The service was excellent from the moment we arrived until we left. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest request. They truly made us feel welcome and cared for.
The food was absolutely delicious, with a huge variety of fresh and high quality dishes every day. Special compliments to the kitchen and the chefs for doing such an amazing job.
Thank you, Aydinbey Hotel, for making our vacation so special. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My experience was magical. My family suprised me with a trip to this hotel for my 21st. I couldn't believe how amazing everything was. We came as a group of 6. We were greeted so warmly by staff when we arrived and given complementary non alcohol champagne and our bags were taken to our room.The hotel was stunning, the rooms were so spacious and clean, with a private bathroom. There were extra emenities, like shampoos, shower gels etcétera... There was so much to do while we were there, the resort itself had everything you could ever need, there is an indoor and outdoor pool with a jacuzzi, spa, gym, disco, bowling / arcade and all you can eat buffet. There is also a beach just next to the hotel. There are so many cats, dogs and hedgehogs- which if your an animal lover like me made this was the greatest birthday present. The animals are so friendly and sweet, they walk around the hotel. I could honestly have stayed there forever just for the animals. There are markets nearby and places to eat within walking distance . We also visited the land of legends which was about 40 mins away but was definitely worth it. The resort is so family friendly, it provides everything you need. If you're thinking of going I definitely would without hesitation. All this couldn't have been possible without the incredible staff. They made me feel right at home and went above and beyond to make my birthday special. I came back to my room to a card, drink and chocolate in my room, as well as towels folded into a swan. It was so incredibly sweet. My birthday is on valentines day and my family told the staff who were giving out flowers, I was given cake with a candle and sung happy birthday too. It was such an incredible gesture, one I will never forget. All the staff provided excellent customer service and were so nice, I genuinely enjoyed talking to them and seeing them each day. I would like to say thank you to all the staff for making my 21st Birthday so special, and to Mustafa thank you for everything you did for us. I will never forget it . To the reception staff thank you for always greeting us so warmly. To Raz, thank you for giving me the most amazing first hammam and massage, you made me feel so comfortable. And to the wonderful Seray, you are so incredibly kind, you stole my heart and your heart is made of gold. We love you so much. We will definitely be back !!!!!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Aydınbey Kings Palace and were genuinely impressed by the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail.
The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with beautiful facilities that cater perfectly to families. The rooms were comfortable, the food was diverse and of high quality, and the service throughout the resort was consistently excellent.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its commitment to guest satisfaction. Every member of the team seemed dedicated to ensuring that guests enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay.
We would like to thank the management and the entire staff for their outstanding hospitality. Aydınbey Kings Palace exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to families looking for a premium holiday experience in Türkiye.

Overall, we had a great holiday, and I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. We really enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that could be improved.
What I didn't like:
- The sunbeds at both the beach and the pool were placed far too close to each other, making the area feel crowded.
- The lady working in Guest Relations (where restaurant reservations are made) was very arrogant and unfriendly. When you work with guests, you should be polite, respectful, and welcoming. She often spoke in a condescending manner, which left a very negative impression. On the other hand, the gentleman in Guest Relations was very kind, professional, and helpful.
- German seemed to be the default language, as if all guests were German. It would be better if staff communicated in English first, as it is the international language.
- Housekeeping came quite late every day, usually after 1:30 p.m. On our first day, they arrived around 2:00 p.m. while we were in the room. After seeing us, they never returned that day, so our room was not cleaned , same other day
- The bottled water was provided in both 250 ml and 500 ml plastic bottles, but the 250 ml ones seemed unnecessary to me. This creates an unnecessary amount of plastic waste. Larger bottles or refill stations would be a much more environmentally friendly solution.
- The shampoo and shower gel were also provided in very small plastic containers, which again generated a lot of unnecessary plastic waste. Refillable dispensers would be a better and more sustainable option.
What I liked:
- The hotel was exceptionally clean.
- The sunbeds were cleaned and disinfected every day, which was great to see.
- The room was beautiful, modern, and well furnished.
- We had no food poisoning or stomach problems during our stay.
- The traditional Turkish ice cream was delicious.
- The fresh gözleme prepared by the ladies was excellent.
- The sushi evenings were a nice addition.
- The cheese and meat börek was very tasty.
- The food at the Ottoman restaurant was good.
- Beach volleyball was a lot of fun.
- The evening shows were enjoyable, even though I noticed that some guests complained about them.
- I really appreciated the birthday gift from the hotel. It was a thoughtful gesture that made my day even more memorable.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable vacation. With a few improvements in customer service, sustainability, and some small operational changes, this hotel could easily deserve a full 5-star rating.

We have been here nearly a week ,
It’s been the first all inclusive hotel holiday I’ve had for a while as they normally just aren’t worth it .
But let me tell you now this place has change my mind 100%
The level or service and quality of food and drink is second to none .
No silly plastic cups and slob to eat .
The food is really really good - don’t need to go out for diner as it’s just as good if not better here .
The drinks are really good- not watered down or half measures .. and the service is brilliant you don’t have to wait at all for a drink or food and always waiters around to take your order so you don’t have to get up .
The staff here work incredibly hard and are a credit to the hotel .
Everyone is really helpful and friendly.
Been a great break away and can’t thank everyone at the hotel enough .
This is by far the best all inclusive hotel I’ve ever been too and would definitely recommend it to other family’s .
