, although you will find tip boxes everywhere. I definitely recommend this hotel and will come back next year.

The best place I’ve ever been, very beautiful view open from our room. Service on the top, various dishes in the buffet and comfortable room. Pleasant and hospitable personal, always kind and joyful. The cherry on the top is a massage, Murat does the best one!
Love this place, surely will come again!

The moment we arrived we were offered something to drink and sat down, after a few minutes we were taken to our rooms and explained a few thing, the reception itself was very nice.
There was also late dinner they had prepared for the people that arrived so later since we arrived somewhen close to midnight.
The rooms were clean and decently big for 2 people we also had a balcony.
Everyday somebody would come by at around 10 am. Although what was not so great is that the walls were either hollow or just very thin because you could hear everything that was happening in the room beside you
There were alot of activities to do in the hotel and there was always entertainment within the hotel to 1 am into the night.
In the hotel there was one main restaurant that was open during Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. And while the food was nice and there were a lot of options, i personally didn't enjoy the food that much there weren't many food options i wanted or could eat. Since the ingredients also weren't listed anywhere and many of the food options weren't labeled.
What disappointed me slightly was that our shuttle to the airport arrived at the hotel at 6:30 am and we were promised a small breakfast before our departure but the so called breakfast was only a few premade breadrolls with cucumber and cheese on them.

Be extremely careful with what you eat!!!!
I was with my family (5) there for 10 days and before I even say anything, we’ve already been to turkey and stayed in a hotel just a few kilometres away from this one, so it has nothing to do with the climate whatsoever.
Anyway, 4 of us got poisoned or something- we all got diarrhea with abdominal pain, some had a slight fever, I myself went to a hospital and had to get an IV because I got very dehydrated, and we were not the only ones! In the doctors office (where they only speak Turkish by the way) there were other people with the exact same concerns.
My guess is that the food was probably bad, because we have seen on multiple occasions that the tomatoes for example in the salads were dull and dry, the fish smelled foul and so on.
But they could also be doing this on purpose, because no matter what, the doctor WILL send you to a private clinic that doesn’t work with any insurances so that you will have to pay 2000€ for basic treatment and extreme antibiotics (that are in fact not needed, since I didn’t take the ones they prescribed and it went away on its own). The taxi is included in the check, and it will ALWAYS ask you if you wanna go to a pharmacy and drive you there, except it’s always the same one owned by the same hospital.
Unrelated to that though, I feel like there should be some snack bars with bakery and stuff would always be opened, because at certain times every restaurant, including the bar at the beach, is closed so if you’re hungry, all that’s left is for you is to eat grass while you wait for something to open.
Beds were very uncomfortable and hard, our balcony door was broken and the cleaning service stole our charger (contactless)!
Overall a pretty bad experience regarding the hotel itself since we all had to sit on a diet and on a toilet pretty much the whole stay.
Be careful!
