Nice hotel, great room but the food wasn’t so good. Location is good if you want to go onto the main strip of Sunny Beach, you’re literally next door to it.
There’s no private beach but you can walk 2 minutes to a section where you pay for loungers and umbrellas.
Two pools, one quieter than the other and no children.

The hotel has an excellent location by the beach, but it’s a pity it doesn’t have its own sunbeds on the beach. The pools at the hotel are large and pleasant. The food was good, sometimes with a slightly monotonous selection, but I enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. We had a safe in our room, so we didn’t have to worry about our personal belongings. The evening drinks were a pleasant way to spend time.

More marketing than reality – disappointing experience
We chose AluaSoul Sunny Beach for a getaway for two, attracted by the promise of a 4* adults-only hotel, recently renovated. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations, although it had potential: it is a well-located hotel (close to the beach), which offers an enviable panorama from the rooms with "sea view".
Cleanliness: The common areas – toilets, terraces, stairs and the pool area – were visibly dirty. Not just occasionally, but constantly.
Air conditioning: In the common areas, the air conditioning was either weak or completely absent, which made the interior spaces suffocating on hot days.
Beach: The hotel does not have its own beach, although it borders the beach. You have to pay separately for sunbeds and umbrellas.
All-inclusive: The meals offer is limited and repetitive, especially at breakfast and lunch, without reflecting the standard of a 4-star hotel; the only meal with a more varied menu is the evening meal, as if this were the main meal of the day (I didn't understand why). Although the service at the hotel bars is very good and prompt, the alcoholic drinks are only local and of poor quality.
Parking: Too few parking spaces, compared to the number of rooms, which leads to low availability, especially in season.
Wi-Fi connection: although it has coverage in most areas of the hotel, the data traffic is either very unstable (sometimes even impossible to establish), or limited to values just above 0 (zero) Mbs.
What I appreciated: The hotel is partially renovated, with a modern design in the rooms. It is quiet inside, but centrally located – ideal for those who love the hustle and bustle of Sunny Beach.
In conclusion, AluaSoul Sunny Beach can be an option for tourists who are not very demanding and just want a central location. But if you are attentive to details, comfort and quality services, I recommend looking for alternatives.

Terrible experience – definitely not dog friendly and very unprofessional staff!
The rooms were okay, but the behavior of the staff, especially the receptionists, was awful. On their website, the hotel advertises itself as very dog friendly, promising that your pet will be treated as well as you are. What a complete lie!
As soon as we arrived with our dog, the staff rushed to us like we were criminals and forced us to sign a ridiculous paper with a pet fee. The money was not the issue – the problem was the paper itself, which was nothing but a list of strict prohibitions for dogs. No access to almost anything, and the most absurd rule: you are not even allowed to leave your dog alone in the room for a short while if you go to breakfast or the pool. But here comes the biggest nonsense: you cannot leave your dog in the room, and at the same time you cannot take the dog with you to breakfast or by the pool either. So what exactly are you supposed to do? According to their rules, your dog can be nowhere. This makes no sense at all and completely ruined our holiday.
For all that money, we didn’t even get a simple welcome bowl, a dog bed, or a small treat for our pet – something that other hotels provide for free. Here – nothing. On top of that, they make you sign a threatening statement saying that if your dog breaks any rule, you will be kicked out immediately without a refund. The hotel’s dog-friendly image online is pure false advertising.
And if that wasn’t enough, the cleaning lady kept entering or knocking on our room despite the “Do not disturb” sign. One day she even removed the sign from the door and left it on the table after cleaning, although we clearly didn’t ask for it. On the following days, she kept knocking and asking if she should clean – again ignoring the sign. Please, at least teach your cleaning staff the basics of English so they understand what the sign means.
Overall, this hotel has nothing to do with what it advertises. False promises, unfriendly and unprofessional staff, no respect for guests. Definitely not recommended!
This was offered to us as a dog friendly hotel paper bowl. 🤮
