A very beautiful spacious hotel with excellent amenities, in a great place at the end of Los Christianos close to the beach. Near to lots of shops and restaurants as well. The food is pretty amazing and service is excellent. Beautiful rooms and ours had a spectacular view across the beach overlooking the sea. Peaceful and quiet as its an adult only hotel. Staff were very helpful during our short stay as they very kindly scanned a number of important documents for me to email as attachments, as I was unfortunately unable to do this myself. First time there and we will definitely be back for a much longer stay. Didn't want to leave!

Was at this hotel for 11 days from the 11 of 21st. It was brilliant. From great food to good entertainment most nights. The Breakfast and the food in the restaurant was fabulous. The choice of food was excellent especially in the evening they had a great choice of meat and fish and of course desserts. You could also use your bottle of wine over two nights which was great for me as my partner don't drink alcohol. The staff especially the manager where all brilliant.
After dinner there was great entertainment most nights. They also have 3 lovely pools. Looking forward to good back next year and this will be my first time going back to the same hotel in 44 years of going on holidays.

Lovely hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful.
The pools are lovely and warm.
The food is very good and gala night is amazing.
The variety of exercise classes on offer is good and has the best hotel gym I have ever found abroad.
The exercise staff are knowledgeable and friendly too. Would definitely be visiting again !

Just moved here from the Paradise Park in recent years. A breath of fresh air. Location is amazing right on the front, plenty of room when dining as well as variety, and the staff are great. Our rooms floor was coming away, it’s laminate and looks to have been quite wet at some point but other than that the room is fine. Tea and coffee making facilities are included. It’s adults only (and the majority are silver haired) so peace and quiet is virtually guaranteed. The UP! is worth paying for, for a day at 72 euros where drinks and food are free and there are infinity pools and a jacuzzi. For more than one day the price is 55 euros a day. We will come again.

Very disappointing for a hotel that promotes itself as a luxury resort.
The biggest issue during our stay has been the complete lack of enforcement of the sunbed policy. On three consecutive days we watched guests reserve sunbeds with towels from around 8:30am and then disappear for hours. In several cases, guests did not return until after lunch, used the beds for a very short period, and then left. This meant that many sunbeds remained unavailable to other paying guests despite sitting empty for most of the day.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that the hotel has lifeguards on duty from 9:00am onwards. Throughout our stay, no attempt was made to address the situation, despite numerous clearly unattended sunbeds remaining reserved for hours at a time. Instead, the lifeguards frequently appeared distracted by their mobile phones. Even today, with two lifeguards on duty, a significant amount of time was spent looking at and sharing videos on their phones while the sunbed situation remained completely unmanaged.
More importantly, this raises concerns about safety. The primary responsibility of a lifeguard should be the continuous observation of swimming pools and surrounding areas, remaining alert to potential hazards and responding quickly if an emergency occurs. Guests take comfort from seeing trained staff actively monitoring the pool area. When lifeguards appear distracted by mobile phones for extended periods, it naturally creates concern about whether sufficient attention is being paid to guest safety.
Sadly, incidents and tragedies do occur at hotels and swimming pools around the world, which is why vigilance and concentration are so important. Safety should never appear secondary to personal mobile phone use. For a hotel positioning itself as a premium luxury destination, guests should feel reassured by the professionalism and attentiveness of staff responsible for safety.
Another disappointment was the lack of even basic after-dinner hospitality. For a hotel claiming to offer a modern luxury experience, it is surprising that no tea, speciality coffees, cappuccinos, lattes or similar beverages are available after the evening buffet. Many guests enjoy relaxing with a coffee after dinner, and this is a standard offering in many hotels of a much lower category. Its absence only reinforces the impression that the hotel's facilities and service standards do not match the luxury image being advertised.
Cleanliness was also a concern. One morning there was human faeces on the floor outside the main hotel area, with a trail leading towards the lift, which was also affected. This remained uncleaned for approximately 30 minutes despite being located in a busy public area used by guests. Such a hygiene issue should have been dealt with immediately, particularly in a hotel promoting premium standards.
Overall, the lack of management, poor enforcement of basic rules, concerns regarding attentiveness around pool safety, limited guest amenities, and slow response to hygiene issues fall well below the standards we would expect from a hotel of this rating and price level.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, we will be returning to the neighbouring H10 hotel for future visits, where we have consistently experienced higher standards of management, service, cleanliness and overall guest care.
